Item was delivered to the wrong address. I had to personally locate the item, then drove across town to pick up the item from another address. When I called your company to tell you about the misdelivery, you referred me to FedEx but offered zero help in locating my package.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service provided by Titan. I received an order for the T-2 Sandwich J-hooks with parts and hardware missing for one of the hooks. I reached out to their attachment support team and they requested I send images of the packaging. After sending the images of the packing as well as the hooks where you can clearly see what parts are missing, I waited 6 days and did not receive any update from the representative Jinky. I called again and was put on hold for over 30 minutes before I reached a representative. I provided them my order information and they reviewed the case number revealing that the attachment team had contacted their parts team 2 days after I submitted the requested images, but they claim they do not have any stock for the replacement parts currently. I'm typing this review as I currently see the T-2 sandwich J-hooks for sale and 'in stock' at $10USD less than the price I paid over a week ago. Extremely disappointed and will not be buying any products from Titan in the future based on such poor product support.

Ordered the Heavy bench and received it with missing parts. Have had no resolution from customer service.

Machine isn't level, sent pictures to infotitan web address, no reply, instructions won't download very disappointed for 700.00.

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. 1300.00 dollars worth of equipment in one order. Missing parts, called 5 times and various emails. Still have not fixed this order. From now on I will deal with another company. Even asked for a manager to call back, I have heard nothing.

I have ordered multiple products from Titan and never had any problems until this order. I ordered a deadlift platform and it came in with missing parts. This I feel was not titan’s fault but the shipping. Parts where heavy and box didn’t hold up. Call Titan and let them know. Turns into several emails and them saying they don’t have parts but can send me a whole new one if I send the one I got back. The box it came in is unusable and I shouldn’t have to try and send back. I suggested to just open one of the boxes there and send me the parts missing. The emails have stopped and I’m sitting here with equipment I can’t use.

I received this bar and it was 48” wide overall which made the hole spacing 46” apart. I could not mount this on my 48” on center joists and contacted titan for a new pull up bar explaining the issue. The website show the bar being 50” overall which would make the hole spacing 48” apart (perfect for ceiling joists). They apologized and sent me a new pull up bar. Upon receiving the new bar, it was EXACTLY THE SAME. I emailed them again showing them pictures and explaining how it was exactly the same and the said they were processing me a refund. I asked for a new bar since I didn’t want the refund and wanted a correct bar. They told me management decided to process a refund and I couldn’t get a fixed bar. I asked if I ordered a new bar would the issue be fixed and titan said they recommend ordering a different pull up bar. Basically this issue still persists and it is not fixed. DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT. The hole spacing is off and you will not be able to screw into a stud giving you proper support.

There were no assembly instructions and when I called Titan, you said “oh I’ve heard that before, I don’t think we have those instructions for the trap bar.” Also, I called to report an issue with my leg extension/leg press machine, sent videos of teh problem, and it’s been a week and no one has gotten back to me. I’ve spent a lot on money on Titan equipment and have been pretty satisfied up until now. This is not how you should treat loyal customers.

I had to drive the 2 hour round trip to the UPS ground freight warehouse to pick up the lat pull-down. UPS said their box truck was in the shop and didn’t have an ETA on when they would get it back. I contacted you Titan about this, and was told I can’t be compensated because I received the ordered within 7-10 days. That’s because I had to go get it! When I got it home there seat pad’s stitching was coming undone. Do I get a new seat? So I had a fantastic experience!

Deadlift platform was broken and the band peg didn’t work. That was primarily reason for buying, so disappointed. Customer service is terrible.

Well…didn’t want to have to leave a negative review but here we are…I ordered several products they did show up in a timely manner. None of the pieces of equipment came with instructions which is normally not a problem because, let’s be real, nobody reads them anyway! After successfully assembling two of the three items I started putting the third together this is when the lack of instructions became a problem. I used the included code to try downloading the PDF only to discover that the code didn’t reference anything. So, I tried to call customer service several times only to end up waiting on hold, the first time was about 25 minutes before I gave up and the second was about 40 minutes. I finally emailed the customer service department and within a couple of days finally got a response with the correct assembly instructions. Well it turns out I was having trouble because the machine was missing a part. After reaching back out to customer service on a Friday morning. I received a reply on Monday saying they would look into it. It’s now the following Friday with no further communication or resolution. At this point I’m stuck with a basically unusable machine with waning hope of ever getting it working.

18103772862 order number Grace jalamana giving me a bad time. Or making difficult with sounding helpful to return damaged dumbbells offering 5 percent off for damage item arrived with no box all marked up I shouldn’t have to pay for packing and pick up it arrived with no box 5 % is an insult for all mark up goods I thought 20% was more right at this point I want replacement but I should not have to pay for box or pick up I give -10 rating
