This time around was very poor after I order the item and one mo the later it wasn't here. I had to call and was told fed ex might of lost it. So they sent another it showed up within 1.5-2wks but the box looks like it was toss down forty flights of stairs. When I picked box up of my porch to move into my house pieces started falling out. The box had one end busted wide open and the rest of the box was about the same and the opposite end wasn't wide open but still busted up pretty good. Very disappointed this time around with everything. I have pics of this box just need to figure out how to upload

Unfortunately all rack accessories only fit with your specific equipment. This means a person either has to invest only in Titan equipment or never purchase from Titan. Locking a customer into only purchasing your equipment just does not make sense from a customer service perspective. Not to mention email correspondence is slow and difficult when you have an issue.

Horrendous. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had trying to purchase an item from a company, only to ultimately end up left empty handed with no attempt made to remedy the situation. Do better, Titan. I currently have no desire to return to your site.

The equipment snapped in two the first time I attached it to a barbell. Immediately initiated a warranty claim and crickets ever since.

My package was never delivered, and am being told there is nothing Titan can do. Fedex is even telling me to have you file a claim but no one will do it! Love the products I did receive, but if this is the support it becomes real risky ordering anything more from Titan.

Worst customer service ever. I ordered a bar and it came all dented and scratched up. I reached out to return. They had so much back and forth even though I provided pictures of the damage. Have not heard back anything since I asked to return the item. They offered me 10% partial refund. I could have bought a scratch and dent item for like 15% off instead. Very disappointed. Still waiting to hear back about the return process.

You shipped me a broken product. I was on hold with your customer service for 90 minutes just for you to tell me that you'd send me an email. I responded to that email with pictures of the broken product five minutes after I received it. After over a week, you still haven't responded to my email or made any effort to fix my problem as a customer. We're three weeks post-order and I still have a broken hunk of scrap metal sitting in my gym. What you DID manage to find the time to do is send me an email asking to leave you a review, so here we are! I'll never order another piece of Titan equipment in our ten gyms for the rest of my life.

They sent me a defective bench which was assembled and a gift. Now they want me to disassemble it and FIND A BOX to ship it back instead of just sending me the damaged seat. This was a gift. I am totally embarrassed to have to ask him to do that. Let alone the big inconvenience that it would be.

The item came rusted. The threads for the seat and pad adjustment are rusted and won’t thread properly. The chrome brace for holding the bar has surface rust on it and also looks horrible because you can see all the grinding gouges. Your customer service tried to tell me to wipe the rust off and that it was not rust and just oxidation. Then proceeded to tell me they were going to close the complaint ticket since I wouldn’t just wipe it off. A truly unbelievable experience. This was my first and last purchase through Titan Fitness. Since your customer service reps think rust is acceptable when purchasing a metal product I will be submitting a complaint through my states Attorney Generals Office as well as the BBB later this week.

Stand arrived with one of the extension “titan” pieces bent, I had to straighten it out. Also, one of the triangular support pieces for the bottom of the extension was not in the box, the Chinese company that packed the thing just counted incorrectly and “quality control” at titans is still underwhelming. So here I am with a box of metal I cannot put together safely almost 2 weeks after it arrived.

Squat stand arrived with the box completely torn on one side with one of the uprights halfway out of the box, scraped and bent. Once I opened the box I saw that the other pieces were also scraped from banging together. To make matters worse, the crossbar support that ties the two sides together was not in the box. Customer service has now told me to wait another 5-7 days before my replacement parts can be “resolved”. Have ordered thousands of items from this place before and each time I say never again, shame on me.

Update: now over a month and still have yet to receive full refund. Avoid titan at all cost. I never received item. It was returned to warehouse, it had been apart three weeks and still have yet to receive my money back. Customer service is horrible.

I ordered a power rack from Titan, I was charged and the order didn’t go through. I contacted them numerous times and received horrible customer service from 3 separate employees through email and phone. This is a very unprofessional company. I expressed what went wrong and how they can fix it with their website and their employees. The company didn’t seem interested in hearing it. Thank goodness for banks who can do the investigation and give me my money back. However I still have to wait for the bank to also finish their investigation in order to get my money back so it is not a fast process.

Was given two of the Competition Style Kettlebells as a Christmas gift. The 16kg bell was fine but the 12kg bell has a very unstable bottom that wobbles badly and presents a safety hazard when doing pushups on the bell. In their own description Titan says that the bottoms are flat and stable for pushups. Product Overview The Competition Kettlebells are designed to improve overall strength, burn calories, and improve performance. Ranging from 8 KG (18-pounds) up to 40 KG (88-pounds), these single, solid piece casts are made of steel and retain the same machined body allowing you to train the same movement while also increasing or decreasing weight to cater to your routine. They are constructed with a durable, smooth wide-loop handle, a round profile with laser-engraved weight indications in KG, and a flat base that allows for push-ups and no wobbling. These kettlebells are ideal for building muscles, enhancing core strength, and improving balance. In this case I'm afraid we cannot proceed with the warranty as that is not an intended use for the kettlebell. The cable, broke within the 1-year warranty, I order a replacement cable 4 months ago and still have not received the cable. I check on the order for weeks and was told it was coming, I never received the cable. Call today and was now told the cable was on back order and that I should just cancelled the order because they don't know when the cable will come in. So, now I have a useless machine that I can't use without a cable.
