We ordered a 37.5 pound set of black change plates. After receiving the set, the 10lb plates did not fit the barbell. Barely could even get them on and could force them on about 1”. All the other weights fit the barbell just fine, just the 10’s did not fit. We contacted Titan and after sending in pictures and videos, they sent out a replacement set of 10lb change plates. Same issue! We are now on our 3rd set that still do not fit and Titan has now not responded to help solve the issue.

Delivery service was terrible! Package was damaged and labels were destroyed multiple times before they sent back to Titan! We never got the package! I asked customer service to use another carrier other than FedEx for the replacement and they did not listen and decided to go with FedEx and the package has barley moved!

Terrible. They sent a custom package to the wrong address and then told me I needed to pay money to have it sent to the correct one. After refusing to do it for free, they refused to refund my purchase. Now I'm out several hundred dollars and some random person has a useless 150lb box to deal with. Terrible customer service and terrible refund policies. This all happened after I purchased a warehouse "dent" item full of parts for a rack, and when they arrived it had all the wrong parts in it. It took several emails and correspondence for them to admit they made a mistake and then finally returned my money. Stay away if you can. Invest your money in quality products that the company stands behind. Invest in companies that want you to come back and spend money on their products. Stay away from Titan.

Ordered a pull up bar that was scratch and dent. This thing came pretty beat up with missing parts and hardware. In originally speaking with the customer service rep she stated that scratch and dent items usually have very minor cosmetic issues. I sent numerous pictures of all the damage to my product. After two days of silence she comes back and says that there is nothing they can do for me. That's pretty bad customer service in my mind. Titan could have at least offered to send the hardware and missing pieces as an act of good faith, but they chose to just save a buck and lose a customer. Not buying Titan products anymore!

The leg extension machine I ordered came without hardware or an assembly manual. After contacting them I was asked to provide a picture of the missing manual…after a couple of emails I was told to go buy the hardware myself since it is out of stock. I have a $650 machine in pieces on my gym floor with no hardware.

I've been waiting for 2 months to resolve an issue with the mass storage system. I keep getting the run around, nobody cares or has been able to provide a solution. I'm tired of waiting. I've always purchased from Titan, but this is the last purchase I will ever make. The customer service has been horrible.

Got the leg extension machine but no holes to put screw though. I called and ask them if I can get one replaced and they said go to metal shop and make holes myself and send them the invoice! How fucked is that? It’s not my responsibility to make holes for them such bad way to to respond back to customers I have not even got a chance to use it yet. I will prolly never buy stuff from them ever! And not even tell anyone to.

The tricep bar that I ordered took close to two months to be delivered.when I received the item it came strached up it came with no box just a label that had my address on it I was not impressed with the way it was delivered and the way it was welded not very good it also seems a little out of balance

A bit annoyed, was traveling to the states and wanted to get something shipped to my hotel so I spoke to customer service about whether a delivery to New York would be possible by friday(order placed Monday) they did say they cannot guarantee this but they said it was 2-3 day shipping so I asked I know you cannot guarantee but is it likely it would get there. They reiterated that they couldn’t guarantee but said yes it was likely. So I took the risk…. 2 days later I get a shipping update saying items will be delivered the following week Wednesday with standard fedex ground shipping. I feel like if the standard shipping time to New York is 10 days than I could have easily been told my plan was not possible.
