Replace the order on April 3. We have had issues with the row machine. We cannot get it to be put together correctly. Pieces are missing and holes are not lining up. We have submitted several service request to The product specialist team. Still have not got a resolution. We have not heard back from them in over a week. We sent him pictures and descriptions of the issues. Would really appreciate a whole new unit being sent out and we can return the one we have, if you can include a return shipping label. Would love to start using this but customer service is pretty awful at this point. Very disappointed my phone number is 219-508-4198 if someone wants to get out contact with me.

Product never delivered. Customer support and the refund were both slow, and communication and resolution were unsatisfactory.

STAY FAR AWAY! DO NOT ORDER! READ RETURN POLICY FIRST! They don't stand by their own products. Illegitimate return policy. Products being sold that have clear limitations that aren't listed in the description, which would save consumers time and money. Products made in China. Titan Fitness shipped me a 30 lb product that I couldn't use, however on their shipping label it states it is 7 lbs. To return, I would have to pay a 20 percent restocking fee, and pay to ship 30 lbs. Any returns would incur a loss on the consumer's part by Titan Fitness falsifying their shipping weight. Also, they included taxes in the restocking fee, which should be fully refundable. Overall, deceptive product descriptions, inferior manufacturing, and fraudulent shipping practices and return policy.

I will never order anything from Titan Fitness again. I wanted to return the item within 2 days of its arrival. It didn’t meet what I wanted it for. Having paid $96 total, I was told there would be a restocking fee of $20. After having to photograph the item so it showed unused (after 2 days) I was given “permission” to return it. At the pack n ship, I was told it would be $60 to return it. Needless to say, working with your company is a disaster. In the future, I will spend the little extra to purchase from Rogue. It’s a shame that your customer service does not match the quality of the product. I do business with companies that are concerned about their customers, not just about making a dollar.

I tried to order something as a gift for someone else. Once I was able to measure their equipment, I realized it would not fit. I tried to cancel the order about an hour of placing the order, you shipped anyway and now I have to do a 20% restocking fee. That is just a blatant scam and I will never buy or recommend this place to anyone that I ever meet. I hope you enjoy my $20… I will tell everybody in the gym about this and post it all over social media to make sure you lose 20 times that.

The adjustable chrome weights are not sold separately. Had I know this, I never would've purchased this product. Very disappointed in Titan Fitness, and would recommend you purchase your equipment elsewhere

The machine is missing parts and I have notified customer services and was told I would receive a call back. And no one has called me back or anything . So I paid two grand for an incomplete machine that I can't use and no one is even attempting to help. Not good work on titans part.

Only received half my order! Called in and customer service was supposed to call or email me back when they found out where it was. Cannot put my home gym together until my other floor mat is received from your company and I have $15k in gym equipment just sitting aside waiting

you all make everything so ridiculously difficult. all i want is the instruction manual and its like sending a man to the moon trying to track it down. every single thing I've purchased from you has been delivered with missing parts, completely messed up, and its been a terrible experience. One star is one star too many

They do not send all the hardware you need to put the bench together. I’ve sent pictures and 2 diff emails. I’m still waiting. It’s not worth the hassle. Keep looking.

My weight trolley binds up bad, even after lubing the rails generously. 180lbs feels like lat pulling 300. The seat is low for a 6 ft person and the thigh pad is way too small, it should be at least 6in or so wider. If you want to use the row cable, ensure you bolt the the machine to the concrete floor first because the back does want to lift up. Some recommendations to add for a v3 model, use linear bearings vice bushings in the weight trolley. Put the rails in the middle of the machine, front to back and run the square tubing down the back, that way everything is braced and squared in. Right now you have rails as a back support and are flexing under any decent load.
