Customer service is useless. I received a damaged pulley right out of the box, they refused to replace a $13 part after paying $2,000 for the Lat pull-down machine. Metal was scraped up and roughened and will cut you if you touch it the wrong way but I was told it was cosmetic. Even though it was damaged out of the box! Take your business elsewhere, pay the extra money for a different product. They use a call center, everything is read from a script, you’re just a number as far as Titan Fitness is concerned

1) The apparatus is smaller than expected (I'm 6.1' and the depth needed to achieve the release of the weights is impractical). 2) the hooks to keep the two parts together are small. The vibrations from training will make the hooks fall off. Overall, I feel like this is a ploy to purchase the extenders.

I purchased the TITAN Series Safety Squat Bar in July of 2022. These are the handles now. One points up and one points down. When I contacted them for a warranty claim, I was told I waited too long to contact them, despite the claim that they have a one-year warranty. Their solution was for me to "take the handles re-thread to a machine shop to fix the issue". Garbage product and terrible customer service. Avoid Titan at all costs!

This review is about the customer service. I ordered two of the plate loaded towers and one arrived in pristine shape with all parts, the other did not. The box had been torn in two at some point and was taped back together. The small cardboard box that contains the hardware and other small items necessary for putting the piece of equipment together were missing. I immediately sent an email with photos with no response. Two days later, I called and while they were helpful in learning of the issue I was having, it was several days after that conversation that I got an email showing they had placed an invoice for the missing items. All of this interaction began on March 27 and I still have no shipping notice of the missing parts.

The bar (TITAN Series Safety Squat Bar) came with handles that did not fit straight when they were screwed in. One pointed up, one pointed down. When I contacted care, they told me I waited to long to contact them, despite claiming to have a one year warranty, and told me I could " the handles re-thread to a machine shop to fix the issue. I wish I purchased another bar. Avoid buying from Titan at all costs.

Horrible shipping, the delivery didn't ask me to sign for it, it was just left at my door. When I opened the case, I saw the damage. I contacted titan by email the same day, but no one replied to me. The phone would never work, and after several days of trying to contact titan, I would not buy anything from titan. If you want to buy damaged, please place an order.

Unfortunately this hack squat leg press machine came with a defective middle frame so I cannot be assembled. The plastic cushion underneath was missing and the holes in the frame were drilled in the wrong place. Smh. I now have almost $2000 worth of metal off-gassing in my basement without purpose as I await response whether Titan can get me a replacement part. Super disappointing, to say the least. I'll update this review once this matter comes to closure, regardless of outcome.

Bought the Titan Series leg curl / extension rack attachment. Upon receiving the order I decided I wanted to go another direction. I email to start a return process of the unused and unopened attachment, 14 days after the purchase. Customer care informed me that I have to pay return shipping from the east coast back to california, along with a 20% restocking fee. So it will cost me 35% of what I originally paid to send the unit back. This is thing was never even opened. Absolutely horrible, I will never purchase from them again nor recommend their equipment to family and/or friends. Read the return policy fine print before you buy. I saw 30 day return policy and looked no deeper. Lesson learned, Titan is shady.

Customer service in India does not cancel orders, emailed and called and they refused to cancel an order that wasn't sent for 48 hours then wanted to charge me a restocking fee to return it Absolute scam company, do not order from them and expect any kind of help

I would love to give this more stars, but unfortunately my leg press attachment never arrived. FedEx pulled into my driveway on the day of expected delivery, and left about a minute later without leaving my package. I filled out the form on the customer service page and waited for a response. Two days later I received notification that my package was delivered! …In Tennessee. I live in Michigan. The same day I also finally received a response from customer service saying that my package had been delivered. I wrote back (and submitted another form) and have not heard anything back from this company. Dead silence. So, unfortunately I had to open a dispute with my bank to get my money back since Titan won’t respond to me. NEVER ordering here again.

Order came incomplete almost almost 2 weeks ago. Missing critical parts and unusable. Titan advised and still sourcing parts with no status of when available. I requested a return lable sent for old bar. Titan has ignored this request. Next will be disputing charge with my credit card if a new bar is not sent immediately. Brian

The absolute worst company I've dealt with in the last 10 years. Delivered a badly chipped and half completed barbell and they could not replace the exact one for me. They offered a 30 dollar refund or a 50 gift card for a future purchase. We all know the price of barbells, so why even offer such pathetic numbers? Every interaction was through email and pulling tooth and nail to get an answer for a simple question (icing on the cake each response from them took around 3 days and now we're ~ 5 responses later of excuses). Don't EVER deal with this company, spend the extra few dollars and go to REP or others. All have better quality, leagues-better service, and the difference in cost could be twice what Titan offers you for a refund after you are sure to have issues with them, all the while saving you the weeks of frustration they will also be sure to give you.
