I really want to like Titan Fitness but I’ve had packaging problems with every item I’ve had recently leading to damaged boxes and damaged products. Also, the powder coating on the ProVSled has been flaking off.

This has seemed like the most chaotic and unorganized fitness company. I ordered a Tall wall mounted pulley system. I signed up on the website and received a 5% off code. When I arrive at check out, it will not let me use my code and it says “Cannot Apply”. But I didn’t really care because it wouldn’t have really been that much money taken off anyway. So I complete my order and it said I would receive a confirmation email confirming my order. A couple hours went by and I never got an email. The next day I hadn’t gotten the email yet so I went to my receipt (I screenshot the screen after I ordered so I would have some kind of proof just in case) so I seen my order number on the screenshot I took. I went to the website and typed the order number in to check the status of my order. It said “this order does not exist.” I tried several more times with the same response. I look at my bank account and the money is missing from my account. So at this point, I’m freaking out because I think I just ripped off. But I emailed customer service and she had to replace the order for me and she gave me a new order number so I could check the status and she said it would be here in 5-7 business days. None of this was correct. The new order number didn’t even work. The package came in but took 12 business days. The fedex tracking number did work correct. When I received the package, the box was severely damaged and looked like somebody took a ripped open box and tried putting it back together. So I open the box and I begin putting it together and I realize that there are some pieces missing. I begin counting everything in the manual and comparing it to what I have. I was missing 10 OUT OF 21 PIECES!!!!! And it didn’t even come with screws!!! I emailed Titan and I have to attempt to shove everything in this broken box and send it back. I am so upset with my experience with Titan. And customer service never offered me any kind of discount which is ridiculous. They could’ve at least let me keep the 10 pieces I received as replacement parts and just sent me a new one.

We set a high standard for ourselves, and we’re so sorry to hear this was not met in your interaction with us. I have had a chance to check and a full replacement has been keyed however, the items that were delivered would have to be returned. My apologies again. I have had a chance to check however and one from our team has reached out and provided a return shipping label return can be initiated at your most convenient time. We value our customers' experience and are constantly working to make sure items are delivered complete and also to improve our packaging so that it can endure the rigors of transit; making it less likely that pieces will be lost while in transit. Some of the product was damaged. I had one bar that never arrived at all. I was told multiple different stories between FedEx and Titan. Nobody had an answer they were just reading the same tracking info that I could read myself which was completely wrong. Still waiting for the bar to come in the mail…. They did give me a $30 credit for the damaged product but didn’t offer to do anything about the missing bar other than to cancel the order.

I had the worst experience with Titan Fitness customer service. 1st call) I was hung up on 2nd call) I was told I would speak to a manager in 24 hours. I have yet to receive a 3rd call from anybody. Also I ordered a 5lb stick for $30 and when I was hung up on I was told I would titan fitness $22 for returning it after ordering it less than 2 hours before. Absolutely ridiculous policies this company has and I will never be ordering from them again

I never received my order thank to a screwup on FedEx's part. My experience was subpar. It took forever to receive my refund since FedEx traveled basically half the country before it arrived back at Titan's warehouse, even though it took about 3 days to reach my state. Not sure if a change in courier would have made a difference, but this has turned me off from ordering anything else from Titan.

My bench came in a tapes up destroyed box and the bench pad has a huge indention smashed into the cushion and the trim around the edges is torn and disconnected

The wall attachment came packaged god no problems with it. The scratch and dent bar was a different story it was all messesd up barely wrapped so had a lot of scratched and it was missing hardware. But the biggest issue is it had a bracket for the handle that was made wrong and doesn’t work with the bar without having to buy extra stuff to make it work. Really not worth saving 15% or what ever I got off of it.

I have been a fan of titan products and think that this one had great potential. However, it arrived incomplete. It is missing the main base. It was a scratch and dent model so no returns, but I was expecting a complete product (not perfect). After reaching out to the company, I have a replacement component on back order, but this date has shifted backward yet again. At the current rate, it looks like I will have this uncompleted product sitting on my garage floor for 2-3 months, perhaps longer if delays continue. Titan has this model new in stock and is currently on sale for only $10 more than what I paid for the damaged version. It is frustrating to know that if I had waited 1 month would have had a brand new functional product much sooner. I think the plate holder will be great once it works but I do not recommend buying used from this company.

Be careful buying this bar! I bought one "on sale" for $269. Four days later, before my order had even shipped, the same bar was again "on sale" for $229. I called Customer Service and they would not credit me the $40 that I had overpaid a few days earlier. Complete BS!

Very poor customer service. Online Check out issue was not resolved and had to cancel order. Customer service was so bad that I decided to take business else where and pay more for similar equipment because I know service is better. Escalation request was never fulfilled.

Item bundle that I purchased was not in stock, however the parts were in stock separately. I asked for them to ship them separate since I've been waiting since May and the item bundle that I ordered was being constantly pushed back. They denied my request even though it's the same items.
