I made a purchase on Cyber Monday figuring the best deals would be offered then, especially given the countdown timer on the Titan site. Two days after I ordered, a better sale was presented. My order had not even shipped yet, so I called customer support and asked if they could price-match to the new lower price. I even asked if I could just get site credit because I was planning on buying additional items in the future. I told no and I thus proceeded to try and cancel my order so I could repurchase it at the lower price. I was then told they could not do that because my payment had already been processed. I proceeded to ask to speak to a supervisor to get more clarity and see if they had the authority to make an override. No supervisor was available and I was told I would be called back within 24 hours. I have yet to receive a call-back and I have tried calling multiple times to try and get this adjusted. I am continually put on the call-back list and never receive a call. Being that Titan is trying to build loyalty and get repeat customers, their customer service policies seem to lacking and there is a huge disconnect with their marketing and pricing teams.

My product was damaged during shipping. I contacted Titan Support and received an auto-generated email that says they received my email and would contact me within 3 days. It's been 8 days and I still haven't heard from them.

We specifically ordered online so it could be delivered to the house. It was left at the mailbox at the top of the driveway. We were unable to move it.

Purchased a new wall mounted X3 Squat Rack and received a scratch and dent model with a few large gashes, paint chipping and rust. Titan refuses to work with me and offer anything more than $25 partial refund, when they sell scratch and dent more discounted than that.

I have been having unresolved customer service issues with Titan. I received a ton of products that had scratches and chipped powder coat. I spent over 900 dollars and they offered me 20 dollars. What a joke. At that point I waited over 2 weeks before assembling it and assembled it before I even heard this ridiculous offer, so I'm not inclined to return it since it's all set up on the top floor and I needed to pay people to help me move it all upstairs. Stay away from Titan if you are looking for quality service and quality finish. Looks like they sent me their damaged products even though I bought new.

Straps claim to be 3x3 but they DO NOT work on RML After reading multiple reviews I decided to purchase a set of these straps for my RML rack. Unfortunately only 1 of the 4 hooks fit my rack. 1 it was extremely tight that scratched the rack and the other 2 were simply useless. I contacted costumer service and I was told warranty can’t cover these because they are meant to be used on an X-3 rack. Specifications seems ambiguous and in my opinion are misleading. There are reviews with good experience from this product when used on RML. They should clarify that’s not the norm or the expectation. Clearly there are irregularities with the product as they are all different sizes. Packaging was decent for the most part. The box came almost open. The hooks came with few scratches but nothing that could affect the potential functionality (if I could ever even try them). Welds are fine, not a “cute” product but I am sure we all don’t expect amazing finishes when we purchase from Titan. Overall very disappointing as I’ve had good experiences with Titan with their J-hooks and other products that I currently use on the same rack. This will definitely make me look at other places to expand my home gym in the future.

I spent over $3,000 on a rack with accessories for my home gym. 3 weeks later I start slowly receiving my accessories for the rack. One of the last items I receive is the rack itself. The day I get my rack in the mail, only a 3rd of it was there. I get a notification that the uprights for the rack are out of stock after it already arrived at my house. Now I haver a garage full of accessories for my racks and no way to assemble anything since I don't have that rack. I am having to deal with the terrible customer service now after getting terrible customer service. This will be my last time ordering anything through Titan. Although Rogue Fitness is more expensive, there customer service is well worth the extra cost. This whole transaction with Titan has been terrible. Ive spent 4 hrs on the phone on hold as well as many more hours trying to understand what's going on on my computer with this order.

Not happy because my order had plastic parts that were broken. Part 34 and contacted the company and nothing was done to resolve the problem. Titan will not be getting anymore of my business. I thought Mike Ohearn was a better person than this.

Very unsatisfied with my purchase. After purchasing other pieces of equipment (squat rack, barbell, plates) I’ve been happy, but after purchasing the incline bench this has changed. The brackets that allow to change the incline do not align with the pins to lock the bench in place. I reached out to customer service on a Friday and was told I’d get a response with resolution by Monday if I sent them pictures. Pictures were sent out while on the phone with customer service but I still have not gotten a reply, despite emailing them to follow up. Poor manufacturing and even worse customer service. I will no longer purchase from Titan and will encourage others to do the same.

Terrible experience. Order lost and has not arrived. I've contacted the shipping agency, called and emailed Titan at least a dozen times, spent at least a few hours on the phone. It's been 3 weeks with no resolution. Difficulty contacting Titan. Difficulty resolving the issue. Still have not received the item I ordered. Customer service is terrible. Next step is to report Titan to my credit card company for not fulfilling the transaction.

The sled box showed up obliterated and the item was heavily damaged. I returned the item. Customer service was awesome, they get a 10/10!!! Although you may blame this on FedEx, it is partly Titan’s fault as the item is too heavy for the packaging it was sent in. You need a much bigger box with additional padding to send something of that weight. Please reevaluate the packaging of heavy items.

Was super excited About this piece of equipment but it arrived missing 3 pieces of hardware and being improperly manufacturered to the point the pin doesn't line up with the slots for the sear. So there is not functionality of the seat being adjustable. Contacted customer support and haven't be contacted back yet after almost a week. Really hoping to be able to be able to swap for a working bench. Want to support this brand so much.

The item showed up busted up and missing parts. I had to go out and spend 40 bucks to get hardware to put it together

I didn't want to leave a bad review as I love all of my Titan equipment but this order has been a nightmare. 2 times my order has been incorrect. I have been dealing with customer service for over 2 weeks now and I still do not have the correct plates.

Ordered 4 20 kg steel calibrated plates and never received them. Titan stop returning my emails no refund issued.
