I didn’t receive my equipment because the wrong address was in the system. When I requested support Titan said they were sorry and there was nothing they could do. This was a $40 piece of equipment and I would have expected better service than this. For a big company sending equipment all around the world you would think they would take care of their customers. I have one other item from Titan but that will be the last I purchase. I will continue to buy from Rogue. You definitely get what you pay for!

My product took a while to arrive. It kept saying it was out for delivery, and then it would never arrive. Then it arrived with the box, severely damaged and missing a bolt and the product was scratched in several places and looks like a used product. And frustrating to get to anyone from customer service because then you send in a request then it says oh I’m sorry I need to send it to a different department so that’ll take another 2 to 3 days to talk to somebody then you talk to somebody and then they say oh we need pictures I said well I already sent some pictures well OK, can you resubmit it all right then you resubmit it and then it Takes another 2 to 3 days and then they’re like oh we didn’t get the pictures so I still don’t have my sled put together and still missing my bolt!

The quality of titan fitness is the lowest in the business. The packaging, delivery, return & refunds from titan are as closet as you can get to a scam. Titans customer service is the worst, half the reps do not speak english, the other half of titans customer service is rude, lies & will never solve your problems in a timely Manner. Homedepot for extra parts.stay clear

I don't know why you are selling this product? I should have known better- it is built well, however it is very awkward and not balanced. Unfortunately, it costs more to return it than the price of the equipment. Please discontinued the product asap!

Missing corner two(2) corner connectors in order. Also see See separate email with photo for missing parts . Rating reflects missing parts. Once parts are all Delivered happy to re-rate.

Pretty awful. The box was in shambles and the product needs to be returned but so far Jane has been full of empty promises. I called yesterday to find out the status of my return. I was promised Jane would get back to me by the end of the business day. But she did not. No phone call, no email. nothing. If I don't get a satisfactory response on how to proceed with this return and refund, I will be contacting the BBB and posting this lovely review online. You need someone who can actually provide customer service!

I don’t usually do this but as far as the product goes it was pretty underwhelming the action was not smooth the foot pad was tiny and the locking mechanism is weird. I attempted to return it but it did not meet the return policy which is really what I have an issue with. How am I supposed to know this is what I want if I can’t open the packaging? There should be some sort of return grace period.

The wall mounted pulley system did not come with bolts to mount into a finished wall. Several pieces of the machine were bent and required a set of pliers and strong hands to straighten back to be able to assemble the machine. The top wall mount did not reach the wall and, when bolted into the wall even with a backing added in, lifts the front feet of the machine off the ground. I’m hesitant to use it as it might actually tear down the wall where I’ve mounted it. Makes our home gym look a little fancier though.

Never received confirmation of it shipping or tracking information. The route app hasn't shown anything either. When I put the order number into your website for update it doesn't show up. Zero info other than the email from route saying the replacement order was placed and this feedback request.

Awful customer service. Recorded call just be reviewed. Constantly contradicted himself. Unhelpful and just tried to brush me off. Then ended with, “just save it”, to shut me up.
