Product took a very long time to be delivered

My first bad experience with Titan fitness, I purchased the linear hack squat machine two of the plastic rollers were not the right size, so the machine will not roll, sent an email to Titan I have not heard back from them.

Parts missing and no instructions. Had to download them myself and print them. Spent over $1,000 on three pieces of equipment. Called customer service and all the guy talked about was getting pictures of the package. After the 8th of him asking and me telling him eight times that I didn’t have the package. Very frustrating. Now I have to wait 7-10 days for my missing parts to arrive at my house. I’m done with buying equipment from Titan fitness. I’ve spent a lot of money with them to get mistreated is unacceptable.

The bench came bent. The primary back pad was unlevel and didn't sit flush to the metal support so you always felt like you were sliding off. When I reached out to support they said I couldn't return it because it wasn't in the original packaging. The problem was I didn't notice it was bent until I unpacked it and assembled it... Better of spending the money to get a bench that is harder to bend or choosing a company that has a better return policy.

really upset I spent this money and put the item together only to find out i CANNOT use it!!!! my height is 5'3 this is a horrible piece of equipment for shorter people will injur and severly hurt your lower back very upset

Avoid this company at all costs!! I ordered the X-3 rack, the X-3 Lever arms, spotter arms, and bumper plate weight set (260#). The x-3 rack arrived damaged. The lever arms were missing the handles, the bolts and therefore was unusable. I have been in contact with the Titan fitness team for 3 weeks (hours on hold and many many emails later including photo evidence of the damage) and they are still unable to clearly give me an answer if they will replace this or not. This is a failure on their part for not sending all the components I ordered and they have yet to resolve this issue for me or give even give me a time frame in which this would be resolved. The product quality (other than a few scratches, marks, and missing logo badge) was acceptable. The customer service however has been horrible. I had been working with Austin Tom Cruz in the product support team. Never again Titan.

I received my wall mounted pulley tower. I bought this as a scratch and dent because that was all that was available. When I received the item there were loose screws coming out of the box which made me realize that this wasn’t going to be good. I opened the box and found parts just thrown into it and no instructions. Hardware was just casually thrown in the box and scattered everywhere. I could have probably handled all of that. However one of the towers was bent. That makes this machine 100% not usable. I understand it is scratch and dent but the description stated that is would be 100% usable. I have bought from titan fitness in the past but if I can’t get this rectified I will never buy from them again.

Not all bolts, washers, etc. were included. Told I can purchase them myself from a local hardware to avoid having to waiting for the shipping of the missing parts, I said I'll wait, then told you don't have the missing parts and to return the product and you'll send me a full replacement. If you have a replacement to send me, just send me the missing items.

I contacted customer service twice to verify if the bar's weight sleeves were smooth or had micro grooves. Both time I was told they were smooth. So I ordered the bar only to find out on reciept of the bar that it is micro grooved sleeves which I did not want. I got rid of my other bar because I did not like the micro grooves. Titan fitness are you going to make this right. Full refund and return shipping paid by Titan? I ordered other items from Titan and was happy but not so much right now.

I placed an online order for a 70 lb. EZ curl bar with Titan on 11/12/22 for $114.97. SIX DAYS LATER they dropped the price to $79.97 for Black Friday. I asked if they would please refund me the difference as most retailers would considering the close time proximity. THEY REFUSED and said I could return the item and re-order it, but I'd be responsible for $23 in shipping charges...what kind of customer service is that? Their product quality is great but their customer service stinks!

This Item is very difficult to use and if not careful you can injure yourself. And doesn't come with instructions on how to use, need to view on You Tube.

Order this bench, on sale, and received a defective bench. The seat area wiggles and is not firm and stable. All bolts are toghtened and this was built correctly, yet it still wiggles. This is unsafe. I sent a video to the Titan product team - after not so great customer service and over a month later, the only thing they told me was the bolts needs to be tightened. All the bolts are tight and it still wiggles and is loose - making this bench unsafe and unstable. This is on sale for a reason, it’s a cheap bench and hopefully you don’t receive a defective product. Be careful.
