Bought a the Titan Fitness Back Hyper-extension V2 for me and my wife's home gym. Put it together and realized that she is too short for the machine. (Should have read other bad reviews, as although it claims to be one size fits all that is simply not the case) Contacted Titan to see if I could exchange for something similar, and they said they do not do exchanges, and that they would not do refunds because we were two days too late. Will not be purchasing from Titan Fitness again.

I received an email regarding a great sale opportunity for the exact piece of equipment that I had been wanting. Unfortunately, I tried many times to make the purchase to save $300 by a selected date. I tried countless times to complete the purchase transaction on the website. However, the website was experiencing problems and could not complete the transaction over the weekend. I was finally able to make the purchase, but it was hours past the expiration time of the sale. I kindly asked Customer Service to consider the issue and refund the difference of $300. I was never able to speak with an actual management/decision-maker. I was only able to reach someone who conveyed the message that there would be no credit given. The agent was looking to refund me the purchase and have me return the item. I never even asked to do so. It seems counterproductive to lose money on the shipping cost of something that weighs hundreds of pounds, yet not provide the $300 credit which would cost the company less money and make the customer much happier. Up until this time I was very pleased with Titan. I also experienced assembly issues. I called and was asked to send a video. It has now been several days with no response. At this point, I would reconsider additional purchases.

I'd rate this 0 stars if I could. The holes do not align on the mating surfaces due to the length of the welds. Thus one bracket can not be installed, making the unit worthless. Tried contacting customer service, no response yet.

Received product that is marketed as 48” pull up bar. Bolt holes on mine when received were 49 1/4”. So it didn’t line up with my stud pattern due to poor fabrication. Contacted customer support 5-7 days ago and still no response, very displeased with titan and their customer support.

I am absolutely livid with my experience with this so-called fitness company. Where do I even begin? Let's start with their misleading and utterly useless products. I purchased accessories for their "T3" series, only to find out they don't even work with the "T3" products! Not only are they ineffective, but they are also downright dangerous and unsafe. And what's worse? They have the audacity not to offer refunds or returns for their garbage products. But wait, there's more! When my order finally arrived, I was appalled to discover rust and damage on the items. Are you kidding me? These are supposed to be fitness items, not relics from the junkyard! And to add insult to injury, they initially sent me the wrong product altogether. Dealing with their mistake was a complete nightmare and caused me endless headaches. New consumers beware: this company is a sham. Don't waste your hard-earned money on their worthless junk. You're better off lifting rocks in your backyard than dealing with these incompetent frauds. Consider yourself warned.

Absolutely reprehensible company. Bought the wheelbarrow. It broke in one use with 90 lbs on it. Contacted the company. They refused to send me the replacement part. Phone is a run around to a third party that tells you exactly what you want to hear. Then when you email the company back to find out where your equipment and return labels are they ghost you. I have a broken product. No return and out money. I did it all within their parameters. They suck. Save up and buy the real product they’re ripping off!!

Both came damaged and one came without all the necessary components. We have been trying for over a week now to work with your customer service and the experience has been absolutely terrible. Recently ordered & received my first purchase from Titan. The ordering process was great, the product tracking during shipping was great. Then I received my "scratch & dent" item in a very loosely packed box which is likely where the scratches & dents and small tear in the fabric backing came from. The box was clanking around and the taped seams were barely holding the box together and contained big gaps were I suppose that the hardware needed to assemble this item was lost in shipping. No big deal, right? The main components for the utility bench appear to be very well engineered with heavy duty construction. After speaking to 2 different Titan staff/support (both were very nice/professional on the phone. Their message to me, however, was and continues to be, totally unacceptable!!! They told me that they could not do anything for me to send the parts necessary to connect the pieces of the bench and told me I'd need to acquire the hardware on my own to assemble the bench. I told them that I am OK with the scratches, dents, and small tear in the fabric covering back of bench, but I was not OK or aware that the parts/hardware would be missing. I did have to drag the 5 pieces to my local Lowes where with the help of their employee was able to purchase hardware to put the pieces together. The Lowes employees could hardly believe my story and Titan's reply regarding the missing hardware. Needless to say, I have no plans to purchase from Titan in the future (not because of the quality of the product) but because Titan has totally missed an opportunity to succeed. I also requested to speak to a manager/supervisor (on both of my calls to support) and that request was sadly and conveniently dismissed. I was told a supervisor sent me an email (which I never received, even after checking my "spam folder"). This concludes my shockingly disappointing experience with Titan.

When I got these rollers I was super excited to see if they'd fit my monster lite rack. The good news is they did fit pretty well and I started using them. They are really well constructed and was really impresses with the price. One small problem which makes these unusable for benching. Why why why did you make the j cup lip so long and stick out so far on an angle? All you need is an a 1/2-3/4". I regret purchasing these now. Not sure if I can sell them or what but I need to sit so far forward when benching to clear the j hooks that it defeats the whole purpose. For squatting, ohp, they woils be fine. I got only for benching and am so disappointed in the engineers for making this lip so long...do they even lift?

Wall mounted pull up bar arrived damaged with the bar sticking out of the box. Route insurance sent a replacement. 2nd pull up bar arrived yesterday in the same condition with the bar piercing the box at the same spot. The item is again damaged and now I have to contact Route again to file a claim. I’ll be requesting a refund and finding a company that will properly pack their products for shipping.

I ordered the landmine attachment based on what your website says, however upon receiving it, it didn't fit. Then when I spoke with your CS rep, they said it's a 20% restocking fee and you wouldn't refund it because I didn't have the original box. It's not been used at all. So no I'm not happy with your company, I've ordered over $1000 with of equipment, yet I get treated like this. I will do what I can to inform people of my experience and let them decide if they choose to buy from you.
