I’ve had multiple damage shipments which I understand happens. I have a preacher curl bar that came bent and is unusable as it doesn’t fit me in the rack because of the bend. This looks like a quality control issue which again I understand and happens. What is upsetting is that I’ve filed a claim, sent in pictures and have had minimum communication to get me the equipment in working order that I payed. Don’t understand why you can’t talk to a customer service rep and have the damaged items replaced and shipped out. I instead I am left in limbo and received a one sentence email that said “ I have the items and will get back to you”. It’s been a week and I haven’t heard anything. I’ve called and a customer service rep said it’s processing with another agent and he will leave a note…

If you're looking for poor customer support following a purchase, look no further. If you're thinking the Linebacker Squat landmine attachment looks like a piece you'd like to add to your performance gym, look elsewhere –– or buy their Stand bundled with the attachment. Without the Stand, the functionality of the attachment is zero. It's called a Linebacker Squat, but you can't squat with it. With any real load on the attachment, there is no way to safely get under the shoulder loading pads to squat without the assistance of two coaches or athletes. **Read, you cannot use this solo. At best (with the stand) the attachment might get a 4-star review. The attachment alone. Nada. Customer care: 1-star –– All I wanted was to purchase the stand at the bundled price so we could use the attachment for what it's marketed a, but your care rep couldn't get passed his email script to dig deeper and make a loyal customer happy.

They changed the specs on their equipment, and weeks later I can't get a straight answer about any equipment that fits my needs.

Love the company but unfortunately when I finally opened up this weighted bar I realized that it did not have an orange cap on one end of it exposing the sharp metal underneath. I did not expect this to happen.

i bought this tire flip back in jan 2022 the rubber buffer got destroy in a month. Trying get part replace it not working out .I am very disappointed. now it oct on replaces part. Everytime i call it next month they get the replace lol that joke. If know they did have replace parts i will not buy it

It came damaged and I immediately contacted Titan to resolve the issue. It’s been over 24 hours and no solution. I bought the piece of equipment as a gift, so it has ruined the whole experience and been super disappointing.

Pulley system came in missing a pulley and I was told I need to return the entire item and order a new one and I was responsible for return shipping and a 20 percent restocking fee. This is horrible customer service

Spent way too much for what I got. The first piece of equipment was rusty like it possibly sat outside for a period of time. The second large piece I got was the hack squat/leg press machine which had the completely wrong instructions on the website! Took me an entire day to figure out how to put it together pretty much on my own, and it still doesn’t feel like sturdy equipment. Just don’t feel safe on it at all because it wobbles. I have tightened every single visible bolt to the max and it still wobbles. Beyond unhappy that I spent an insane amount of money and got subpar equipment.

Sent the wrong item. Asked me to send back the wrong item, while also not fulfilling the original order. Said I have to go buy the item at full price, since it was a scratch and dent purchase.

My recent order for two Tall Pulley Towers v3 went very badly. One of the towers is now fully assembled using parts from both boxes. The other tower cannot be completed because it is missing essentials components manufactured by Titan (complete adjustable pulley assembly, including pop-pin), as well as pulleys & hardware. Also, all four square black plastic glide sleeves were damaged in the box due to poor packaging & need to be replaced. I contacted Titan customer service & was told that replacement parts could not be shipped out right away since there was no indication when more parts would be available. Hopefully Titan will do the right thing by taking the parts I need from other boxed inventory. If this cannot be resolved right away, then a chargeback request will be made for the incomplete tower I received. I’ve spent a bunch of money with Titan lately & should be regarded as a valued customer.

When I placed the order it was dated to ship out 10/9/22. Now it has not shipped and it is still on back and never received an email about it.
