Buyer beware. Initially only 3 of my 4 boxes arrived. After reach out to customer service, the 4th arrived the next week. The box was falling apart when it was delivered. Once I opened it and started to assemble the equipment, I realized one of the parts was drilled incorrectly. I reached back out to customer service, providing pictures, and was told they needed to send me to a different customer service department. 3 days later a new customer service person claimed he was looking into it. It’s been over a week, I’ve reached back out, and can’t get them to respond. Meanwhile I’m stuck with a useless piece of metal taking up space. Awful experience and awful customer service. Buy from a different company unless you’re in the market for an expensive paper weight.

Normally very pleased with Titan Fitness Equipment. Our shipping encountered many issues and did not arrive until 5 days after your order tracking said it had been delivered, meaning I could not get support in that avenue. Additionally our package was clearly packaged haphazardly, consisting of 3 or 4 different carboard boxes broken down and then loosely taped together which led to our brand new deadlift platform being scratched and damaged in transport.

purchased the Nemesis Functional trainer. I have always been happy with Titans equipment and speedy shippy but this order was different. The crate came in severly damaged and it was clear that it had water damage for a long period of time. When I opened the crate there was black mold and much of the cardboard packaging was destroyed. Additionally the product was damaged and many parts were covered in rust. I would not recommend buying the Nemesis functional trainer and if you do make sure to have route protection as I did.

Ordered fixed barbells and rack. Barbells came in quick and appear nice. The rack in the other hand had to be shipped twice. The first time the shipping company sent it back and I received an email 2 weeks later saying they would send me a replacement. Took about 2 more weeks and finally received rack. It was severely damaged and was shipped in about 3/4 of a cardboard box and the rest wrapped in packing tape. Titan would not take it as a return even though I never opened it or even moved it off my porch. Very poor customer service and they do not care about the consumer

I’m still waiting on my product, I paid extra for quick shipping, it has been 10 days since I ordered it now and it is still showing to be in Addison Illinois, making it 6 days in Addison Illinois, I am displeased with the shipping and will not be ordering from titan fitness again.

There are businesses that value customer relationships and business that just value the mighty dollar. Titan Fitness values the mighty dollar. I saw there was a 15% off coupon for first time purchases, which was the reason I ultimately made my first purchase. With the discount the price of the equipment was competitive with other brands I was shopping. I made the purchase but forgot to include the code at checkout and I completed the purchase. As soon as I realized this I contacted support and let them know that I missed this at checkout and Ga e them a coupon code which they could have easily applied, offered a credit and I would have raved about their service. Instead, they responded with its their policy this has to be done before the purchase and its my fault so there's nothing they are willing to do about it. I stead they offered for me to return the unopened sets, pay for shipping and they would happily take them back for a 20% restocking fee. This company and their employees unfortunately llack a moral compass and don't understand the value of a customer. I have an entire gym I still need to purchase that I'm happy to find another vendor for. The funny thing is most of what they sell is highly commoditized, meaning I can get them almost anywhere. The only real value they can offer is price and service. You failed at both Titan Fitness. Pleasure not doing future business with you.

June 25th 2024 Good afternoon , I’m burnt out from all the complaints. I was suppose to receive this item via delivery for the second time (originally order June 10th) today it was out for the delivery. The driver comes to my place just to tell me she didn’t load the truck because the box is damaged with the item showing and didn’t know if I wanted the item/package. I never heard anyone deny loading an item on the truck for that reason. At this point I was fed up and went to fedex warehouse myself to pick up item and bring it to my business. Nonetheless the box was destroyed when I went to pick it up. When I finally got it to the gym it open up one of the red latches were damaged. How are all of these issues resolved? I’ve had issues with all items placed since May 29th. It’s taken almost a month to receive my products. FedEx rep today told me they didn’t know my place of business was open and continuously marked my packages as “customer moved” without actually attempting to come to my business which caused items to be shipped back to you multiple times just to have to be reshipped. After all of the frustration and struggles to finally get them to deliver to my business they deliver to MY HOUSE!!!! Now I have to haul this equipment in a vehicle to my gym/business. Then to make matters worse I have to hope the item isn’t damaged because there’s a huge hole in the box just like my other deliver from you all! I have another shipment delivering Monday and hope it doesn’t deliver to my house. I never placed my home address as a delivery option so for this to be delivered here makes absolutely no sense. This experience has been exhausting and has left a bad taste in my mouth with Titan fitness and FedEx. I sent a request in for a return label and have yet to receive one. The quality of the 45-degree hip extension equipment is not meant to hold heavy individuals as it bends under pressure. Only purchase this if you are a smaller and lighter indivudal.

I had the prior version of the sled and they new version and replacement skis don't fit out of the box. Titan also doesn't sell the old skis. So buyers have to get the news skis and drill holes. Huge PITA.

Unfortunately, a bad experience. I had a rack (wall mount) from a few years ago and wanted to add a dip attachment. When on website, I chose the dip attachment with specs for a 3x3inch post. I didn’t know what rack I had but I knew it had 3x3 inch posts. It didn’t list the hole size (or pin size) so the other dip bar only listed a post size of 2x3 inch. I knew that wasn’t mine so I ordered the 3x3. Again, it doesn’t list the hole or pin size. When I received, little did I know it was the wrong pin size. It was the 1 inch pin and I needed the 11/16 inch hole size. When I called the representative was unwilling to even understand how this could happen and was all my fault. She couldn’t even understand when the hole/pin size not being listed in the specs was a big deal. I didn’t even know I needed to dig deeper as I had found the one that matched my post size and since no pin size listed to differentiate, I thought I had found one that would fit mine. She would not consider paying to return the product for the correct size. And since the shipping for me to send it is $80…that’s almost the cost of the product. I’m stuck with something that doesn’t fit. I feel like this was more than reasonable to deserve payment for the return to get the correct size. This has to have the correct hole size to help avoid this. Can you please provide return shipping to correct this?

Return policy is a sham. 20% restocking fee in a jump box that wasn't touched and has no pieces to out together or take a part. I will for sure take my business else where next time.

Poor Packaging, Parts Missing & Big hole in Box Another damaged product rec'd from Titan. Metal parts inside the box not even bubblewrapped or protected just left free to bounce around with a single piece of bubble wrap laid on top of all the parts. Box had a big hole in it n ofcourse parts missing. I know UPS doesn't take much care of transporting boxes. Luckily I had route insurance and got refunded my purchase price by a 3rd party I guess. Titan took no responsibility for the poor packaging they did and just referred me to file a claim with Route. This was main reason for damage n missing parts. I only attached a few pics of the damage. I should of known better from past experiences but never again. Buyer beware you will have to deal with customer service I was on hold for almost 30 mins n got an agent I could hardly understand. Transferred me to Product support and told to contact a 3rd party, Route to file a claim. Never use to be like this BS in the past with Titan!!!

My husband ordered a leg extension and leg curl attachment for my titan rack for my birthday. The item didn’t arrive on time so my husband rushed out to find a similar product so I would have a birthday present. He called Titan customer service and was told we had to pay shipping and a 20% restock fee. Because shipping would have cost over $300 dollars we hand delivered the product completely unopened within the return window and were told we would still have to pay the 20% restock fee, which we understood. After returning it my husband was informed that they were only going to refund $109.82 when the products total price was $611.83. If you do the math this is completely incorrect. The customer service has been rude and completely unhelpful. We did everything we were told to do and they are not honoring their return policy at all!!! Buyers beware this company is a joke. We literally drove from Fort Worth, Texas area to Memphis, TN…that is 535 miles and over 8 hours of driving.

My husband purchased a leg extension and leg curl attachment for me for my birthday. The item arrived late and customer service was terrible. Delay after delay so we bought a different machine off Amazon so I could use it. The item finally arrived and obviously we don’t need it now. Not only would we have to pay $170 to ship the item back, but they also make you pay a 20% restock fee. This is terrible customer service. It is their fault the item was late and my husband felt bad that I didn’t have a present so he went out and found a replacement and now Titan is making us pay for their mistake. I will never buy another product from this company

Product is great! Shipping is abysmal. The package showed up with minimal packaging. 50 lbs of powder coated, loose, metal bits were left clanking around a large box. Powder coating was scratched and heavier items pierced the box resulting in even more scratching. When the package arrived, one of the washers from an assembly had fallen out of the box. When contacting support, they claimed "We make sure items are packaged securely" which is not true. Then they stated "I see that you opted out of the shipping insurance that covers instances like this". If I would have known that recieving a "new" product would have involved back and forth through a shipping insurance agency, I wouldn't have pruchased the product. TitanFitness shipping department needs to get their act together and quit scamming customers and shipping carriers.
