I did not received package after stay it was delivered check my from door camera and shipment was not delivered

Hi Servando, thank you for the review and my apologies about this sir. I have had a chance to check and I can see that a replacement was keyed on 09/06 and was tagged delivered on 09/10. Thank you as well for responding to our follow up email and confirming that the replacement order was received. Unfortunately, the delivery after it has left our warehouse is out of our hands and we are unable to control any decisions or actions caused by the carrier. We definitely suggest that you reach out to the carrier with this feedback and we hope that you will consider updating your review for Titan!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. You will not get any help on your order. They sent me the wrong hardware. Also one of my shipments came in a broken box. I will never purchase another product from this company again. They have no customer service.

Hi Louis, thank you for the review and I’m really sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience. We set a high standard for ourselves, and we’re so sorry to hear this was not met in your interaction with us. I have had a chance to check and I can see that the phone calls we received since 08/19 were about cancellation requests for your order; we have not received any requests or inquiries about replacing the hardware you have received with your order. My apologies as due to fast turn around times, we cannot make changes or cancel most orders as soon as they are placed unless the order is for an item that is on back order. I can see that a reroute request with the carrier was offered but was not accepted. I can see that one from our team has reached out via email on 08/31 as a follow up however, we received a response that the item was sold. My apologies again about how your issue was handled however, the only option we can provide if an order can no longer be cancelled would either be a reroute request with the carrier or key a return order was the item is received.

The box arrived severely damaged however I was able to fix several bends with a hammer. The arms of the bike are TERRRIBLE. NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I TIGHTEN THEM THEY KEEP COMING LOOSE.

All 3 pieces delivered were delivered in boxes that were being held together by tape and look like they were thrown around prior to delivery resulting in scratches and tears. Delivery through FedEx was a nightmare with multiple delays. Pretty poor experience.

Frankly I'm surprised at how the barbell was packaged. One end of the barbell was projecting out of the package the post office had to wrap it in plastic. Is that how you ship a $149 barbell

Bike was missing multiple pieces, including one very important nut and bolt, leaving the bike entirely inoperable. Customer service told me that they're "out of stock of those parts", and they were unwilling to salvage any parts from already packaged bikes. I'm now left with a completely unusable bike and am out hundreds of dollars.

Too bad I couldn’t rate lower. This was a replacement order for the one that got lost. The wrong item was sent even though it was labeled for shipping correctly. And through customer service, they seemed like they were doing me a favor not having me return an item that was mistakenly sent that has zero use to me and was a fraction of the cost of the original order.

Cancelled my order within 24 hours and before it shipped yet I wasn’t able to avoid a return fee. Will never buy from Titan again

Terrible my Indian club came without a box. Was all marked up and dinged. It’s just had a tag on it. I am never ordering Titan again. I am sticking to American made like rogue and sorinex
