Took a chance buying from Titan instead of sticking with Rogue. Unfortunately my chance taking was met with adjustable bench that came with half the hardware needed to put the thing together. I Will be contacting Titan later this afternoon to request more hardware/price adjustment and will be making safer bets for the future.

Most of our items arrived in damaged boxes, one item itself was damaged, and we’re missing a band per for our deadlift platform. I’ve sent a dozen emails to customer service and still haven’t received a resolution. It take days to get a response to anything. I really want my missing band peg so I can use my platform a

I've received an incorrect part for my lat tower and I've contacted Titan on multiple occasions via phone and email. My initial request was sent on 05 December (1591755) via email with a follow up on 07 December and received a call back on 11 December. Ive been told my inquiry was elevated but have not received any follow-up. I've submitted photos and I've taken apart the Lat Tower to ensure I've followed the steps correctly and reassembled to verify the part I received is incorrect. I'm just frustrated due to trying to get my home gym put together due to not being able to go into public/commercial/base gyms after being diagnosed with PTS. I understand that what you pay for is what you get, but I'm an Active Duty Air Force member and don't make as much as the civilian sector so I go with more budget friendly options.

Order placed 11/25/22. Titan packed and labeled the equipment on 11/26/22. Titan shipped the equipment on 11/28/22. We received the shipment disheveled in the box with rusty components. I e-mailed Titan on 12/7/22 about this upon unpacking. Titan's initial response was for us to wash the components, but later agreed on 12/8/22 to e-mail us a return label within 24-48 hours to exchange the equipment for new equipment. After 5 days, 6 e-mails (from us), and 4 phone calls (from us), we still have no return label. My goal was to have this equipment assembled for my wife's birthday before my military mobilization but I am able to do so, even though I am willing to drive this equipment to a different city for the return as we have no local FedEx locations. I am incredibly disappointed and simply want this issue resolved. If Titan can pack and label the equipment we ordered within one day, Titan should be able to e-mail us a return label just as quickly. Also, the rust was not on all pieces but on specific pieces of the same size and shape (which were both in torn bags in the shipping box). We have a complete home gym and have never had to wash off “oxidation” on any other piece of new equipment we have received. My wife called your company yesterday and was told a FedEx shipping label would be forwarded to us within 24 to 48 hours and, once you receive the shipment back, you will ship us another one in new condition. Thus, we re-boxed the equipment yesterday and it is prepared for shipping. Please send the FedEx shipping label to us as agreed. My understanding is that you will be covering both return shipping and shipping of the new equipment to our home. Please expedite this process as I want to assemble the machine before my departure for military service as it is her birthday gift. Thank you. Ordered the X-3 J Roller J-cups. On one bolt holding the roller was not flush. Contacted titan fitness AND sent pics. Titan's solution was to buy it at home depot for $3. I told them it was not a standard bolt that I couldn't find in store or on-line (anywhere). Titan agreed to send me a bolt using the slowing possible shipping method. The bolt I got isn't even one that is used on the roller j-cup. So my issue is still not resolved.

I purchased a lot of equipment for a nice home gym and been training for over 30 years so when I saw some negative reviews on how awkward it is to use, I ignored them because I know how to train. Well, it’s very awkward and I don’t like it. Trust me!! Save your money!! I thought I was saving when it was on sale for $70 plus off but wasted $49. No return because box was opened!! Don’t make the same mistake!!

I haven't been able to use it yet, it arrived fairly fast, but approximately 90% of the items are damaged. Mostly chipped off powder coat or dings and dents. I ordered brand new, but received scratch and dent instead. Customer service responses have been slow, takes several days. They gave me 2 return labels to send back damaged parts for replacement, but there are 5 total boxes of damaged parts. Still waiting on response from customer service on what to do with additional boxes to return/replace. I'm kind of at the point where i'm thinking i might be better off on returning entire order and receiving money back instead. It just doesn't seem like parts are packaged very well, a thin layer of plastic is all the stops parts from rubbing on each other and chipping powder coat off. Which is disappointing I was really looking forward to using the set.

The lat leg bar was too short for my T2 rack. It does not work. What am i suppose to do with it?

I purchased 2 new dumbbell racks. 1) The packaging itself was damaged and 2) the packaging within it was inadequate resulting in chipped paint and scratches. Titan offered a 10% discount to appease me despite their scratch and dent items having an average 25% discount. I asked for 25%, they countered with 20% and have been silent for going on a week now. I've never had any issues with Titan before however this complete lack of service after the sale/standing behind their product I will be taking my business to RepFitness instead.

I received a damaged product and have sent multiple emails to rectify this, have received no response beyond automated messages approx every 3 days saying that someone will reach out in 3 days (which hasn’t happened). Approaching the 2 week mark. Disappointed

We assembled the unit but TO DATE can't use it...we don't have any weights to put atop of it...the ones you sell are just too god dam expensive. So since we have all kinds of welding equipment along with 'tons' of spare metal pieces of all types & sizes & shapes...we will make our own weights to put atop of said unit. Thanks for being genuinely greedy & inconsiderate!

I ordered this item in error. I immediately messaged titan and asked if I could return it. They told me it had already shipped and I would be charged to return item. I mentioned I have spent thousands of dollars on equipment. I asked if titan could pay the shipping this one time. Titan agent was unwilling to help even though it was a one off. A return label was sent and agent said I would be deducted from return, even after I explained my case in emails. I asked to speak to someone else and the request was ignored. My prior experience with customer service was amazing (not this time.)This time it was very difficult and agent was unwilling to serve me as a customer. I will no longer purchase from titan.

I had to wait a long time for delivery. Then when I got it the item I received was scratched and dented. Customer services has still not gotten back to me regarding the damaged product

Ordered a bunch of dumbells months ago. One of the 100lb dumbells didn't show up. I told them. They said to give it some time and it would show, but it never did. By the time , they figured out it wasn't going to show up and tried to resend they were out of stock. So for months I had 1 100lb dumbell. Recently decided to try them again. Ordered another 100lb hex dumbell , got it and the handle is shaped completely different. Its straight and the other handle is contoured. Will not use again.
