I am extremely disappointed. After placing the order on Sunday, I received the email about its shipment and coincidentally went to the Titan site to see that this product just went on sale. I then sent a. Email asking to be credited for the amount of the discount which I felt was fair since it was just ordered. Immediately I received an email back from Titan telling me that 24 hours had passed and so I would not get the price adjustment and was sent a copy of that policy. As a matter of principle I think that policy is not fair and does not treat customers properly. Imagine if I had instead played the order on Monday instead of Sunday, then maybe I’d have received the discount. Or maybe it needed to be Tuesday. Most companies will provide an adjustment for an item that goes on sale.

Hi Bruce, thank you for the review and may apologies about this. We do have a sales price adjustment but it can only be applied on an order if the item on that order went on sale 24 hours after it has been placed. The policy was put it by our marketing team as we do not have first hand information on when a site wide sale will occur or how long a sale actually goes on. This is to prevent insider information for sales prices being given out and thus, we would also not have information on when an item is supposed to be ordered or not ordered to take advantage of a sale. For consideration, the 24 hours policy was put in.

Item delivered was incomplete and therefore useless. However, customer service refunded my money no questions asked and let me know when the new version of the item was on sale (the original delivered version being out of stock). I ended up paying more for the new item (vs. used original item), so that was frustrating. But overall, a positive experience.

Hi Todd, while we are really glad that we were able to provide a resolution for you, my apologies about the missing part on your order. I have had a chance to check and orders indeed, we do not have spare s of the missing part to key on a parts order. Items from our Scratch and Dent category are seasonal items and does not have definite stock; my apologies as the only recourse available was a full refund. Thank you however for letting us turn this around for you.

Poor piece of equipment and customer service. I bought the Leg Press Hack Squat machine this April for our police department, and within a few months the wheel bearing came out of the wheel while using the hack squat. I filed a warranty claim with photos and they claimed, based off the photos, that I misused the equipment and therefore it was not covered. I tried to get an explanation about how they came to that conclusion but they refuse to answer my emails. I called customer service and was told the warranty department doesn't take any calls. Never will buy again from or recommend anyone to this company.

Hello Darien, please accept our sincere apologies if the wheel bearing came out of the wheel while using the hack squat. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality products. I reviewed your account and verified that one of our warranty team informed you that the part with the arrow is the carriage bar with a weight capacity of only 115 lbs. Putting a lot of weight on this part wears the sliding frame down and the wheels, which will eventually break with constant use. Plus, our item is rated for at-home/personal use only, not commercial use. Unfortunately, I was unable to come up with a better option than the one we have presented, which is to purchase the bearing as a replacement. Purchased item and then 2 days later it was discounted on website. When I reached out to customer service to have order/item discounted to new price I was told no. Item hadn’t even been shipped out yet. When item arrived it was damaged.

To whom it may concern, The packaging for shipping needs to be improved. Items inside the box were bouncing around in the box and scratched/damaged my hex bar. So far, I like the hex bar, but it's already scratched and damaged from the start.

Absolutely HORRIBLE company and customer service! Ordered a 9 barbell holder. The unit arrived with a significantly bowed top, scratches/nicks (the box was in perfect shape), exposed metal from missing powder coat on the exterior, and completely uncoated interior pipes that were rusted (right where my expensive barbells would sit). Reached out to customer service about the issues. Received a prompt reply offering for me to keep the defective stand and they'd send a replacement or issue a full refund. I opted for the latter. They then responded back and said they misspoke and I'd actually need to send it back for a replacement or refund. At that point, I already started working to salvage the original unit. At which point, they responded and said they'd instead offer me a 10% refund for my troubles (this is the CURRENT sale price on a documented defective unit). Talk about insulting. I'll never make the mistake of ordering from this terrible company and their blatantly copied designs ever again. Sometimes you truly do get what you paid for!

Talked to a lady about returning my equipment, because it was the wrong ones 2 dip attachments. Was gonna but 2 new ones but after she said I had to pay for the return shipping no problem, I will keep getting equipment from rogue. Have a 6,000 sq ft gym. Wanted to try your equipment, but after this will stay with rogue

Many times, you can use the measurements on the web to help you make that determination but if it does not fit, returning the item will have to fall within the return guidelines. The plate that I received had scratches on one of the plates, I thought it was not going to affect my workout until I started using them. I found out that it is impossible to put that plate onto the barbell, the dimension of that specific plate does not fit the barbell, while the other plate works just fine. I emailed the support team about the issue, but they didn't respond for a few days, then one day they asked me for pictures, but again, no response for a long time after I sent them the pictures. I kind of regret choosing titan fitness,lol.

Worst experience purchasing gym equipment. I spent approximately $2,500 and only received less than half of my order. It’s been almost a week and still no answer from Titan. I would suggest looking at another company for your equipment.

Titan Fitness has made inaccurate deliveries to me twice for the same item. The first occasion was when Titan Fitness sent me a completely different item than what I ordered. When Titan Fitness sent me the correct order, the package was severely damaged to the point of the parts not being capable of being bolted together. Titan Fitness has still not corrected this error, despite Titan listing the item as being "in stock" on their website since the day I called them to ask for a replacement shipment.

I have had a chance to check and I can see that your order was tagged delivered on 09/09 and the carrier showed a photo were it was left. Unfortunately, the delivery after it has left our warehouse is out of our hands and we are unable to control any decisions or actions caused by the carrier. We definitely suggest that you reach out to the carrier with this feedback and we hope that you give us another chance.

I am unable to use my crossover machine due to a faulty part. Furthermore it took multiple emails and phone calls over 4 days to even get a response to my issue. Now I'm told the part is out of stock and I can't even get an estimate for when I can expect the issue to be resolved. My $800 equipment is sitting in my garage taking up space and I can't even get an idea when to expect my claim to be resolved. Finally the instructions on the website were not clear as pointed out by reviews that are more than a year old. It just seems like no one actually cares about the quality of the product or the satisfaction of the customers.

Poor quality control. I ordered the black change plate set. 5lb set had cracks, the 10lb set does not fit on any of my Titan bars(barbell, tribal, squat bar) After an hour on the phone I was able to return for another set. The new set had the same problem with it he 10lb set. So how do I enlarge the center hole without damaging? This should have been done by Titan. I have not had a problem like this with Titan before. It was a real hassle with the support person. Had to send photos etc. and wait forever while I suppose they talked to a supervisor.

Horrible service! Not what I expected from Titan. Apparently, I ordered the only barbell holders they sell that don’t come with protective pipe sleeves to help the barbell stand straight up. Product support will not assist - too complicated for them.

I have had a chance to check and I can see that you had a conversation with one from our team on 09/08 about the plastic sleeves that were not included in your order for the Barbell Holders. My apologies again as we cannot key plastic sleeves on a parts purchase request to be pulled from existing barbells holders that have them as it would render those items incomplete; we also do not have a date on when or if spare plastic sleeves will be shipped as they always are shipped by our manufacturer already assembled with their respective holders. I can see that a return for a refund was offered which we will pay the return shipping cost despite the online listing showing no plastic sleeves are included unfortunately, it was not accepted. My apologies again as a return would be the only option that can be offered as plastic sleeves are only shipped already assembled and cannot be singled out or pulled to be sent to another Barbell holder.

I was trying to verify that it wasnt a fraudulant charge on my account by resubmitting the order. The order was processed twice. I called the next day to cancel the extra order. Someone said they would try to get it off the line. I then got an email that it was on its way. I called again to cancel but both sets were ordered. I sent the extra order back and never recieved my refund. Currently disputing. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Refunds for returns has a processing time frame and the process can only start once the items can be received. I can see however that the full refund was processed on 09/07. I purchased a piece of gym equipment and 2 daus later they send me an email that prices have dropped. I called to see what I needed to do to get the new price, the customer service lady said they can not do that. She said the return policy has a large resockibg fee so that would cost more than the new price. I told her to ask management because the difference of the new price would be woth it to their company rather than losing all the rest of the home gym equipment being purchased from Rep or Rogue.
