This could’ve been a freak thing but I ordered a scratch and dent seated leg curl for it to travel across the country twice and be sent back to the facility. It was delivered over the counter to a FedEx in Memphis, Tennessee marked as delivered to me on the coastal United States. I’ll just have to have my bank cancel a transaction next time if the services have not been provided.

Unfortunately, the delivery after it has left our warehouse is out of our hands and we are unable to control any decisions or actions caused by the carrier. This has been the worst customer experience I have experienced. I ordered the 12inch log press, after the item had multiple delays in shipping due to “damaged shipping labels” I got the log, upon inspection of the log it had a massive dent under the handle along with the big dent was multiple scratches all over the item. Which made sense considering the box was in pieces. I reached out to titan fitness customer care instantly sent photos of the damages and request a partial refund of the item due to the damages. They came back with a 5% off coupon on my next order?? Wtf I let them know their own scratch and dent items are 20% or more off? They continue to say updating request, yesterday 11/18 they put the log on sale!!! For 20%!!!! So now I am requesting the sale price adjustment and an additional 20% off for being I. Such bad shape. The last thing I want to do is go purchase a new box and figure out how to ship This back to them. Depending on how this goes might be my last time shopping with them.

Your communication between sales, shipping and customer service is the some of poorest I’ve ever seen. Your asking for a review from me on an order that still to this day hasn’t been fulfilled. I only received the leg press machine on Friday of last week. I sent an email on Saturday morning informing y’all that I had not received the functional trainer with the leg press machine. I waited until Monday for a response to my email, and still nothing. So I called the customer service number to inform them that I had not received the functional trainer with the leg press machine. I told them, I had sent a email on Saturday, they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. After a few minutes of me asking a series of question, I finally got your customer service to admit y’all botched the whole thing. Before end the call your customer service employee assured me it was being taken care of. I was to receive an email with an update. So,here we are two days later still nothing. I called again, your customer service representative said they where waiting on approval from management to send another functional trainer. I told them, it shouldn’t be my problem there is a thief in the warehouse or the trucking line saia didn’t create a second label for the functional trainer and they stole it. It took y’all 7 days to create a label for the second functional trainer, and it still hasn’t shipped. Y’all’s lack of communication and inability to resolve this in a timely manner is the reason for my 1 star review. I ordered another item from y’all only because of the YouTube reviews and price point. I hope this order goes better than the functional trainer did.

This is the response from Titan fitness as to why they don’t give military discounts to the members of the military that actually served this country. Unfortunately, we do not have a current discount program for Military or First Responder members. We have identified a way to serve those in need and took part in providing equipment for families in need on Montel's Military Makeover. So Titan Fitness uses a television program to donate to apparent families that are from the military in need. Hmm, sounds like advertising and absolutely nothing goes to the actual members of the military. It’s a TV show. Cmon Titan fitness. Step up! Support the United States military. Don’t respond that you do when you don’t. Change your logo or change your design. You have forgotten about your customers and have stopped giving a damn about supporting them much less the military!!

At the moment however, we find out that we were able to help those in need by providing equipment for Military and First Responder members on Motel's Military Makeover. We understand that providing discounts for military and first responders are also a way of acknowledging your service; we have been having more promos and sales lately which does not require a coupon code to avail. We hope to have measures in place in the near future to offer you efficient service with a program that will honor you and your contributions.

Always something wrong with titan orders Sandbag splits open 1st day of use. Bench pad is different than in picture and is covered in paint/goo from the factory.

Horrendous experience. Curl bench i ordered arrived twice rusted and damaged. They made buy boxes to return the benches and hauled them to fed ex. Avoid at all costs

I just received my product and I opened it to put it together. Not only was locating the manual online a hassle, but over half of the hardware I needed to put my machine together was NOT included in the box. This is very disappointing.

After not sending of my ordered items, I hoped they would redeem themselves. They didn't. They did get an order out on time, but it was the wrong item. Not sure how one gets a pull-up bar confused with a T-3 independent squat stand.... Apparently Titan fitness is the one. I had high hopes, but they just can't seem to get that one item (T-3 Independent Squat Stand) correct. Just to be clear, I am not honestly not a fan of leaving reviews, but I have had enough with this company. And the worst part is, they will charge to return the items even though they got it wrong. I should have just went with rogue. More expensive, but at least they get it right. And when they don't they don't charge you to return it

I have been a long time customer and I am a military veteran. An item went on sale and I missed it by less than 24 hours. It was a “veterans weekend sale” and I asked customer service on actual Veterans Day for the same price as the day before. They took 72 hours to tell me no. They don’t give military discounts yet they pretend to support our armed forces. This company is NOT A SUPPORTER OF THE US MILITARY IN ANY WAY. BUY IF YOU DON’T SUPPORT THE MILITARY TOO!!

I received the bench but there was no hardware or instructions included. They gave me the option of reimbursement if I wanted to go to a hardware store and purchase the items. I declined and they shipped it. The hardware is taking twice as long as the bench to be delivered. I’m sure it will be fine once it arrives but not a great first purchase experience.

Terrible customer service on their equiptment not fitting the exact rack accessories are purchased for, got the run around wanting pictures and mor pictures. Even when other reviewers have the same issue. I won’t buy from titan again

Initial item was received damaged, replacement sent. While installing, two of the bolts sheared off and I had to go to Lowes to purchase more sturdy lag bolts. Not a good experience.

I ordered an adjustable bench, and when delivered, the box was beat up. There were two holes in the bench itself. I submitted the claim a few days ago, and I called today to follow up. The customer service agent stated they are still working on it. What is there to work on? It was clearly damaged upon delivery, and beat up. I emailed pictures, and still waiting. I know it could be a shipping issue, but I should have a new bench sent already.

i ordered the leg press hack squat machine for 2 grand ,and a few days later seen on amazon for 1 grand cheaper ( same machine ) i aksed them to price match and they refused ( i sent them a copy of my new receipt ) . and they would not cancel the shipping order and let it be delivered and tried to stick me with the return shipping cost , i will never do any business with this company again !

We do have a price adjustment policy, however, it can only be applied on items bought directly from our website if the same item at our website goes on sale 24 hours after an order has been placed for it. I'm afraid the same item being sold at a 3rd party website cannot be considered for a price adjustment they retailer websites tend to have their own promos that coincides with their guidelines permitting us to sell our items there. My apologies as about your order that we weren't able to cancel. There are certain phases on order processing that cannot be stopped or altered. Due to fast turn around times, most orders cannot be changes once they are placed. Your order was processed and was loaded by the carrier at their truck to be sorted for delivery. If a cancellation request is received, we will have to call the carrier to have it rerouted back to us since the order has already been shipped at the time of your request. A return shipping cost will be charged since your request to cancel the order was not a result of internal factors affecting order processing and shipping. My apologies again.
