Started off with missing bolts. Called to have those replaced. Then something told me to just check the rest of the pieces. Of course once I did I had two cushion holders missing and a foam tube missing. Completely unacceptable. Now I’m sitting here waiting on those deliveries so I can finally put the machine together. Hopefully the holes are in the actual right place…

It was the second one sent to me and it was damaged again and rusted. I am so disappointed and will not be making future purchases.

My experience this time was horrible! My package was supposed to be delivered on May 12, 2023, at 8 pm and it never was delivered. I waited until Monday to call and find out what happened and that it was never here. I called Titan Fitness and the First Lady couldn't help me all she kept telling me was to call Fed Ex they're responsible for the package. And how sorry she was that company policy and couldn't help me. I then called FedEx and had to make a report of a missing package and wait. Well guess what Titan I'm still waiting for it and today is May 24th, 2023 still no package. How would you like me to feel about it? The package was paid for and you couldn't give me a refund or replace the order. In my gym most of my equipment is from titan fitness, this was the least expensive item I have order from titan and it would most likely be my last.

Buyer beware! Growing up I worked at a bicycle shop, building and repairing Schwinn Air Dyne's, I know these exercise bicycles really well. I have a Titan Fan Bike and need a simple replacement part. The part is an L. eccentric that connects to the crank arm / Bottom bracket. The response I received from an off shore tech center is simply take this to a shop fabricator and have a welder make a new one, seriously? At this point the exercise bicycle is unrideable and I have zero solutions and cannot find a phone number for the so called American Company.

Everything I’ve bought comes damaged and instead of sending a new one and a return label for a badly damaged box, you have to sort through the package to tell them which parts are missing or damaged and send pictures.

This was a was a "scratch and dent" order. However, instead of having cosmetic blemishes, all of the connecting T joints, etc were missing from the "Adjustable Ballet Bar". Therefore, the item is completely unusable. Order # 18103847243

I ordered a belt and don't like it because it's too flimsy and asked to return it but if course they want to charge for "restocking" and shipping. I will never order anything from them again.

I didn’t get any email saying when is it going to be delivered. Now, I have that big heavy box on my driveway. Which obviously I can’t move by self . I don’t anyone to help with it. In order words, customer service is less than a star. You guys are only interested in sailing but service is extremely bad. Would not recommend to anyone.

Ordered a Cambered Squat Bar back on 4/26. Waited almost 2 weeks after the bar shipped and was never even delivered. It's been almost a month and still have not received my refund for a product I never even touched. Never buying from Titan again.

As soon as I opened the box I couldn't help but notice the 5 inch long crack on the right side of the foam padding of the Marrs-Bar. There are three spots where touch-up paint was used on the powdercoat and both ends of the bar have large areas where the powdercoat has been scraped off. This bar was either a factory second, a demo bar or one that was used and returned by a previous customer. I will be filing for a return of my $719.97.

I got the wrong order. Ordered a cable cross over machine and received a pull sled in one box and just the uprights for the cross over in another box. I’ve contacted support, sent pictures, and called. Next step will have to be a dispute with my credit card if they don’t resolve it. Glad you can send me a review email though.

I bought a "scratch and dent" leg extension machine. I understood that some "item may have cosmetic damage and/or missing hardware." It was missing hardware and I was easily able to place all of the hardware except a uniquely sized metal washer. I placed an inquiry about how to obtain the part from you all and I was the the request was submitted on your site but I haven't heard anything. Since I can't submit an email about it I wonder if you received it and I can't show you proof that I sent the inquiry. I would just like the proper washer. If I could have bought the part at my local stores I would have. Without the washer the leg foam rack is not stable.
