I don't get the impression that Titan takes a lot of pride in what it sells. The only part of the customer experience that they appear concerned with are shipping updates. I ordered a pair of adjustable kettlebells (12kg-32kg). The boxes arrived very mangled, missing tools, and the kettlebell scratched in a few spots. I realize that it is difficult to ship a 32kg weight in pristine order, but I am sure they have done this in the past and my experience cannot be the first. Titan also paints its adjustable kettlebell: the exterior is finished red, and the internal weights have some kind of black paint. They paint they chose is poorly suited to the purpose, as it flakes of daily (both the red and the black). I am constantly having to sweep up paint chips and dispose of them. Also the paint can bond to itself, so the heavy weights painted black will frequently get stuck together. I have to wack them with a hammer to get them apart. The customer service is also pretty spotty. The customer service rep that I got only responded about once every 36 hours. The bells I bought went on sale shortly after I purchased them, so I asked her for a price match. She told me I had to contact a different customer service rep for price match inquiries. Apparently customer service at Titan likes to take a very "that's not my job" approach to customer service. If you are in the market for adjustable kettlebells, I would advice looking elsewhere.

Received my bar with no packaging. Scratches on the bar made it look like it was not new.

So far I haven’t been able to use the equipment. It was delayed 2 weeks because the box was sam waged and the packing was bad so one of the brackets was lost. Still haven’t received the bracket. I think at this point I’d like a refund if you cannot get me the missing piece. Disappointed, Adam August

Ordered the PLATE LOADED LYING T-BAR ROW MACHINE from Titan and got it last week. After an hour+ of removing all the packing material and breaking down boxes, I was finally ready to assemble and get a good workout right after, only to realize the feet pads attached to the left and right frame pieces are anchored to the wrong side of each frame piece, which obviously prevents moving to step 2 of the build phase. Massive production mishap combined with a missed item inspection. Just emailed the company but can't even imagine how this gets fixed anytime soon. Regret not getting the Rogue version I was also looking at.

Fool me once… Titan sold me someone’s clearly used (partially assembled, repackages, missing hardware and damages to the metal) returned item as new. All of the effort was on me to resolve the issue… I had to contact them, sent an email with photos and waited for another one to be shipped (after approval), repair the destroyed box it came in and repackage the mess of damaged equipment. Three weeks later I had a usable NEW product. ZERO compensation for the delayed original shipping, the fact that they sold me a used item as new, my time and packing materials. I own a lot of titan products (more than 10) and this was a really poor experience. I don’t normally post these kinds of negative comments but it was really frustrating and time consuming. Buyer beware.

I ordered the x-3 flat footed power rack and the x-3 horizontal bar holders. After assembling the rack and noticing there was no place to mount the bar holders, I read the description of the bar holders. I had to expand the description and at the very bottom, it says it was not compatible with a flat footed rack. Now to return it, I have to pay return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Titan customer service will not budge on their return policy, so I'm left taking the loss, it's not worth it to me to return the item for a partial refund. I'll try to sell them locally to recoup some funds. I still like Titan's products but I will read all descriptions before I buy something again.

I ordered 60 pounds weighted vest. Only the weights arrived in the box, The vest itself never arrived. Got weights but no vest to put weights in. Contacted customer service and they never resolved issue or heard back from customer service. I will never order anything else from them. I was a loyal customer for years!!

Disappointed with the folding rack ordered. The package arrived with no mounting instructions and when I called the agent advised I may need a 3rd party contractor to wall-mount. I asked why this was not disclosed in the product description and they did not know but mentioned it was a common complaint. I would have avoided the item if advised when researching. I am attempting to exchange for a floor model but they refuse to acknowledge their error and want me to pay for the shipping which is expensive. Bad customer support and marketing.

My apologies as wall mounted racks do not come with mounting instructions for the same reason that they do not come with mounting hardware - since mounting can differ depending the surface and hardware used - our marketing team thought it'd best to leave the mounting instructions to be retrieved by the buyer depending on their choice surface and hardware. Was not happy that the 45 Lb bumper plate was a single and not a pair. When the 10’s & 25’s are sold as a pair and other competitors sell all plates in pairs. It does not make any sense to sell plates as single item. You need 2 in order to do anything. I have bought many things from titan before and liked the product.

After being shipped a defective product (T3 roller j cups), I have been lied to again and again by Titan Fitness on my issue being reviewed and addressed. 24-48 hours is the usual lie, when it's weeks after my order and I know nothing more than I did the first day I reported the issue on how this will be rectified. Now they won't return my calls. Getting in touch with someone is like pulling teeth, and by chance that you do, they act like they don't know their own products (I suspect it's not an act though). The worst mistake of my life has been purchasing the T3 Short Squat Stand in early January 2023 to finally get my home gym underway. The problem being that if I have this kind of problem replacing a measly j hook that costs nothing in the grand scheme of things, what's going to happen when I buy the half rack conversion, and a whole slew of other things that I intended to buy to support my new T3 rack/hobby. I'm actually baffled by the customer service that I'm receiving. I can't believe a company thinks they can get away with service this poor in 2023. I almost feel that they're playing a game with me and laughing at my bad decision to buy from them. It will eventually be the downfall of this business guaranteed.

Customer service is terrible. By the time the item arrived to my house it was $70 off on the website, where you’re directed to find the instruction manual. Customer service refused to match the price. Stupid company I’ve spent thousands here but I’m done.

Customer service is terrible. I requested they honor their prior sales price (expired for about 3 days) which they did not. After purchasing the product, BUT BEFORE DELIVERY, I received notification that the product I purchased was on sale again for a price 10% below the sales price I was asking them to honor. I again requested an adjustment, but never heard from them. Coincidentally, today (less than 1 week since the product was finally delivered) I received another notice that this product is again on sale for the price I asked them to honor. When my product was delivered, the box had obvious damage-- one end had been torn open and re-closed with packaging tape. The nuts and bolts package inside was open with the bolts loose--luckily, all were there. The product itself appeared scratched in a manner as if it was a prior return. Due to my experience with customer service, I have not even bothered to notify them or send the photos of the damage. Their free shipping is worth exactly what I paid for it. I am unhappy with the lack of response from customer service--to the point I likely will not purchase from Titan again. I will tell anyone who asks about their sales tactics. As to the product, aside from the fact it appears to have prior use, I have no opinion as yet.

I would not post this review to cause negativity to Titan as I like your products and think you have a quality set of offerings. But as things happen, my latest order for a Landmine Stand came missing one of the large bolts and most importantly the springloaded adjustment pin bolt. Neither of these things warrant a negative review and I simply put in a claim and expect them to be shipped out soon. But my key frustration is that it took 3 days to get a human to acknowledge my email, and I am still waiting 6 days later for the order to ship. I understand things take time, but when I paid in full for something and have to wait weeks to get missing parts, I think it is something you should know could be improved on your company. This is the second piece of Titan equipment I have purchased and am please with the overall brand, but am definitely concerned to place another order in the future for fear of missing parts and taking weeks to get them.
