The tricep bar arrived poorly packaged and torn where the collars are as though it was slid on s wet floor for a half mile. The knurled bars are welded crooked and one weld is cracked at the collar. Due to the weight of the bar I’m expecting the shipping back to Titan to be so expensive that a return may not even be worth trying to get s replacement. Very disappointed with this product and the lack of quality control.

You sent me the wrong bar. It still hasn't been resolved. Your customer service by using email only is poor.

Absolute horrible customer service with returns, it takes them days to respond and then won't honor a return because of their ridiculous 30 day return policy, even on an exchange. I do not recommend them at all and will never give them any more business

The price dropped by $300 two weeks before I received this item and because it was outside 48 hours after the ORDER not after receipt which is the standard, Titan did not honor the lower price. This is too bad because I’ve ordered a lot from them already and was planning to ordered even more to replace my Yukon pieces as I prepare to open a fitness and wellness center. As a result of this, no one will even know the equipment is Titan. We are removing and replacing with our gym logo. Really too bad.

Purchasing the item was easy but the return is extremely annoying. Had to send photos of packing and the outside box and still waiting for an “approval” to return. It’s been 5 days and I still cannot return yet. Clearly it was a Christmas gift and not used. Need a different size but will not order it from titan incase I need to return.

My order still hasnt arrived. I have been waiting for over 3 weeks. Fed Ex keeps shipping it back. Not any communication from anyone. I have called Fed ex and Titan now trying to get to the bottom of it. Maybe I will get my rack maybe I wont. Maybe I will have to wait a few more weeks.

1st, you sent emails saying my package was delivered when it wasn't. It was only when I called did I get a somewhat clearer answer. Then that answer was that "fedex ruined your pig, so we're sending you another one. Simultaneously, an email was sent asking if I still wanted this item or did I want my money back? Obviously, I wanted it or else I wouldn't have ordered it. Finally it came, only to not have ANY INSTRUCTIONS on how to put it together. I had to look at the picture in order to figure it out. My plan was to order more things as I am building my gym....but after this, I won't be purchasing anything else from your company.

It took 3 weeks longer than expected to arrive. Due to getting damaged in the mail/returned to sender and various other delays. I needed it for training so I was disappointed in how long it took to get here after the original arrival date.

I was not able to receive Order did not arrive in approaite time window and I ordered one tire flip and there were 2 Stella strapped together This made it impossible to receive order Very dissappointed ,I called and emailed Titan over a week ago of situation but you still shopped 2 items instead of one

I only received the (4) 91” posts, nothing else for the rack. I’m still waiting for the rest of the support members and parts in another shipment that hasn’t arrived yet.

The bench back is slanted (i.e. leans towards the left side) and the seat adjustment was slightly misaligned so it required to force it into the slot, causing the seat to be tilted to the right. I would normally just return it, but it's too big of a hassle given the size and weight. Overall, very disappointed.

I feel bad that I'm forced to write this review. I tried many times to have my situation resolved with Titan's customer services - but they were no help. I would recommend skipping the Titan bike and pay the $150 more and get the ROGUE Assault bike. :( There is a known flaw in the build of this Titan Fitness Fan Bike, its the bottom of the control arm that you push/pull. There is a bearing inside the arm that fails. It probably costs a dime, but it creates a million dollar headache. You can try to tighten it before each ride, but that will only last 5-10mins. After a week the screw holding pedal and arm together will start to bend. All I wanted was customer service to send me a new bearing (it's custom to the bike and not something you can pick up at your local hardware store). However, they chose not to help me.

Product was shipped missing parts. Requested replacement parts through lengthy customer service wait times. They only shipped one of the missing parts not both. I have other Titan products such as the bench and squat rack that work well and I look forward to using my ghd once I eventually get my parts. Products are 4 stars. Customer service is the reason for 1 star review. Still waiting on a call back. Good products. Poor QC for accountability of parts and customer support.
