You know the cliche in reviews, where people say they wish they could leave zero stars, well...I do wish I could leave zero stars. This review is for the T-3 Dip Bars. Let me rephrase that, the extremely low-quality, unusable, T-3 Dip Bars. Let me backtrack to the ordering process. I was offered 10% off since it was my first order with Titan. The code I was given did not work, even after repeated attempts, so I settled for paying full price and contacting customer service to get my refund, which, after about 5 days, I did get. I was a little annoyed, but still excited to get my dip bars, and happy to have been refunded after the minor snafu. When the dip bars did finally arrive, to say I was disappointed, is quite the understatement. The welds were messy, one of the threaded holes was oval shaped such that it could not receive a bolt, and one of the holes was stamped so off center, the two pieces could not even be assembled. If I would have known I was going to get this sort of Chinese-made garbage with absolutely no QC, I would have bought a goofy knock-off pair on Amazon for half the price. To make matters worse, it has now been over a week since I contacted customer service about this issue. I sent them all the information they needed, including photos. A replacement set should have been shipped out to me immediately, but here I am, still waiting. And to think Titan had the nerve to send me a request to review their product, while they have me hung out to dry - their useless product collecting dust in my garage. Perhaps this will get their attention.

I expect Titan products to not be the same quality as other brands in the home fitness space, but I depend on them to actually work. The holes for the pull-up bar set I received were improperly drilled on both of the mounting arms causing the bar to not slide through straight. Rather than deal with shipping the item back, since I already disposed of the box, I had to redrill the holes in order to let the bar slide through properly. I will definitely think twice before ordering a Titan product again.

I ordered a wall mount Pulley system and waited a month to receive it due to a back order. That was not an issue however several parts on the item were damaged to the point the product was not usable. When I requested it be replaced I was told it was a 60-90 day waiting period due to supply chain issues. I will not bother ordering from Titan again.

Product came damaged and customer support wasn’t helpful. Never received email as he stated he would send so I could show damage. Product also doesn’t go low enough for me I would like to return. Not worth price

I was, at first, quite impressed with Titan. Then I received an email that the Gnarly Handles I ordered, and I quote, "were no longer available". I do believe, to most people that would mean that you NO LONGER MAKE THEM. My order was then CANCELLED. I am a high school strength coach of 32 years. I have been in the strength and conditioning business as a college and high school coach. I have ordered many things in my years, but I have never dealt with a company that sends an email like the one I received, and then turn around and say that the order was on back-order. If I had known it was on back-order I would have asked the order to be sent when available. Now, I am having to wait additional time, because your company will not send the order because, and I quote, "it has been ordered by us so many times". The equipment I have received I find in good order and works well, but I will very likely not be ordering from your company again.

Worst company EVER. Their themselves products are meh, decent quality for something getting cranked out in china, but wow are they rude. I had circumstantial luck and found a bigger, better, cheaper product on Craigslist and requested my order be canceled. It hadn't even shipped yet but the next day they said it did and I couldn't do anything to stop it. I said ok fine I'll just return the product (which is slightly damage on the knurling), but they won't provide a return label and charge a 20% restocking fee. Hilariously enough due to it being bulky and heavy gym equipment the shipping cost is over $120 and with the restocking fee I would be paying a little more than the original cost. Their customer support essentially said "we're sorry but too bad". I am stunned and outraged that Titan treats its customers this way and doesn't notify potential buyers up front. Now I get to try and get most of my money back selling this on market place or Craigslist and warn everyone I know to not buy from Titan.

I ordered the 55 lb bumper plates. First time on the bar I felt a difference from the right to the left side. I weighed the plates and found one was 55.2. Not a big deal. The second plate weighs 49.4. Not happy at all

I purchased the T2 sandwich J cups which are terrible. I wish I could return them, but it isn't worth paying to ship them back and paying the restocking fee. I have gotten many items from Titan in the past which I enjoyed, but don't waste your money on these. Use rep fitness instead. Very dissappointed

I have ordered several thousand dollars worth of equipment from Titan and was a loyal customer over the past few years. I recently ordered a pair of weight plate holders for my power rack (T3 Titan). I attempted to install them and they are far too narrow to fit my Titan power rack. Why was this not called out in the description on your website? I would imagine Titan plate holders fit Titan power racks. I'm frustrated because your return policy is absurd - it will cost me more to ship the incorrect pieces back (plus a 20% restocking fee) than I paid and you don't accept exchanges. Please change this ridiculous policy. Rouge does not have this issue and I will no longer use TItan until it's fixed.

As much as I would love to leave a positive review, I never actually received this bar. I’ve been back-and-forth with both titan fitness and FedEx and it looks like I’m out $350. The package shows that it was delivered, but no one was home, and the package was left unattended in plain sight. Looks like it was taken after delivery. I was hoping that titan customer service would come through for me, but they have yet to return my phone calls. FedEx told me it was not their responsibility.

The metal hole for the bar on one of the posts was offset and so made it extremely difficult to insert the bar. Return at that point is moot. I have already drilled into my rafters and an not looking to weaken the integrity of the holes drilled. Pretty disappointed that expensive product like this comes in with large manufacturing defects.

I order some bumper plates, they send me the wrong ones, the lady gave me the wrong instructions and now its a nightmare, I order a separate order, hopefully they send me the correct ones this time 😪👎

I ordered a pull up bar, what I thought was adjustable but it did not work on an 8'6" ceiling. I called and the one that i needed was out of stock. they had another bar that would work but it was twice as expensive, I asked if he could discount in any since they were out of what i needed. NOPE. I then find out i have to pay shipping back and they DEDUCT 20%... CRAZY!!! Never do business with a company unwilling to help!!!
