Package had been opened and wrapped back up. Missing a part and have to wait for the part. Obviously was sent a leg curl machine that had been returned. If so, should've given a discount and always should have all the parts.On a positive note, the service agent was very cordial and quick. Will see if the missing part is sent quickly. Will recommend if the part is here fast. Everyone makes mistakes.

After 6 months of message traffic I finally have my full squat safety bar. I do like the bar but to have to wait 6 months to get the handles for it was ridiculous. Not to mention they wouldn’t just send me the handles, they sent me an entire set so that I could send back the bar because it’s against policy to separate a set. Well all I did was take the handles out and send the bar back. Same thing you could have done and save me a trip to fed ex. I personally will never buy anything from titan fitness ever again.

Terrible to be honest with you I initially received a curl bar that came broken in the mail. You guys ended up sending me a second bar in the mail, which look like the package got destroyed. The curl bar wasn’t even in the tube completely. There was dirt there on the curl bar like it hit the ground at some point. I called customer representative. They said they would email me within the first couple days and I never did about a full refund still to this day. I still haven’t from you. Long story short this is the last order I’ll make with the company

The Power Rack I received was with damage which must have happened during transport and delivery. The Trap Barbell I received had rust damage on the weld joints. I contacted customer service and was asked to provide pictures. I provided the pictures promptly and have made multiple inquiries since sending the pictures but have not heard anything. It is disappointing that Titan Fitness does not seem to be a company that stands behind their products. I should have taken my business to Rep Fitness or Rogue.

The shelf’s and two supports were chip, this is unacceptable for the amount of money that was charged! Also whatever happen to instructions on how to put together? The welding on the 4- supports were not center, does anyone check this before painting/ delivering? You guys ever hear about quality check? There are many other companies to get gym storage, equipment! This is a complete turnoff. And something should be done!

fedx del to wrong place or didnot del and said they.Finallly showed up at my door 8 days after say ing on truck for del every day. no help from titan. need to find some where else to buy my equipment.

Almost no real safety precautions, the spotting arms are almost nonexistent. The pull up bar is meant for people with a giant wingspan. The squat rack is too tall, must be for people at least 6’0 (I’m 5’10) and the bench is so small it’s uncomfortable for my spine. I’m returning in fear of hurting myself on a PR. DO NOT BUY IF YOU ARE A SERIOUS LIFTER.

Ordered the scratch and dent and hardware bag busted open during shipping spilling all of it out. They repackaged the bench and did not seal all of the outside and a lot of the hardware escaped through where it wasn’t taped. Titan will not take responsibility and refused to send replacement hardware. Will not order from Titan again.

My box came in with an internal frame that was extremely rusty. The outside coating of the frame looked like it was spray painted with chrome paint to cover up the corroded metal. I wish I could upload pictures. This was the last chance I was going to give Titan Fitness and they failed once again. I’ll never buy from Titan Fitness again.

BUYERS BE WARE! TITAN DOES NOT UPDATE RETURN POLICIES IN A TIMELY MANNER! I ordered a piece of equipment that seemed like it would be a good fit for my home gym. Unfortunately, it wasn't. One of the reviews I read about Titan was how helpful their customer service was. That wasn't my experience. The piece of equipment I had was still in it's original shipping package and was in my possession for a little over a day when I called to have it returned. The person in spoke to told me that I was responsible for the return shipping cost, which I expected because it was posted on their website under the return shipping policy. What I did not expect was the 20% restocking fee, which was not on their website. She sent me a link with an updated policy. After a very long conversation she finally understood that I was conveying the fact that this information was not openly available to ensure buyers were able to make an informed decision before purchasing. She also acknowledged that the policy which was available was 3 years old and outdated. When I asked to speak with a supervisor I was told that there were none. I was then told that the previous situations like these that were escalated were rejected. How was it escalated if there are no supervisors? That question was never answered. Most of the conversation was spent with the customer service rep sounding confused about what I was saying. In the end I received no help and was more frustrated than when I initially called. Titan will NOT get any more of my business if this is the type of assistance I can expect to receive.
