Purchased rack with lat tower. Lat tower went on back order as soon as I purchased. Been on back order for around half a year. Then My order is canceled. I was informed you have no delivery date on your back end, yet you advertise a date. I now have the leg attachment for the rack and no rack. Would have gone with another brand if I had known.

Missing parts and contacted support and it's been almost a week and haven't heard anything. Wanted me to try to source the part myself and send them the receipt, no just give.me what I paid for.

Actually worst ever with Titan fitness. Thanks to Andrew I finally go the order done. I don’t have the time or the energy to go over everything just look at my last several phone calls and discussions with the people at Titan fitness. Like I said thanks to Andrew everything got taken care of it was quite a mess

I recently purchased the Leg Press/Hack Squat Machine. It was missing five accessory parts to put the item together. I have reached out to Titan several times and requested the parts so I could complete putting the item together. I was told that the parts are unavailable and they will be sent to me when they become available. It has been well over a month since this process started and still no parts. I asked Titan for some kind of credit for the inconvenience of not being able to use this machine that cost me upwards of $2,000. Titan refused to give me any kind of credit. In the meantime I have a piece of equipment that is 90-95% put together but I'm unable to use. I'm very disappointed with the customer service of Titan Fitness at this time.

T-2 battle rope anchor no longer fits racks made prior to October 2020 but this is not mentioned anywhere on the website. When I request to return it they say I’ll be charged $11. Not fair or reasonable in my opinion.

I have checked, and the T-2 underwent a design change in October 2020. Because of this, the only attachment that will work with the T-2 rack is the lat tower with the addition of the retrofit bracket. At this time, your only option would be to return it by calling us at 888-410-1503. Or modify it to fit on your rack. Ordered the leg extension machine but was missing parts to complete the installation when I called to get this resolved they told me that the missing pieces are on backorder my frustration is that they did not send me a courtesy note letting me know that I wouldn’t be able to complete the install since they did not send a complete package and now they expect me to go out and look for the piece myself it was either that or return it. I’ve ordered the leg press from here but this experience with the leg extension machine will probably be my last with the poor service

Sent me the wrong plates 10Lbs instead of 10KG When I brought to Titans attention they stated they were out and Refi fed me my money and gave me the 10lb rubber plates. But I really needed the ones I ordered. Customer service was great . Wrong product ….boo

Worst product I have ordered from Titan Fitness. Will probably go to a cooking store and replace the bowl as it came MAJORLY dented / bent. Bowl is VERY thin and weak. And the other parts with black paint arrived scratched. While everything I own gets banged up over time, when purchased I would like it to come in good shape or I get a discount u Dee the @used section”. I have bought things under the “used section” before… and they can in better shape.

I’m sure that this bench is great! It is probably study and exactly what I am looking for. However, it never showed up and is marked as delivered. Someone is probably using the bench as a clothes drying rack as I argue with FedEx to convince them they didn’t deliver something to my house and did, in fact, deliver it to the wrong address

Faithful Titan customer here but my products were delayed and delayed and delayed and ended up at my location damaged and will be returned. Not happy. I know that Titan is a "value" based fitness equipment company but they need to take enough care to properly pack their orders so that they can survive shipping to the customers. Shipping and packaging are not where you cut corners. What good is a product to me that arrives weeks late and is damaged?
