This is the worst company I have ever purchased from to work with in regards to a return! Make sure to save the BOX…because without it, you are stuck with the VERY expensive purchase. “Policy is policy”. Yet all you read is how important customer service is. Terrible!

The product was missing parts which are critical for it's function. The item appeared to be used and repackaged. Customer service was contacted immediately and did not respond for one week. I was asked to take pictures of the shipping box a week after I had opened it and discovered the missing items. Fortunately I did not recycle the box during the wait.

This is my first purchase with Titan. I ordered 3 items. Only 2 arrived. I have had to fight with customer service for them to recognize that I never received part of my order. I ultimately decided to return everything. That has been equally difficult. I cannot get in touch with the same person more than once. They have not refunded the correct amount. This has been a 2 month ordeal. Titan Fitness is ridiculous.

Terrible customer service. Original order was 12/6. Package got delayed or lost, still not sure which one. Package tracking was saying it was delivered but then nothing was delivered. Then a duplicate tracking number was made that was still never delivered. Asked for a refund 12/20 and was told I would have to wait 2-7 days after the item made it back to the warehouse (not sure why that matters if I never got the item.) Its 1/10 and I still have not been issued a refund.

Buying from Titan Fitness has been a nightmare. Everything I ordered came with problems and was packaged poorly so everything looks used. There are scratches, dents and paint missing. Some of the issues may be because of shipping, but if Titan added better packaging these issues would not exist or at least not be as bad. However, the major issue with the items received is as follows: Missing parts on DL Jack, badly rusted hardware and attachments on the lat tower items, the low row plate was drilled wrong and cannot be used, bad rip in the foam roller fabric. The instructions on everything I purchased were horrible and the leg press was even the older version (no new version exists). But, the worst part has been the customer service. They take forever to respond and deliver replacement parts. For example, I ordered the lat tower back on November 18th, 2022 and it is now January 10th, 2023 and they are still giving me the run around on when I will get the replacement parts. These people are ridiculous and I can not stress enough your money is better spent elsewhere. I have had zero issues with Rogue and Rep Fitness.

I ordered Titans Urethane dumbbells set 110lbs and 120lbs. They came in one at a time, not packaged or protected just with a shipping tag on the dumbbell handle. They were all scuffed up but I figured at least they came in. They actual look more used than my old urethane dumbbells. The last dumbbell never came so I called customer service to which I was told I needed to wait seven days from that point for the transporter to respond and that I didn't need to do anything. At seven days I heard nothing so two more days past that point I called to which I was asked what do I want, I said my110lbs dumbbell to which they said they had one left and they would ship it out. I watched as this dumbbell made it to Sacramento and stopped. Four days later I called Fed ex and was told they would look into it. two days after that point I received a message that it was damaged and to contact the shipper, so I'm on the phone on hold again hoping someone answers. I spent 30 years working with companies like Life Fitness, Matrix, Hampton, Arsenal, Umax and Hampton none came even close to as poor of company as Titan is. I would skip this company its not worth the savings. Now I'm trying to get my money back but there policy is I pay for shipping of the first three damaged dumbbells and they couldn't even complete the order. Well I will find out.

Paid $95.37 for order # 18103731097 on 26 Nov 2022 (credit card). Contacted Titan Fitness Team, sent photo of unused item in original box. Was issued return number RMA 0025446 by Grace Pusag on 19 Dec 2022. Item was delivered to your warehouse 26 Dec 2022 (Fedex tracking number 392302749353). Refund (minus $18 for shipping) was to be posted to my account within 2-7 business days. It has been 9 business days since return to the warehouse and refund of $73.37 has NOT been posted.

Recevied item that does not work as described. Customer service wants me to ship back the item for $11, when the cause was poor manufacturing. Disappointed in customer service's response.

Wrong item shipped, Have not heard any update in 4 business days. Missing half of my x3 power rack and still have yet to see any updates on those as well. Would not recommend.

Every part is dinged, scratched or dented. I purchased this “discounted” under the assumption it was the color that was discounted. It seems like it was returned & repackaged. I didn’t return anything.

I never received my order, but I did received on that weighed 100lbs and was not mine. I’m still dealing with trying to get it moved out of my building.

The adjustable seat is not adjustable because the holes do not line up. That portion of the bench is completely unusable unless I were to weld them down and make them bigger. The back itself is also unsafe and is not straight or level despite tinkering with it many times. I'm on a slant when trying to bench. Putting it together was also a hassle with the horrible instructions. First and last time I'll buy from Titan.

When I received the package one of the boxes was mangled and the bolts for the Squat cage were all over the box. I am missing one of the bolts and both of the J-hooks that come with the cage. I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times and when I Finally got a hold of someone they were nice and seemed understanding, but I’ve yet to get a confirmation that I will be getting the parts that are missing. It almost seems like I won’t be, only because he asked me for pictures of the box and I didn’t have any. If I don’t receive new parts (that I paid for) I definitely won’t be ordering more equipment from you and I already have a leg press/hack squat combo and a belt squat and a safety bar. I just want my parts so I can use the rack I ordered!

My product “leg holder for lat pull down series T-2 was not the right size. I have been waiting for a response from product support for a week now. I am a little put out by this especially since the leg holder is “ meant for my rack specifically”

My order of the Pro Sled was defective. I called and spoke with a representative and I made 5 online submissions. This process went on and on. No one called back. I continued to call in and be on hold for no less than 40 minutes. I finally had to file a dispute with my bank and FINALLY i was issued a return label. What a nightmare. I initially was going to do an exchange but decided based on the experience, I just wanted my money refunded. I have ordered a similar product costing more money from Rogue Fitness. I will never again make a purchase, no matter how small, from Titan Fitness based on this experience.
