Missing a screw

Delivery contained mostly incorrect items and was missing the main items. No one can tell me where my order is or help me get what I ordered. Terrible customer service.

Missing a bolt in hardware. Sent pictures to customer service as requested and their best was "go to a local hardware store and we will reimburse you" nice thanks Titan at least hook it up with store credit or a refund if your gonna do me like that. Not to mention it took a week for them to fix the broken link for the manual.

Order was delivered with missing parts. I called over a week ago and filed a claim via email as well. No response or resolution as of today. I am unable to install or use the pull-up bar due to the bar not being included in the shipment. The brackets came without end caps on one side. Very disappointed with delay in resolution.

Plate hole is much to wide for any bar I have . Will definitely be retuning.

The return policy is unfair. I had to build the equipment to try it to see if I liked it. And for that it’s not eligible for return. Because of this I will not be buying anymore from Titan.

Titan sucks. I chose titan Bc the battle rope had great reviews. They say they’re good at communication. Titan sent me the wrong product- 2 chunks of metal. I immediately called (at noon) and was told they’d fix the problem is 24-48 hours. Here it is nine days later and they won’t help. I give Titan -TEN stars. I should’ve purchased from Amazon. Lesson learned about doing business with private businesses. Now to battle for my money back.

Well I ordered it December 10th for my daughter Christmas present and it was delivered in JANUARY!! Very disappointed!!

The order was extremely late with no contact about it being lost by ups. I had to call to contact customer service about it then didn't get a response for over a week. The product was half put together when it arrived and the instructions were not correct on how to build it. I like the product but the customer service was awful so i probably won't buy from here again.

One of the uprights is like a half inch too tall and it’s missing a hole so it can’t be bolted together so this rack is useless.

Customer service did not resolve both my issues of: (1) getting me replacement parts and (2) giving me scratch and dent pricing bc the equipment was clearly damaged at Titan and not shipping

Still waiting on a new bench pad to be able to actually use the bench. Had to message 3 times to get a response the first time. Then had to message 2 more times after someone finally acknowledged I messaged in the first place. So I can't review the product yet as it can't be used since you sent me a back bench pad where the holes were not drilled properly therfore you can't attach the back pad. Was about to order your $2500 cable pulley, but still waiting on a back bench pad to see if I can use the bench first.

Wrong item received and I immediately contacted support. Still waiting for replies after providing pictures to prove the error. I have purchased multiple times titan products and this is the first time dealing with such situation. Hope to have this resolved sooner than later.

Packaged damaged in shipping and stuck in California. Customer Service was uninterested in providing any practical solutions. Instead, they told me the only option is to wait 3+ weeks to receive my order. I'll be cancelling this order and it will be my last with Titan.
