I sold my Titan Fitness stand within a day of receiving it. It came unassembled and the instructions were junk. The YouTube videos showed me it wasn't worth my time.

Horrible customer service. Placed two orders recently and one arrived on time, the other? All the sudden Its on back order, after two weeks on back order, nothing. Now they said it’s back ordered another two weeks yet their website doesn’t reflect this wait time. Selling equipment they don’t have, waiting on it to arrive from China. I requested a refund and will Be purchasing from a competitor.

The sleaziest company I have ever done business with. They will accept payment for expedited shipping and then ship your order with ground shipping and refuse to issue a refund even though they didn’t ship your item expedited. I will gladly take my business to more reputable companies like rogue and rep fitness. You get what you pay for here. Garbage service and employees.

I tried to cancel a few hours after placing the order and was told I would be charged a 20% restocking fee. The website's quote on cancellations is: "We try to get orders out as fast as possible. You may cancel your order prior to the order being processed. Once it is processed, we cannot cancel the order." No reference to a restocking fee for canceled orders. They confirmed the cancellation and refund, but a few days later, it arrived anyway. So now I'm stuck with the choice of paying to ship it back AND a 20% restock fee. This is by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in a while. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

First shipment came empty with no item. It was replaced and I still have yet to see what I purchased. I won’t be buying from this place again. I feel robbed. AND on the survey I’m trying to mark slow and it defaults to as expected. It won’t let me reduce it. Wow! You guys sure are something special.

My delivery experience was a complete disaster. The product went to a different address that the one I provided. I had to call back multiple times. Product was delayed with poor updates. Due to the issues and investment of my time required to follow up I would not purchase from Titan Fitness again.

First, let me say that I never leave reviews, but under the circumstances, one is necessary this time. I received my order with a missing part. I called Titan and was told by the representative that the part wasn’t in inventory and that I could go and purchase it myself. I found this solution unacceptable and asked for a manager to call me back. I received a call back and was told the same thing, go purchase the part myself and the company would reimburse me for it. Again, I do not understand why it is my responsibility to take my time to track down the part and purchase it myself. Obviously I would not have made the purchase if I was aware that all parts were not included. As a business owner myself I would never tell a customer sorry we sent you an incomplete product, just go ahead and go shopping for the missing part to complete your product. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed!

Order arrived quick which was great but didn’t fit. I reached out to customer service and have been waiting for someone to contact me but has not happened. I need to return my order and get refund. Customer service has not beeb horrible. On top of that, I’m responsible for shipping costs, $190, and restocking fee. I will never buy Titan fitness equipment again.

Horrible experience. Shipping was 2 weeks late, barbell showed up wrapped in plastic wrap and all beat up.

My waist is 39", my pants size is 35-36". the belt is for 34"-41" and it was too small. I called to see if I could exchange it and she said no. She said I could return it, then buy another one (20% restocking charge?). I asked about a return label and we went round and round with her saying I had to pay for shipping but would never give me the answer about the return label. You need to do a better job of identifying your measurments. Like 36" pant size + 34" on weight belt

The bar on the smith machine was put together wrong and took me 4 hours to fix the bar. The slider was put on upside down so the counter weight wouldn’t attach properly. I put it back together and one side is off. Super disappointed in the product. I have about 25 pieces of equipment from titan and this one was pretty bad.

I bought a scratch and dent item. I understood it was not returnable and may be missing parts, however, this item was missing several parts and after being told Titan does not have any of the missing hardware in stock, I purchased it at a local big box store. I have spent significantly more trying to make this box of junk work than what I would have spent on a new item. Titan could have easily inventoried the returned item and stated what was missing, but instead chose to pass off the loss on a bad return to their customer. I have zero trust in Titan fitness going forward and will not purchase from them again.

Bought the twist lock collars. They work,but the magnets are so weak they won't even stay on my rack, which is why I bought them.

Once again, a product came damaged. At least this time (unlike last time) customer service responded to my email. Offered me a 10% discount for my troubles even though scratch and dent typically sells for a 15-25% discount. I've bought alot of stuff from Titan... this was likely the last time. Too much hassle.
