The hyperextension i ordered came dented, paint chip and covered in Rust. Titan fitness is blaming it on shipping and taking no responsibility on their end. How an item develops rust from shipping and not improper storage in their warehouse is beyond me. But hey if you can pass the blame then why not. A decision that benefits the business at the customers expense. Titans send me a damaged product from the warehouse and I now have to fight it out with a shipping company. Thanks Titan fitness for the wonderful customer service.

I received a rusted bar. Since I did not purchase the shipping insurance, they wouldn’t replace. It was not damaged due to shipping. Titan gave me a rusted used bar

I didn't realize that Titan charges a 20% restocking fee for returns. When the cost of shipping back the heavy bumper plates is considered, the net refund would be about half of what I paid. In this age of the majority buying items sight-unseen on the Internet, their exorbitant restock fee is both deeply disappointing and puzzling. Are they actively trying to steer customers towards workout equipment sites that have real return policies? In the future, I won't order any items from them that have a significant likelihood of having problems.

Customer Service needs serious refinement at Titan Fitness. I ordered the X-3 Rack, X-3 Lever Arms and additional weight plate holders for the rack. What I received was just 4 uprights for the rack and not a signal other component. I reached out to customer service who told me to file a claim with the shipper when they never shipped out the additional parts. I came to the conclusion that they shipped out T-3 lever arms and sent me that instead of the X-3 parts. So now the had bunch of parts in my basement that were all useless. After a whole lot of back and fourth with customer service I was finally told that they’re shipping out the parts that they forgot to ship out and they I need to repackage the other lever arms print out a label (don’t have a printer) and lug that 100 pound box back to fedex for them to return. They offered a 10% code (that can’t be used when anything is on sale) for all this hassle. All this for oops here’s 10%. Unacceptable answer to serious issues in this whole order. Also still waiting on my additional parts to be delivered. What a mess

To be honest, not happy with the hyper extension. I am 5' 9" and the base plate is oddly angled making the whole bench unusable to anyone shorter than myself. The support plate is also very insecure given it only has about a 2 inch heel plate. The slightest slip and I wouldnt be surprised if a client went flying off the front of the bench. Over all poor design and poor functionality. Now I have to figure out if I can return it for a refund or if I need to sell it to an ususpecting buyer.

Hello - These plates came in very greasy with a horrible chemical smell. Would not recommend buying if you don’t want to do many steps to get rid of the grease and smell they’ll have you buy products to wash and leave out in the sun to get rid of grease and smell and if you tell them it doesn’t work. They’ll just have you do it again and do it longer for the smell to go away. When wanting to return they are not helpful they sent an inferior product and won’t accept the returns out of their own pockets they will have you pay the return and tracking and packing insurance cause they do not guarantee the delivery back to them. On top of that they also want original packaging for returns. I have ordered products from rep fitness, fringe sports, rogue and Nike strength all of which did not need any additional steps on my part to utilize. I have bought bumper plates from these companies never had to wash or leave out in sun or purchase additional cleaners for. If you need plates washed before sending out to consumers you as the company should be your responsibility not on the people purchasing. Do not buy these plates for your health. Awful chemical smell it’s horrid.

I’m in the process of returning my first purchase. I bout an item that was the wrong size to fit my current setup. The description on the website was vague at best. Unfortunately I have to pay to ship it back which is reasonable but the 20% restocking fee for something unused and still in its original packaging is ridiculous. I won’t be buying from Titan again.

Item showed up with a bent hinge and would not latch to the rack. Emailed Titan with a request for a replacement part and was asked for photo/ video evidence of the issue. Still have not heard back after supplying the information. Kind of hard to use an item I cannot affix properly.

My very busy schedule only allowed me time today (Sunday, 9/29/24) to open the box. I carefully reviewed all items in the box that I saw, but was not able to put the machine together due to time constraints. Also, there were no instructions in the box.

I would not purchase from Titan again Between having issues with them shipping to my address and having to rent a truck to go pick-up my equipment and the nearly ten calls to customer service to have them take accountability for anything it was a horrible experience. The CSRs Hazel,Macy were polite but offered no resolution and after ten plus calls of multiple days i finally got in touch with Duminique.She advised that after renting a truck(out of my own personal funds) and having shipping issues with them that the best they could offer me as restitution was 5%. I explained to her that was laughable and chuckled on the phone after she informed me of this and explained that it would not even cover the taxes in my state much less be enough for me to come back and spend anymore money with Titan. I advise her 400$ or a complimentary piece of equipment(credit) would be sufficient. She could not and would not meet my requests after spend nearly 2100$ with a he company. I explained to her that if I did not have any shipping issues and have to rent a truck and the equipment was in serviceable condition when it arrived, I would never have called customer, but that unfortunately was not the case. After opening my equipment: my opinion of the equipment aside from my experience with Customer Service is that it is cheaply, made with poor craftsmanship, including seams on welded pieces. I would say if you were looking for something cheap, and do not want to spend much money, then I would look for a company other than Titan, because even though their prices are reasonable, in comparison to some of the other competitors, the experience is horrible it is not worth your time. Awful experience. Multiple paint finish issues. Missing multiple parts. It has taken 3 weeks for the missing items to be addressed. QC is terrible. I haven’t even used the machine yet because of the delays.

I recently ordered a safety squat bar. When the product arrived at my house it’s missing parts which are the 2 handles. I immediately called product support. We exchanged emails about the missing parts I send pictures and made it clear about the parts that are missing. Then after almost a week of waiting for the replacement part they sent me the wrong PART. And I was placed on hold for an hour when I called them. All in all I will rate my first customer experience as very BAD!!

Didn't fit my bar I have a power-tec lever gym machine and I guess the bar ends aren't standard so they didn't fit and to re pack and ship it back myself minus a 20% re stocking fee I'll get 5 dollars back so 0 stars they get my money I get nothing bad company would not recommend them buy from someone else

Titan has become a shady, fly-by-night company that produces and sells junk and then when there are issues, the customer is left dealing with a customer support call center halfway around the world with significant language barriers. They will not return items without charging return shipping and a “restocking fee” even when the equipment is defective and DANGEROUS. I do NOT recommend Titan for ANYTHING anymore. The only product I have purchased from them that hasn’t been garbage is the T-3 rack back in 2019. However, even with that rack, the current accessories they are selling for the T-3 rack are incompatible with the T-3 racks made before 2022. That is completely asinine. A new model should be used if there are differences between the current product and what it was 5 years ago. Avoid at all costs.

After already spending at least $5000 with Titan, I received the worst customer service from any company in my life. It was their screw up and it took them almost 2 weeks to figure it out. I was told I could return the product for a refund. Keep in mind this was a couple hundred pounds and pieces up to 91" in length. I asked them if they could send me boxes to help me since this was their mistake They said they don't do that and told me that I should drive around to different businesses and ask for free boxes. I was asked how they could make this better. Since I already had the $500 equipment that wasn't compatible with my current equipment I asked that instead of me shipping all of it back, I keep it since its not even in new condition now for them to resell it, and they sell me the equipment it's compatible with at a good discount. I was told all they could.give me was 10% off. Which, when you go to their website, they give to everyone already. I was upset and dumbfounded. My customer service person was just horrible. There is no way they should be dealing with customers.
