I purchased the Titan Fitness Functional Trainer on 26May24. Delivery took some time for a US based product but shipping is free so....... Well about shipping. I chose curbside delivery expecting I was going to unpack and move everything up to my bonus room where the machine was going. No problems the individual pieces are light enough that this was no issue. Now for the problems. The delivery driver was not equiped to unload the box (800lbs) by himself. In fact if I had not been home he would not have been able to deliver the package as required. between the 2 of us we took about 45 mins of man handling the box in order to get it to a point the truck lift was able to be used to unload the box. Now I realize 2 things here. 1) shipping is managed by SAIA so they shouldve been better prepared. and 2) shipping is free so what is my expectation. Well Titan uses Saia as their designated shipper so until the package is in my possession its Titans issue. And if its free shipping then shipping is built into the cost of the product. Being said delivery was unsatisfactory. Had I not been here delivery wouldve been delayed or worse the package destroyed. I put this on Titan. Had I been injured there wouldve been real problems because Titan is ultimately responsible until delivery complete. I reached out to Titan but they dont care. I was saddened to know that once the sale was made they dont really have any concern about the end result. I expect more. Regarding assembly I did it myself, 2 people not required. at least for me and the upstairs room it was going in to. The one complaint I have on installation is that none of the parts are actually labeled as left or right. you have to carefully study the video to know which sections belong on left or right side for the assembly. A simple stamp of the part number or side would be great. Regarding the machine itself the function is awesome. the machine is great. my workouts are excellent.

Ordered the Tall Lat pulldown attachment for my T2 rack. It arrived with a guide rod broken. I’ve emailed several times with only 1 response asking a question I had already stated in my claim. I also called and was told the rep is working on it. What’s to work on? It arrived broken, replace it. Simple. I sent pics, they can see it. Over a week later, still no response, still haven’t sent me a replacement. So I have a $300 item sitting on my floor unusable and Titan doesn’t care.

The products are great however the website experience is terrible. The last 2 orders I’ve placed show that my order can’t be processed due to an error. Then the order ships anyway. This has caused a mis- shipment with long wait times to get a refund… I’m still waiting a week later. Huge hassle. Customer service has been contacted multiple times and doesn’t seem to care.

My experience was good up until the item I purchased went on sale and I called for a price adjustment 8 business days after delivery. Apparently the cutoff for a price adjustment is 7 business days after delivery. Customer service refused to make an exception despite being a repeat customer of Titan over the last few months. This is a very disappointing outcome and I will not be purchasing from Titan again as a result.

Terrible process. Titan forgot to include a pre installed screw. They asked me to shop local and Home Depot/Lowe’s did not have the screw. 0 follow up to my emails. What a waste of time and gas for a $2 screw.

I ordered a landmine squat attachment that came damaged and shipped. Customer Service has all but ignored me to fix this problem. I’ve been emailing for over two weeks And after two or three emails. They stop emailing me back and decided to ignore my request to exchange The damaged product.

The bag of hardware (nuts/bolts/washers) broke open during shipping and some of the items were missing from the box when it arrived. This seemed like a small and easy issue to fix, but upon contacting Titan I'm being led around in circles. I was apparently supposed to file a claim through some third party app instead of contacting Titan directly, but no instructions on how to do that were provided with my shipment. By the time I contacted Titan about the problem and received instructions on how to submit a claim I had already disposed of the shipping box. The third party shipping company requires a picture of the box in order to file a claim. I'm now in a place where I may have to dispute the charges through American Express over a couple of nuts and bolts because I'm unable to attach the wheels to this rack which largely degrades its utility.

Customer service is excellent. The product is of poor quality. I purchased a Titan Fitness 34" Olympic Triceps bar. The bar is solid and has good knurling for grip. The welds for all the parts are horrible. Then someone attempted to clean things up with a grinder and made a mess of the bar. The barbell ends that hold the plates have issues of their own. One was wobbling and sloppy and the other was too tight that it wouldn't rotate. I contacted customer service and explained the issues and sent pictures. I was promptly sent another bar. The quality is no better. In fact, the barbell ends are both sloppy on bar two. I have been training for many years and have not seen such poor quality unless equipment was home made. Spend $20-30 more and get a better quality bar - I wish I would have. Better yet, buy Rogue products. They are an investment in your health and fitness.

The Back Hyper I purchased came with a broken plastic sleeve for the adjusting piece. I've called twice. Emailed pics of the damage. Only recieved automated emails back. The Equiptment is not useable with the broke part I recieved. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Very disappointed after ordering a Scratch and Dent” product. The product was missing most of the hardware needed to assemble and the cushion had a tear in it. Lack of support from Titan even with the disclaimer for Scratch and Dent items. For the item to go on sale 2 days after delivery. Delivery box was torn and came with no directions Not a good experience with Titan or their support

Returns and refunds have awful policies. I do not recommend purchasing Titan products as gifts because it is not worth the accidental need for an exchange or refund. It was literally cheaper for me to throw the product away and buy what I needed some where else.

Second time I've ordered,last order perfect. This time ordered online, got an error message that order was not placed, called customer service to confirm. They agreed, no order. Told them I only wanted one item. They said go ahead and order again as there was no order. Titan then shipped two identical items on the same day. Now I have to pay shipping to return. In over a week they have not responded to my return questions!

Poor, worst deliver of order ever had. Only delivered half of my order. Failed to deliver $1600 piece of equipment. Told to go through 3rd party company to file a claim, 3rd party uses app that does not work. Open two case with Titan and 1st closed with no contact. When trying to see invoice from tracking section, it will not load. Why was I required to pay for shipping insurance when neither Titan or delivery company tracks the shipment inventory.
