I sent a cancellation in immediately after I put my order in. No response for 4 days. I called the 800 number. My order shipped and now I have to pay freight to send it back.

The product is defective. I have explained this to to the warranty department and they said it would take 7 days to ship a new one

I still have not gotten my equippment. I am missing all of my free weights. I would like to speak to a manager or someone that able to do something. I have tried calling the carrier. I have tried the customer support. Nothing is working. I am not very happy with my purchases.

So far this has not been a good experience. We opened the steel club (a gift to our grandson) to inspect and it is rusted and the finish is flaking off on the barrel end. I sent an email with the required photo requesting a return label to get the replacement in time for Christmas, I get a response that says it may take 3 business days to respond to my request! Really? Hopefully I can write a much better review soon.

I paid for a safety squat bar on Nov. 28, today is Dec 9, and it still has NOT BEEN DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE! Titan Fitness tells me they shipped the safety squat bar with FEDEX but the package never arrived. I contacted Titan Fitness on Wed Nov 30 after I received an alert saying the safety squat bar had been delivered. I told customer service rep Rica at Titan Fitness that the FedEx report of delivery is not true and the package never arrived. Rica did not believe me and wrote back that Titan Fitness received the delivery confirmation from FedEx. I was also told that I'm responsible for contacting FedEx, trying to locate what FedEx did with my shipment, and finally if it can't be located I'm responsible for filing a claim. Titan Fitness order fulfillment and customer service is useless and they have not assisted me in any way regarding the safety squat bar that I paid for and have not received. Do not order any products from Titan Fitness because they will take your money and then say the buyer is responsible for their freight carrier's activity. Titan Fitness has failed to fulfill my purchase and stolen my money. As soon as the 15-days-after-purchase time line passes I'll be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge - payment I made to Titan Fitness and have the $339.14 credited back to my account.

RACK MOUNTED INFINITY ROPE PULLEY SYSTEM It works, but the rope is of terrible quality. After only 5 minutes of usage, it is frayed all over the place. I even got the 2nd Version which was supposed to have fixed the issue of fraying, but it certainly didn't. Quite disappointing.

It's all about customer service for me. My product came in damaged. I sent in pictures of the damaged product and received a call from someone who stated I needed to send photos of the packaging. I had already thrown the packaging in the trash. She advised that she would have a supervisor call me. The cost of the product was only $80 something, but no one has contacted me regarding the bent stand. I ordered from you all instead of Rougue because you all were much cheaper, but in the future I would be apprehensive in ordering more expensive products if this is the service I get for something this small.

They shipped the wrong item after 2 months of waiting on backorder. Correct item is on backorder once again so another month of waiting. Buyer beware.

EZ curl bar came unpackaged with plastic bag hanging off. Was scuffed up with coating chipped off on multiple areas. Still waiting to receive reply from customer service to remedy issue.

I have a promo code that kept getting denied when trying to use it. I finally gave up on it. Also the package was soaked in some sort of gasoline or oil and now that is all my equipment smells like. I have it in my storage room because it’s so strong of a smell. Also the package had a bunch of trash and zip ties just thrown in there. Not happy at all.

Arrived scratched, dented, rusted and with several broken pieces. I have tried to work with Titan to get a replacement but that have yet to response in over a week. I was so excited about getting this tower but this has been a giant hassle. Update: Customer support is horrible. After long periods of silence, they seem to had decided to have me return it and not issue a refund.

I purchased a Scratch & Dent Titan T-3 Series Short Yoke on 11/07/22 & still do not have a working unit. I fully expected to get a cosmetically blemished item, with the understanding that it would have all proprietary pieces & be fully functional. Instead, I received a beat-up, pre-owned unit that even had the previous owner's hand-painted numbers on the uprights. Worse yet, the Yoke was missing all four gussets to hold the uprights in place. To top it all off, the four black plastic guide sleeves & red adjustment pins were all busted. It's been a month now & I still haven't received any resolution. Attention Titan Customer Service - Please help right away. This is taking way too long!!!

Pretty much one of the worst purchasing experiences I've ever had. Started with my e chart getting messed up and having the wrong items ordered. Then finding out that cancelling them would cost ME to pay the shipping. Finally me agreeing to cancel the items I didn't want only to have them ship them to me anyway. I'm not left with a bunch of plates I didn't orginally order or want. Also, I've been waiting over 10 days for a call be from customer support. I guess my only option now is to sell of the plates I don't want. Utterly horrible experience on every level.

One of the pieces came with a screw put in raised, and crooked and completely stripped out and your customer service is telling me 90 days to replace the piece. If I ordered new, I’d have it in my hands in a couple of weeks, so that clearly demonstrates the piece is in stock, but your customer service department has de used they will wait 90 days to mail kt

I bought a new SSB from your company. You sent me a used, damaged, incomplete bar (no handles) in a box that was barely holding together. The hassle to box this item back up so I could ship it back for a refund is something I will remember the next time I need equipment.
