Ordered a chest supported T Bar Machine. Came damaged and missing the essential hinge to allow the machine to work properly. I have been waiting over a month on them to follow up with my order, have called repeatedly and told that "no one can process the claim except for the representative that my order was assigned to". This representative has not returned my emails and I cannot contact them. Absolutely the worst customer service experience ever. Save yourself the trouble and use a different company.

June 25th 2024 Good afternoon , I’m burnt out from all the complaints. I was suppose to receive this item via delivery for the second time (originally order June 10th) today it was out for the delivery. The driver comes to my place just to tell me she didn’t load the truck because the box is damaged with the item showing and didn’t know if I wanted the item/package. I never heard anyone deny loading an item on the truck for that reason. At this point I was fed up and went to fedex warehouse myself to pick up item and bring it to my business. Nonetheless the box was destroyed when I went to pick it up. When I finally got it to the gym it open up one of the red latches were damaged. How are all of these issues resolved? I’ve had issues with all items placed since May 29th. I’ve never went through an experience like this with a company before image0.jpegimage1.jpegimage2.jpegimage3.jpegimage4.jpegimage5.jpeg June 24th 2024 I was told to take pictures as I open the boxes since one seemed to be damaged after having huge holes. The leg extension machine was fine but my utility bench was all scratched up. Is there black paint or something you all can send. It’s taken almost a month to receive my products. FedEx rep today told me they didn’t know my place of business was open and continuously marked my packages as “customer moved” without actually attempting to come to my business which caused items to be shipped back to you multiple times just to have to be reshipped. After all of the frustration and struggles to finally get them to deliver to my business they deliver to MY HOUSE!!!! Now I have to haul this equipment in a vehicle to my gym/business. Then to make matters worse I have to hope the item isn’t damaged because there’s a huge hole in the box just like my other deliver from you all! I have another shipment delivering Monday and hope it doesn’t deliver to my house. I never placed my home address as a delivery option so for this to be delivered here makes absolutely no sense. This experience has been exhausting and has left a bad taste in my mouth with Titan fitness and FedEx. The address we had it shipped to had suite 2 in it but when item was shipped you didn’t add the suite #. Caused fed ex to delay the delivery and damage our product. After we reported the issue we ordered 4 more items saved you did it again. I won’t order from titan again.

Instead of the item I ordered, I received a heavy box full of, essentially, scrap metal. My money was refunded, after several frustrating attempts to contact customer service, but now I have a box of scrap metal to figure out how to dispose of properly. Additionally, since my item was scratch and dent, I was not able to simply get another one shipped to me. I opted not to try to buy the product again from Titan, since I didn't want to chance a repeat of this experience.

Ordered a t 3 dip bar with was supposed to fit my yoke. Now I'm stuck with it since it will cost more to ship it back. J cups and spotter arms work. I Ordered what you said would fit. FYI I've spent thousands on your equipment

The item I ordered arrived with both shipping damage and manufacturing issues. When I tried to resolve the issue, I got a runaround. I attempted to resolve the issue again another day, and was placed on hold for three hours, until the busness day concluded along with my phone call. The first and last time I will purchase anything from Titan Fitness and I recommend to anyone considering making a purchase from them to find another manufacturer that will actually stand behind their products.

With regards to Titan Fitness' Customer Service practices & proceedures ... Farming out your customer service to an overseas company will certainly drive your customers back to Rogue Fitness, REP Fitness, Fringe Sport, Prime, ect ... & every other fitness company that has customer reps in & from the USA, to speak with it's customers & address their concerns ... When a customer service situation does come up, saving a little money on a product with Titan does not make up for lousy treatment of your customers from an overseas operation ................................... Nor do we / most want to wait on a "Call Back" to speak to someone .....

Very disappointed, i paid alot of money for the 60lb version and it ripped less than a week of use, wish i coukd upload a photo. Thid was my first time dealing with titan fitness, probably will be my last depending on customer support.

Product shipping was excellent. The Zercher harness did not meet my expectations. When I attempted to use the harness. When I put more weight on it, the harness was pulled forward on my shoulders and felt like it was going to fall off of my shoulders, forward and off of the sides. The harness would also dig into my pelvis, and had no cushion or anything which made it very uncomfortable and unable to use. Ended up having to finish using my arms to hold the bar, with the harness on the floor. Very disappointing!! Titan fitness was excellent, the harness was horrible.

I was so excited to get my trap bar but when I went to put it together the nuts, bolts, and washers were missing many pieces. I called to request new hardware be sent and waited several days. What arrived was not what I needed or requested and now I am still waiting to put my bar together. I’m quite upset.

I ordered two platforms from Titan both times they sent me the wrong size platform. This company is absolute trash and has zero quality assurance and their shipping team needs to be fired.
