I feel bad that I'm forced to write this review. I tried many times to have my situation resolved with Titan's customer services - but they were no help. I would recommend skipping the Titan bike and pay the $150 more and get the ROGUE Assault bike. :( There is a known flaw in the build of this Titan Fitness Fan Bike, its the bottom of the control arm that you push/pull. There is a bearing inside the arm that fails. It probably costs a dime, but it creates a million dollar headache. You can try to tighten it before each ride, but that will only last 5-10mins. After a week the screw holding pedal and arm together will start to bend. All I wanted was customer service to send me a new bearing (it's custom to the bike and not something you can pick up at your local hardware store). However, they chose not to help me.

Product was shipped missing parts. Requested replacement parts through lengthy customer service wait times. They only shipped one of the missing parts not both. I have other Titan products such as the bench and squat rack that work well and I look forward to using my ghd once I eventually get my parts. Products are 4 stars. Customer service is the reason for 1 star review. Still waiting on a call back. Good products. Poor QC for accountability of parts and customer support.

I purchased the cable machine with free weights and it’s really cheaply made. Not a good buy, but cheap equipment. I have purchased a couple thousand dollars of equipment from titan and this , by far , is the worst. Buy at your own risk

Received an incline bench V3 that was missing a wheel, the back pad was not level, and the seat adjust can’t lock in to place due to poor manufacturing. I have reached out to Titans warranty and support department and cannot get information on a refund or replacement

Lost a customer. Due to website Error our account was run 14 times for the same order so instead of a $300 bill we had over 4k in pending charges. Has to deal with the bank as their customer service department had no answer. Then when the order arrived 1 of the 4 was the incorrect box. After numerous attempts to call and email their has still been no resolution. Extraordinarily frustrating experience.

I received a bench without the pad. Unbelievable really that when I made the complaint to customer service, I was made out to be at fault. It has been about 3 weeks and they are refusing to correct their mistake. The box was sealed... without the actual bench seat!

Multiple products arrived damaged in a $5000 order, not due to carrier but due to poor pallet construction from shipping. One plate missing from order, which took a week to get customer service to send. More than a month after ordering and my full order still hasn't arrived. Calibrated plates were damaged in shipping by being drug along the ground, having multiple damage spots where steel was ground off this making it no longer a calibrated plate. Titan's solution was to offer a $5 refund. Will never order again.

Horrible. Ordered the horizontal weight plate storage… no directions. So I found them online and there are two pieces that come with it that aren’t even on the directions!! No Allen wrench included for one of the screws. Give me a break

On arrival the silver bar had a nice dent in it. Maybe it was done in the shipping/packing process, not sure about that, but not the quality control I'd expect from Titan in the least bit.

First package was "lost" in Transit. Had to send multiple emails to get the company to re-ship the order. Took weeks to finally get the product I ordered.
