My item came missing a bolt. It’s been really hard to get in touch with someone in customer service, I e emailed twice and no response. I called twice and they left me on hold for 20 min so I hung up. Now I finally got through last night and I’m waiting for them to approve sending me the missing bolt. Very frustrating when you spend $115 on something and don’t have the right pieces

This company as a whole is absolutely horrible. Im a very reserved person and rarely get upset about anything. I ordered the wall mounted pulley, and the package was delivered to the wrong address. Opened a case with FedEx, which I never received any answer or closure. After harassing Titan Fitness, they eventually shipped a replacement. This time, the tracking go stuck at a location and FedEx openly admits they have no idea where the package is. There is far better options for your money than this joke of a company. Horrible customer service, and im sure the equipment is trash just like them.

Received an X3 dip bar attachment that was not welded level. The unlevelness is noticeable enough by looking, and verified with with a level. I’ve emailed customer service to request a replacement instead of buying a Rogue Matador as I do like Titan products. Just received a dud. They have not responded for almost a week now. May have to return and buy a matador.

I had to call 4 times over three days Leave my number or hold for 30 minutes When I was able to answer the person transferred me to a different department where no one answered and has to leave a call back number Horrible customer service

Awful customer service. I had order other items and did not have an issue I think it was becuase the product came without damage or missing parts. The issue is once you get something that is missing parts or is damaged Titan Fitness WILL give you the run-around. They offer no real help and they don't even apologize, it's almost like you're hassling them. Its not like Titan is offering you a fantastic deal on the product either, your paying top price and to have an issue with a damage or product missing parts and a company who doesn't want to honor or help means real trouble

I found customer service very difficult to deal with when we experienced shipping issues with our equipment. We did not receive our item for a month and it took a lot of time in reaching out to Titan to get it sorted. When we did finally receive it, the hardware was loose in the box and there were no assembly instructions present. I won't be shopping with Titan again.

I had ordered ( Placed 12-22-2022 ) a rowing platform. I received a package and the shipping / delivery for it. However When I opened the box it is a drag sled. Looks like a nice drag sled but I really need that platform! I have reached out to the company a few times. I received a few computer reply’s advising they are busy from the holiday. I just received and email saying sorry and they are still covered up and will look into the issue. Maybe a one off but not a great experience on my first order, hopefully they get caught up and will make it right.

Shady business practices, terrible customer service that's not based in the USA. I ordered a weight belt for my son as a Christmas gift. It was the wrong size. I called customer service at the earliest possible opportunity (12/27 as they were closed on 12/26) and was told I could not exchange the belt, but to order a new one and I could return the old one, pay shipping and get a refund. Regretfully, I believed they were going to do what they said, so I placed a second order. I was also asked to send a picture assuring the item was unused and in its original packaging, which I did. 2 days later I get an email telling me that I am outside their 30 day return window and they will not refund the original belt. The lesson here is don't buy Christmas gifts from this place on Black Friday, and don't trust their shady, bait and switch business practice.

Buyer beware! I purchased an X3 on sale and got a confirmation email. The next day they canceled my order and said I could call in for assistance so I called in. On the phone they stated I would not be charged for the purchase, but I was still charged the next day. It took several days to get anyone on the phone. Today I had to spend 4 hours calling (14 times) to get through to anyone, and after being on hold for an hour the phone system hung up on me. I could only get someone on the phone after choosing the sales option, the system kept hanging up on me for support. Now they are refusing to honor the original price for the equipment, and when a supervisor called me back they used the old excuse of "nothing we can do." The refund will also supposedly take up to 10 business days to go through, even though they were able to take my money right away. Guess this is what you get from a company who just emulates other brands, and doesn't have anything else to offer. The previous item I ordered was damaged on delivery and they suggested I buy touch up paint my self and fix it.

I purchased the X3 power rack several weeks ago now and have had issues from day 1. First of all my package arrived late and was meant to be a Christmas gift for someone. When I received the rack I was surprised to see the posts were multiple different colors (not what was ordered obviously). I do not want to disassemble the rack at this point and ship it back as it was purchased as a gift for someone who is actively using it despite the cosmetic defects (also not looking to return considering how long shipping took). I have been in “contact” with Titan’s customer service for the past several weeks and have barely made any progress. It is nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone and they do not respond to emails in a timely manner whatsoever. Even when they do, I’m told they have to reach out to supervisors who do not respond to them. I finally received word that Titan would grant me 5% off on my NEXT purchase, which not only is essentially nothing, but would require me spending more money at a company that I no longer have interest in doing business with. It is not what I’m looking for however it’s been impossible to get ahold of someone who can help me out and give me a straightforward response. The product itself appears to be good quality, so it’s a shame that Titan’s customer service is so poor. I am at the point of just returning the rack entirely and spending my money at a company that runs efficiently and knows how to treat its customers.
