I have bought numerous Titan products in the past. From weight bars to the functional trainer. I have loved every Titan product I have purchased. Although the seated calf raise machine is terrible. Very wobbly and cheaply made. I was extremely disappointed in the product.

I have yet to receive my full order and every time I check the date for possible delivery has been changed

Restocking dates are estimates and can change depending on factors that can affect our manufacturer. I have had a chance to check and I can see that the remaining items where shipped and tagged delivered on 09/23. Missing items I only received 1 out of 3 cable wires and on top of that items came in late. Very disappointed

Absolutely excellent build quality.. Absolutely horrible customer service not even 1 star. Made a honest mistake in scratch and dent site and was told to suck it up. I have a x model not a t model You had a opportunity to turn a negative into a positive and that's where brand loyalty becomes a factor Figure it out ... 409 730 6324

The first Titan product I've had a problem with, for one very distinct reason: - These are NOT non-slip/non-skid, etc. -- about half of the pack was EXTREMELY slippery, more so than actual tile flooring. I literally can't squat or do much on them, regardless of shoe type, due to this.

The shipping information shows our order as delivered to an unknown address in a different city - completely different than the confirmed shipping address on the order. We have not received the product and have received no follow up contact from Titan since we opened case #1517858. Please advise ASAP!!

Item arrived damaged. I have sent photos and called multiple times. My issue has not been resolved. I will be taking this up with my credit card company and disputing the charges if I don’t hear back on Monday b

I have had a chance to check and I can see that a replacement for the damaged uprights has been keyed and delivered. Unfortunately, the delivery after it has left our warehouse is out of our hands and we are unable to control any decisions or actions caused by the carrier. I have maybe left 3-5 comments in my life but feel the need to do so now as I have had a nightmare experience with Titan and the Fan Bike. The first bike they sent me the left pedal did not screw in all the way which I have seen other customers leave reviews with the same issue. I was then sent a new bike which was great except now I am having the same issue as James C and Chris W - loud clanking/clunking noises started in the fan are and then got worse and now I can't even pedal with out the bike sounding as if it is going to fall apart. The bigger issue is the product support team. I called on a Monday to speak with a product rep and it is currently Friday and I have still not heard from anyone. Every time I call they say I will be called back within 2-4 hours and no one has called. One of the customer service reps actually tried telling me that the product support rep called me. I can literally take pictures of my phone records/statements and prove no one has called. I would advise saving up another hundred or two bucks and go for a better product and company.

Email says order was delivered but it’s not here. I’ve been wasting time tracking the order down and asking for a refund. Support is copy/pasting past replies to me rather than giving an actual update. It’s not helpful. I want a refund.

The Back Cushion Frame was missing one of the holes being drilled, therefore, I could not attach the Back Cushion. I called Titan customer service (9-14-2022) that evening and the representative asked me "do you have a drill?" The representative then stated that she would send me an email within 5 to 7 minutes for me to respond with the attached photos of the hole that was not drilled. I never received the email. I called back to Titan customer service the next day (9-15-2022) and the representative I spoke with said she would reach out to the representative that I spoke to on the evening of (9-14-2022) to get a status. My order # is 18103680892. I do have a drill, however, I do not have a drill bit to drill through metal.

My shipment got lost in freight for a week and a half. Titan customer support was no help and told me to contact the freight company myself. When I finally did find my shipment I had to pick it up myself from the distribution center an hour away from my house. Upon receipt of the shipment several items were damaged. I will never order from Titan again and would advise anyone else not to either.

I have had a chance to call the carrier and they have stated that their Freight Truck would be too big as per their policy to drive on driveway listed on the shipping address indicated. They have stated as well that they were looking for other options including finding a smaller truck which they said could take days. My apologies again if you had to pick up the items yourself as the carrier was looking for an alternative. Unfortunately, the delivery after it has left our warehouse is out of our hands and we are unable to control any decisions or actions caused by the carrier. Still, we value our customers' experience and feedback and are constantly working with carriers to better make shipping more efficient. I sure hope you give us another chance sir. My apologies again.

The leveler arms do not mesh with my t2 squat rack. the safety pin will not go into the holes because the brackets don’t give enough space to do so.

I mistakenly bought a pair of J-hooks that did not fit my T-3 series yoke. No big deal, right? Wrong. I order the correct J-hooks and then I emailed support asking for a refund. They told me back on August 9th that I would have to pay $6.44 for shipping to return them via Fedex. I think: no problem, it was my fault after all. I return the J-hooks a few days later and I still haven't received a refund by September 14th. Now not only do I not have my refund, but I also don't have the J-hooks I paid $60 for. I have already contacted them about this twice and they have apologized profusely, but I still don't have my refund. I will never buy from Titan fitness again, which is a pity because they do have great products.

Becareful my or was sent to a address in California when clearly my shipping address was for north carolina so I'm waiting for a item that I already paid for to come to me God only knows when and it will now come after the day I need it and it was a birthday gift for someone
