They sent me a broken part so I was unable to assemble the equipment. I can’t get a response from anyone to replace the part. Wish I could give zero stars.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM - It is impossible to see or feel the threading of the cable through the top support beam and on the pulleys. Then when the cable frays (and the items becomes an unusable piece of junk) Titan refuses to stand behind the product and replace the cable. They claim you "misused" the item even though it is absolutely not possible to see into the arm or otherwise feel the threading of the pulley system. Shame on you Titan. If you are looking at this unit - DO NOT BUY!!!! Save your money or look elsewhere. I seriously doubt Titan will allow this review to post so as to warn future customers. Save your money - If I could give a "zero" star I would - I feel like I just got robbed of my $600+ dollars.

First experience with Titan FItness - not impressed. Before making a purchase I sent an inquiry in regards to the product in question which was on sale. The response took a week and the item was no longer on sale, and when asked if they would honour the sale price due to the lengthy response time, the CSR offered nothing. After waiting months for the item to re-stock, I purchased the item and after ONE use ( 60lb weight vest) the weights wore holes through the nylon of the vest where the weights are held. A warranty claim was sent, and a response was received. After replying to the initial response, I have not received any communication for a CSR, yet I have now received two automated emails claiming Titan Fitness is "Awaiting my Response". I have responded to both automated emails and sent a follow-up e-mail to the CSR who contacted me after my initial warranty claim. Still no response to ANY of my communications. Furthermore, after only 3 more uses the weights are now already wearing through the back of the weight vest and have damaged my shirts. Bush league at best

Gave push back on why I needed a replacement cable for pull-down attachment finally sent one out to still have the same problem of it fraying. 175 lbs on a pull-down isn’t a lot . Rep fitness here I come.

Unsafe workout equipment and untrustworthy company. Do NOT use and do NOT trust this company. Avoid Titan Fitness for your safety and sanity. Contacted customer service attempting to resolve the situation fairly or return the unsafe equipment, but was denied. They do not attempt to correct or resolve problems at all. Refund policy is a joke, so you had better hope nothing is wrong at all with any Titan Fitness junk you may order. Fair warning...

barely functional with t-2 series rack, loadable portion is to long and plates cannot be loaded from the racked position. total waste of money, will just learn how to squat properly because this leg press sucks so bad, can't even return the thing without losing 100$ because of restocking fee, save urself some money and buy a decent squat bar

Everything was fine with the exception of one of the 50lb dumbbells is off balance or slightly kinked. When I go to chest press the messed up one wants to rol in my hand. It sucks…

The barbell has a ding and scratch on it. The metal is peeled. I cut my finger on it.

Return process has been extremely challenging. Many of my calls have been put on hold endlessly or transferred to then be disconnected. Seem to always be speaking with someone outside of the US and have not been given a straight answer as if product knowledge is not trained or it’s a general call center not a titan fitness employee... I would like a manager or supervisor to reach out to me, as I am a long time purchaser and supporter of the titan fitness business. Patrick Parsons

The order process, website, interface etc. is all great with Titan. The quality of the product is great as well. My biggest complaint is the design of the cable accessory for the T2 rack is illogical, ineffective and dysfunctional. For whatever reason (I'm assuming to cut costs), both cables are the same length and come with cables and chains to extend the cables. Sounds good, but these extensions severely limit the range of motion for the train that carries the weight on the bar guides. I had to buy cables from Lowe's and cut them to the right length to fully utilize the range of motion for the weight guide racks. I have no idea why Titan didn't just include cables that were longer. Makes no sense.

Unfortunately, Titan does not stand behind their products! We ordered 4 large pieces of equipment and had an issue with almost every piece delivered. Less than a year later the cable for the lap pull down is broken, which should not happen so quickly for a female 120lbs lifting back! Don’t waste your money!

Making a "specialty bar" that is a tenth of an inch too small for standard collars so that I have to buy specialty collars is poor design and a bad experience. Especially since the prior version had the international standard 2 inch. Bad design, won't be back, and I'll get my specialty collars elsewhere so you don't get more of my money.

Horrible experience, I purchased an extension kit for my T2 rack and the holes did not line up. I called customer service and sent pictures( 5 times ) showing they didn't line up and they said they never received pictures. Never heard back again, 7 emails later. So many other companies with rack just as good or better for the same price, I would never purchase from Titan again

Quality is terrible, paint is scratched in several places, weight bar is gouged in several places and the Titan sticker is on half sideways.
