Was going to go with Rogue for the YOKE because I wanted all the equipment without broken packages and missing parts. But I cheaped out and was rewarded with a yoke missing two of the four gussets. Now I have a useless piece of metal and no time frame when the replacement parts will even be available. DONE WITH TITAN

I have had a chance to check and I can see that a replacement was keyed and delivered on 08/13. Thank you for replying back as well to our follow up email about confirming that the replacement was received without any issues. This is on us and we'll strive to do better. My incline bench V3 that I ordered came I. And upon opening it to start assembly, TITAN had shipped the padding that your suppose to sit on damaged. The back wood part was already chipped and cracked. Along with the padding stitching torn and coming undone.

Package still isn’t here. It’s been almost a month. Was never offered a discount or anything other than they replaced the lost item. I spend a lot of money with company.

Ordered a dip attachment for a X3 rack. Sent me j hooks instead. This is the 3 rd time something like this has happened. Not worth returning. I’ve have a lot of Titan stuff in the beginning they were very good during Covid too. But in the past year they gotten really bad. Was thinking about ordering the marrs bar. But after this 3rd time getting my order wrong. I’ve given up on them and ordered it from rouge. Figure 3 strikes against titan for me. There out. James

The product is fine. Having to sign up for your marketing to get product assembly instructions sucks. You owe me assembly instructions, should have been included with the product. A very poor choice for customer service.

The Jr Kip bar broke after light use by a small child. The screws that hold the bar to the frame are very small. A screw broke a a piece of the screw is stuck in the bar. I missed the warranty period so I am out of luck.

The hardware needed for assembly was missing and I was told I would need to source it myself because titan cant send it to me. Then I will be refunded for the cost of the hardware after send in pic of receipt. There is no consideration for my time and convenience. Titan makes a mistake and its up to the costumer to fix it. Missing and damaged items shouldn't be the norm. At the rate it seems to happen titan should be better at fixing the issue and not leave it to the costumer. This is two orders in a row with major problems. This is the last order i will make with titan. The price is not worth the hassle.

A complete mess. Love the product but damaged part. Part # 1 on the leverage squat machine. Needed replacement but instead of sending me just the replacement I was sent an entire new box #1 (with the part I needed along with all the other parts I already had. Had to schedule a pickup and re-box 125lbs of parts to ship back. On first delivery I didnt mention I was missing hardware too..washers, locknuts...I just kept the hardware from 2nd box shipped. I hope that was ok. I really do think its a great machine, not commercial quality but awesome for home gym. Crazy thing is Titan email stated parts dept. having trouble locating damaged part, so we'll just send you box #1 again.?????

I purchased an item from Titan Fitness. They sent me put two of the same item even after they sent an email asking me if I wanted just one or both. After I reached back out they rerouted the item back to there warehouse, but they are still charging me for the item THEY HAVE IN BACK IN THEIR WAREHOUSE. DAY FIVE BACK ON THE PHONE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ITS THE SAME EXCUSE, "WE ARE MONITORING THE SITUATION" Honestly how hard is it to put in a refund request and give me my money back??? Horrible don't order from Titan fitness!

First the items were damaged during delivery and returned to Titan. I requested replacement and a new order was placed. The new second order that they created was later canceled but I continued to receive notification under the original order that the item was shipped and then delayed. I finally received an email notification that it was delivered but I returned home from work and the items were not there.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have a small issue with the leverage squat machine and it has been 2 weeks since I contacted Titan to resolve the issue. Multiple emails and phone calls and nobody will get back to me. How could I ever buy another item if they don't offer customer service.

Very bad paid 80.24 got a refund for only 68.99 and then had to wait after I canceled the order to reorder the correct part insane will not be buying anything from here again I was sent here from a good friend after this never again!!!

I think this was handled terribly. First of all someone sent me a product that they absolutely knew could not be used in any way. So the action taken to supposedly make things right on my end was to reimburse me the amount for the product I couldn't use. I believe that if you really wanted to attempt to make things right with me as a mishandled customer, your first response should have been to send me a brand new product of equal or greater value of the same incomplete product that nobody on this planet could have ever used...including Titan Fitness. I have never purchased anything from Titan Fitness pryor to this. I am very careful when I purchase from a company online that I have never purchased from. Before purchasing, I viewed YouTube reviews, Titan Fitness reviews, Amazon reviews, and even consulted with my StrongFirst Facebook group members about the integrity of the product as well the Titan Fitness reputation. I was about ready to pull the trigger on a Safety Squat Bar V2 for $299. plus sales tax. I opened the Titan Website and seen what was advertised as a "scratch and dent sale" for a safety squat bar the same price, but marked down 15%. Showed it to my son, he was extremely excited. So I wasted no time and immediately ordered it. The item was listed as a scratch and dent item. There was nothing indicating anywhere about the bar missing parts or being a discontinued product that parts could not be ordered for to make it usable. The bar was set to arrive via FEDEX delivery, and was delayed several days, and finally showed up. The box was in terrible condition and poorly taped up. I opened the box and seen only the bar with absolutely no packing, no handles that screw into the bar, no plate sleeves that the weights slide onto, and no manual. The first thing I did was contact customer service, the agent told me it was a scratch and dent item, and that's why it was incomplete. I told him that was unacceptable. So after being on hold for about 5 minutes, he returned and told me my account would be refunded in full, and I could keep the incomplete product. Now after this , YOU TELL ME IF YOU WOULD FEEL COMFORTABLE DOING BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY THAT RUNS THEIR BUSINESS THIS WAY. With all the rotten things that happened during this miserable experience, the least you could have done was just sent me a new, or near new bar that actually could be used when I opened the box...like what should have been done the first time. Nobody wants to order, wait, and finally be disappointed by a discontinued product that there is in no way possible it could ever be used again.

I ordered a scratch and sent and received an item with a cut in the seat pad and a replacement is not being provided. I will be voicing my experience all over social media and the garage gym groups I admin and am a member of.

Ordered the pink T3 dip attachment because it would go on a T3 crossmember that I mounted to a wall. I ordered the pink one because the 3" side faces out which is what I needed for the wallmount. Instead I recieved a fire pit from what I assume is the outdoor branch of Titan.
