The belt that I ordered came quite quickly, and I really like the feel of the material out of the package. Unfortunately, the clasp on the belt was not functional from day one. The metal clasp would not fully lock together no matter how much force was applied or whether or not it was adjusted. Very frustrating.

Hi David. We apologize for the inconvenience. I have done some research and according to FedEx, they delivered the Wall Mounted Pulley Tower on 10/26/2022. It says the item was left in the garage. Ordered a squat rack and they sent me the wrong box. Refunded my order, but now I have a bunch of steel posts that I need to figure out what to do with. Inconvenient all around.

My apologies again as we can only offer a full refund for our items from the Scratch and Dent Category in the event that a replacement cannot be done for parts that are out of stock except for the hardware. Machine arrived very quick !! With no instructions on how to put it together My sons had to watch a video on it from a third party … it looks well built ..waste of my money Hard going from a quad to hamstring ….what’s up with this at 68….just wanted a quality machine to work my legs at the house…..

Hi Danny, thank you for posting a review and my apologies about this. The T-2 Series Weight Plate Holders is designed to fit the T-2 Power Rack with a 2" x 2" uprights, my apologies again that it did not fit your Folding Power Rack.

Hi Sharif, thank you for posting a review and my apologies about this. I have had a chance to check and I can see that all 4 items were tagged delivered by FedEx. One from our team has reached out yesterday regarding this and has also reached out to the carrier to confirm all were delivered at the stated delivery address. Please reach out to the carrier to file a claim.

The products are ok for the price. The problem for me on 2 occasions has been customer service. 1 time they sent me 2 items instead of 1 and I called to let them know and customer service was extremely rude. Buy there stuff but don't bother calling for anything there not worth your time

I would leave a zero if I could. I have read other reviews about the same issues. Crappy shipping results. My boxes came damaged, not even in original boxes Titan used. They were repacked inFed Ex boxes. Well lucky me, I didn’t get my hardware. Can’t just run down to Lowe’s and get them either, as they are specialty size I am told. Contact Titan, and they can care less. “We will see what the share house can do, but we don’t know when it will be shipped”. I can’t believe the lack of caring this Company has for its customers. I ask for a Manager, and when they finally get back to me, they say “they will check with the shipping department, but the only other option past that, is returning it for a full refund”. Are you kidding me? You want me to waste more of my time to box it back up, wait on FedEx, and ship it back. I am buying the pieces to expand my current T3 rack. If I could use Rogue, and get the same results, I would now. But they won’t work together. Proprietary parts. I guarantee that, even though I asked for someone above the management team that I am currently dealing with, NOBODY at Titan cares enough to get in contact with me. It will be weeks before I potentially get my replacement parts. HORRIBLE!!! Go with a different Company if you can. So disappointed.

Item ordered was missing main part to put it together. Instead of sending me the missing part or sending me a replacement; they gave me a refund, which is fine but told me I would have to reorder at a higher price and can only get standard processing/shipping to get the same item. Original item took about 1.5 weeks to receive.

Hi Jerod, thank you for posting a review and my apologies about this. We can issue a replacement parts order for proprietary parts if we have spares to key. I have had a chance to check and I can see that indeed, a refund was issued for your order for the Scratch and Dent Portable Plate and Barbell Storage Tree. My apologies again as proprietary parts are prioritized for completing whole items first, then for warranty replacements. Items from our Scratch and Dent Category are not eligible for warranty claims, replacements and returns. Placing an order for a non Scratch and Dent version of the same item is covered by warranty, along with replacements and returns.

The wrenches were never delivered instead they delivered a bunch of nuts and bolts I’m still waiting on the wrenches and I can’t get a hold of anyone in customer service….

I hate being the person to leave a negative review, as I only usually leave positive ones or none at all. But in this situation, I hope that Titan reads it. I usually buy Rogue, but I saw an interview on Garage Gym Reviews with Titan's CEO saying that he had changed many things. So I decided to try it and bought an angled multi-grip bar. I was excited most about the cost of a specialty bar but also the in-stock shipment status. The bar arrived in 2 days, which was great — except that with not the angeled MG. It was just the MG. The box part number claimed it was an angeled version. I called support. She didn't believe me and made me take pictures of the box and the bar. She still claimed I got the correct product until I made her go to the website and look at the products side by side. She gave me a return shipping label and said they would ship a replacement the next morning. Simple mistake, I assumed, except that the next product was the exact same mistake — the wrong product in the right box. This time I reached out to support, and they claimed via email that they were too busy to review my message. I waited several days for a response. I ended up getting two more shipping labels (they didn't know the first one needed to be returned). I ultimately asked for a refund and got an MG Bar from Rogue. It's way more expensive, but I know it will be correct. As I write this, I need to send them back and hope I will actually get the refund. Advice: It's not that hard to QA a shipment or QA a pick/pack/ship. It's even easier to look at one that was a mistake the first time. It doesn't make sense that Titan can't do basic QA stuff to make sure you get what you order. Unless you are comfortable dealing with many hassles from a service perspective, I would avoid them until they get their act together.

I have spent over 10,000 dollars with Titan. The guide rods got bent and titan would not sell me individual guide rods. Titan told me to fabricate the bars which is ridiculous. Titan did not send me the appropriate number of bolts so I had to go out and buy bolts because trying to get them from Titan would have taken a month. There should be no reason that I can’t buy replacement parts through Titan. The instructions are horrible. A good idea would be to label and separately package each group of bolts that come with the corresponding machine. That would make it easier for the customer to know what bolts are which.

Terrible experience, product with missing parts, Titan does not accepted a return and state it is on the disclaimer. The problem is to see the disclaimer you have to actually look for it, if you go to add to cart and check out you are never informed you are buying a product with missing parts and scratches. Unfortunately I really feel I fell in a scam.

We make sure items are packaged securely as carriers have a policy of not picking up shipments if the packaging is compromised. Unfortunately, the delivery after it has left our warehouse is out of our hands and we are unable to control any decisions or actions caused by the carrier. I can see that indeed, a return order was keyed and the refund was issued on 11/07. We value our customers' experience and are constantly working with carriers to improve our packaging so that it can endure the rigors of transit. It’s disappointing one of your products starts to come unstitched in a year and a half with mild use and you don’t stand behind the product to repair or replace it.
