I ordered a 14# and a 20# wall ball. I have used and purchased many Dynamax wall balls in the past, which are somewhat more expensive. Dynamax is worth the extra cost. The weight in the Titan 20# wall ball is unevenly distributed and the ball is not round, which causes it to roll and spin weirdly. I contacted Titan to return the product, including pictures and videos. They did not acknowledge the obvious defects in the product and would not let me return my this unwieldy wall ball.

Only part of my order has been delivered. So now this is the THIRD time I am going to have to reach out to you to have a replacement ordered. In addition, the parts of my order that I have received, as well as the replacements, don't have the hardware pictured in the photos online.

The product is damaged. I have pictures, not sure if it was damaged in shipping or from the factory but for the price I paid, I am not satisfied. I also attempted to use a coupon that Titan sent me for 5% of and the system wouldn't let me, now after I bought the product, Im getting texts offer the product for $500 less than I just paid for this damaged product.

DO NOT PURCHASE! I received my Plyo box and was excited did my first box jump and felt all the foam slide out from under me. I open up the zipper there in 3 different soft foams holding it together which is a MAJOR SAFETY HAZARD. Did someone take the correct foam out and their Quality assurance department not check on the ploy box? DO NOT BUY!

I’ve ordered many things in the past from the scratch and dent and have come as expected. The two medicine ball racks I received, had no screws bolts or nuts in the packaging. There were empty Ziploc kitchen, snack, bags in the package, which I assume the nuts bolts and screws were in but it was hardly enough to keep everything together. You didn’t make it easy on me when I was expecting to assemble and set up.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund for up to 30 days after your order has been delivered, provided it is unused, in the original packaging, and in new condition. However, as stated in our return policy, Titan will offer a refund of your original purchase price minus the restocking fee within 30 days of your delivery date.  Unfortunately, we don't have control over the return cost as it is being paid to the carrier. After 30+ purchases from titan I was so put off by this experience that I will never purchase from titan again for my commercial gym, nor recommend them to clients. Their antiquated rigid returns policy and lack of loyalty to customers is astonishing for an American based business. Rogue costs more but treats customers much better and stands behind products without penalizing customers with a massive "restocking fee"!

We were sent a bent tricep machine. The seat was welded sideways/ uneven, same withe the rack that holds the weight. Called several times and several emails and pictures to back it. They pretty much Called us liars. Horrible company.

Very upset ! Item was delivered in poor packaging. I don’t think I will order again. I received a similar item from a different vendor in excellent condition , coming from Washington state. It took longer to get but in excellent condition. Your items are shipped from PA. and looks like they came from overseas all beat up . I have ordered other items that came in goods package conditions but it seems that either your shipping department doesn’t package the items correctly or your shipping carrier treats your item like trash .

I was sent the wrong machine and it had a lot of missing parts. I received it 3/9/23 and I have yet to have this issue resolved. Today is 3/16/23.

The base of this item is way too long for it to fit low enough to be useful as a step of any sort on any rack. When I went to return this thing they were going to charge me a 20% restocking fee plus I have to pay the shipping which would put me around $70 cost to return $100 item. So I’m stuck with this. It’s not the first time I’ve bought some thing from Titan that didn’t fit. I bought the power block stand from them and had to cut out the sides so I can actually move the selector .

I received a bench that was missing hardware. I called and was told the missing parts would be sent to me, however I simply received the exact same hardware that I already had, still missing the same pieces. I called again, was told I could buy them myself BUT may not receive a full refund. So, I asked for them to send me specifically just the pieces I was missing and was assured that this would happen. I then received an email two days later stating that one of the washers I needed was not in stock and that I would have to buy this on my own. Appalling. Why are they selling me a piece of equipment that they do not have all of the pieces for. WTFFFF

This is the third time that I’ve ordered blemished items and I’ve received the wrong item twice. This time it was a straight 100lb fixed dumbbell when I ordered a 100lb curl bar.! The pain of shipping it back is not worth it. I love titan but am a disappointed.

I purchased an accessory for my rack and it doesn't fit. The website descriptions are not accurate and I'm not paying 50% of the accessory cost to return it due to an error in wording on your website.

Most accessories will only fit its respective series. The T3 Series accessories are found here: https://www.titan.fitness/racks/rack-accessories/t-3-series/.
