Ordered an adjustable kettle bell. This is my first experience with Titan. Kettle bell arrived without tools to make the adjustment. Called and got offshore support. Telling me that these tools are not included. Ask if they’d ever laid their eyes on a kettle bell like this. I could tell they hadn’t no clue how to use the kettle bell or make adjustments. Just trying to get the tools that were supposed to be included. I realize that I can buy them elsewhere but it really chaps me that what I bought showed up incomplete and it would from any company. Doubtful that I will use titan again.

Fan bike petal assembly stripped out. Customer service did nothing to help. Never even got back to me fully. I wouldn't recommend to anyone, assault bike is a much better product structurally. You pay for what you get I guess.

Squat stand couldn't be assembled because the holes didn't line up. Right upright went in perfectly. The other did not.

It took 23 days for my equipment to get here. Unbelievable. And just like last time I ordered from titan. The equipment shows up damaged. And again like last time I know this negative review won’t even post. Horrible company

First two items in my order were shipped correctly. The last item took over two weeks to arrive after being delayed by FedEx for 8d. Once I received the package I was missing one of the legs to my squat stand which makes the item unusable. Titan will send out the item once it’s in stock so could be a few weeks which is crazy since I already waited a few weeks to receive an incomplete item. Pretty wild this happened from a reputable company.

The screw in our kip bar has broken twice now requiring a replacement bar be shipped to us. Both times we have had an entire kip bar sent to us instead of the wooden bar. We don’t need or want an entire set, we only want the wooden bar needed. So now we have extra large pieces of metal frame just lying around that we don’t know how to get rid of without throwing it in the trash which is so irresponsible and wasteful.

Box was damaged so the paint was scraped off in several places. You need to add more protection when shipping these.

Received the wrong item. Replacement was supposed to be shipped. Replacement order was cancelled. Still trying to get issue resolved after contacting Titan everyday since receiving the item.

The Wall Mounted Wall Pulley is a huge disappointment. The Pulleys do no slide smoothly and make a ton of noise. The amount of friction they have is a massive issue. The package came in with no damage.I have always been a loyal Titan customer, however, due to the quality of this machine I question future orders. Is this a common issue with these units? How will Titan correct my issue? Thank you

So unhappy with my first purchase! Yes they offer free shipping but they do not package the items well, so you end up with dented and scratched items that could have been prevented and they don’t want to take responsibility for. So disappointed, I purchased a folding squat rack as a gift for my son who is a personal trainer and the box came open on both ends with the item falling out, scratched and a dent from shipping. If I wanted a scratch and dent item I would have bought that. Reached out to customer service they push you to the next person and then offered me $10 as a partial refund!!!! I’m sorry Titan but you need to do better! I understand things can happen during shipping but package your items better that if the box gets ripped open it’s protected. So the surprise was ruined because I had to open it all the way to be sure nothing was missing on top of being damaged! Just so disappointed, customer service could be a whole lot better and it’s just not.

Wish I would have gone with Rogue. Issues across the board with Titan. First and most notable, the packaging of their items is so limited that they arrive scratched and damaged, the Titan logo on my T-3 rack is all messed up and the ends of the rack have scratches from the poor packaging. Second, I'm missing the required hardware to assemble. Titan's customer service response, (paraphrased) "go further inconvenience yourself and buy the hardware we forgot to include yourself and then go through a reimbursement process". Third, one of my packages was delivered right back to Titan, not my house, and I had to spend additional time with customer service to re-order. No sincere apology, no rushing the delayed replacement, and no discount for the inconvenience.

All my boxes were delivered half opened, big holes & equipment sticking out. As a result, the equipment got scratched, scuffed up & dented! I raised my concerns about this twice with customer service & I’m still waiting for a damn response. All i keep getting told is its under review. I want half my money back!

I was about to place an order (gift for family member) when a screen pop up advertised a 5% welcome discount. I clicked on the 5% offer (sent to my e-mail). Code did not work. After unsucessfully trying to reach Titan by phone, I sent e-mail (which took a few days to receive a response). I did get a message that Titan was very busy and it make take a bit to hear back from Titan. Meanwhile the price on the item in my cart increased. I received a response from Titan that the 5% offer could not be applied to sale items (which NO WHERE in the 5% welcome offer was mentioned). All other companies I have dealt with have had disclaimers when they have coupon codes on what is excluded. I responded via e-mail to Titan asking if they'd at least honor the original sale price (from 2 days prior while waiting for a response) - difference was only $4. Titan responded NO, sorry. This is terrible customer service and if I had another place to order the item (gift), I would have done it in a heartbeat with this type of response! Very disappointed in lack of flexibility and Customer Service.

Also, you cannot apply coupons to items that are already discounted. Coupons and discounts are only valid on regular-priced items. We suggest you use it soon on a future order. The package was beaten up when i got it. The wrong nuts, bolts and washers were sent, it was like those were meant for a different package and got mixed up, I sent an email asking for the right nuts and bolts but I have not gotten a response yet
