I would love to give this more stars, but unfortunately my leg press attachment never arrived. FedEx pulled into my driveway on the day of expected delivery, and left about a minute later without leaving my package. I filled out the form on the customer service page and waited for a response. Two days later I received notification that my package was delivered! …In Tennessee. I live in Michigan. The same day I also finally received a response from customer service saying that my package had been delivered. I wrote back (and submitted another form) and have not heard anything back from this company. Dead silence. So, unfortunately I had to open a dispute with my bank to get my money back since Titan won’t respond to me. NEVER ordering here again.

Order came incomplete almost almost 2 weeks ago. Missing critical parts and unusable. Titan advised and still sourcing parts with no status of when available. I requested a return lable sent for old bar. Titan has ignored this request. Next will be disputing charge with my credit card if a new bar is not sent immediately. Brian

The absolute worst company I've dealt with in the last 10 years. Delivered a badly chipped and half completed barbell and they could not replace the exact one for me. They offered a 30 dollar refund or a 50 gift card for a future purchase. We all know the price of barbells, so why even offer such pathetic numbers? Every interaction was through email and pulling tooth and nail to get an answer for a simple question (icing on the cake each response from them took around 3 days and now we're ~ 5 responses later of excuses). Don't EVER deal with this company, spend the extra few dollars and go to REP or others. All have better quality, leagues-better service, and the difference in cost could be twice what Titan offers you for a refund after you are sure to have issues with them, all the while saving you the weeks of frustration they will also be sure to give you.

The handle for the safety bar was defected. I contact Titans Team and said they would send me a replacement part. It’s been over six weeks and haven’t heard or received anything. Not happy with the customer service support at all.

I hate the fact that immediately after I ordered these, they went on sale for like 20% off the day after. And I tried to contact them to cancel them so I could re-order them under the sale price and they told me that they had already been automatically shipped, and so I could not cancel the order without paying for return shipping. Honestly, the prices it is great but the service is really lacking. I think one of the things that could set this company apart is not just a good price but also great customer service. So I was a little disappointed.

Really a little upset about the lying hamstring curl machine. It's built in a set position and as a trainer at a gym its hard to put a shorter female on this machine.

My original problem was damage during shipping because of poor packaging. The warranty claim was a smooth transaction but the replacement came without ANY packaging. A shipping tag zip tied to the bar. Replacement was in worse shape than the original that started this process. A 2nd warranty claim has been opened and I’m hoping to try to get this item, one more time before giving up.

Tried to order something off the scratch and dent list, twice, and both times the order was a miss. First time the item wasn't available, and fine, scratch and dent stuff can go quick I would assume, but it's 2023, fix the online/inventory communication. Refund was immediately processed at least. The second time I tried to order the same thing that went back on scratch and dent, the order got confirmed, shipped, but when it arrived, it was a totally different item, and multiple things that I didn't order. I took a week for someone to give barely an answer and process a refund, after multiple emails with a picture of what came, and having to describe what came. No answer as to where the item I ordered was, and didn't get a refund processed until after about a week of the back and forth. And they said not to ship items back, just to keep them. A couple pieces of which I don't even know what they are nor have a use for.

Covered in sodder dust. Missing hardware and customer support could care less. Assembly still underway as each part needs to be wiped down outside. 2 hour assemlby gets tripled after sodder dust wipe downs and trip to hw store for missing bolts.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these delays, although our carriers try their best to keep track of information up to date. Also, to avoid duplicate items being shipped, we are not able to issue a replacement unless confirmed lost by the carrier. Ordered a Titan Leg Extension and Curl Machine on 3/17. Product arrived in a non-damaged box on 3/22. Upon beginning assembly, product was missing a few pieces from the blister pack, (washers mainly) but piece #17 is wrong. It is supposed to have a hole drilled into the end for the purposes of attaching it and the piece we got does not. I reached out on Thursday 3/24 morning and was informed that I'd get an email regarding what would happen next. Still have not heard back other than the automated email I got that said you guys were fielding a bunch of calls. No doubt. 1) Customers don't care that you are busy. NEVER tell a customer YOUR problems. 2) This is the 3rd Titan product I've gotten that was not right/defective. Ordered an incline bench back in December and one of the screw holes was completely bent, so only 3 out of 4 screws can be secured. We 'made-due' because we don't like to be 'that customer'. Bench is obviously a little wobbly. Cable pulley was missing bolts as well for installation, but we went to Lowes and got what we needed. THREE products ALL missing needed parts! We just have a 'small' home gym, but between the three products we have invested $1155.57 with Titan, and I truly do demand better customer service. Please resolve my issue as if it were urgent.

plates very thick, and only 9.5 lbs unacceptable for me when ive gotten plates off wf supply on amazon cheaper that were better toleranced, and leaner, thick plates are a waste of space, bought them to try out will not buy again

Terrible design, nothing matches up, anyone who lifts heavy weight will have an issue with pieces moving around by themselves. This company needs to do better with their designs. I’ve ordered 4 pieces of equipment and none of it has quality.
