My order was completely messed up. Items arrived that I did not order, and the sales person who took my order did not apply the correct quantities to the order. It took me a week to get an invoice emailed to me from my order meanwhile I received tracking notice for almost 30 separate orders which was extremely confusing to follow. It took me 2 full days after requesting a call with a manager when I was told I would receive a call back in 2-4 hours. The tibialis machine is very poorly designed.

Horrible experience from delivery to trying to put together. The machining of the parts is poor. They do not fit correctly. We have sent photos and spoken to several people. Customer service unresponsive. Won’t allow return label for returning an unopened, undamaged item. Charges 20% fee for nothing and not resolved.

Items came in damaged and could not get a refund or replacement. Shipping was super slow and packaging was horrible. Will never purchase from titan again.

I’m assuming this is for my safety clips I ordered with my barbell. They are two seperate shipments. The clips were sent UPS, barbell sent FedEx. My barbell is sitting somewhere in VA over a week now. It’s disheartening any company still uses Fed Ex.

This product is misleading. It is not clear that it is only a footpad that is being bought, and that sold separately are the lever arms that are essential to making a leg press.

equipment had flaws in materials. weight stacks were different in style and color. they sent stickers for me to place on weight plates. really cheap and for the money spent it was low rate!!

I usually never have issues with Titan products. In fact my entire home gym is titan. I ordered the kilo plates with the intention of them being great quality. I went through 2 sets of 1.25 kg that were machined wrong and didn’t fit my bars. Only a refund was given instead of solving the problem. Then the paint has been coming off on my bars from the plates. It’s exposing the metal on the plates and I’ve only had them two weeks. Again normally happy with Titan. Just not this time.

My bench arrived with a rip, and the part that allows my seat to incline, which was partially put together, does not work. I contacted them 2 weeks ago. The only correspondence I have had with them is to send pictures and videos of the issues. I have already done so but have not received a response. I have called twice and both times I was told that they are working on it, but I have not heard anything back.

I sold my Titan Fitness stand within a day of receiving it. It came unassembled and the instructions were junk. The YouTube videos showed me it wasn't worth my time.

Horrible customer service. Placed two orders recently and one arrived on time, the other? All the sudden Its on back order, after two weeks on back order, nothing. Now they said it’s back ordered another two weeks yet their website doesn’t reflect this wait time. Selling equipment they don’t have, waiting on it to arrive from China. I requested a refund and will Be purchasing from a competitor.

The sleaziest company I have ever done business with. They will accept payment for expedited shipping and then ship your order with ground shipping and refuse to issue a refund even though they didn’t ship your item expedited. I will gladly take my business to more reputable companies like rogue and rep fitness. You get what you pay for here. Garbage service and employees.
