Missing hardware packages to fully assemble my machine. Hope to hear back soon. Shipping was fast on the plus side. Apparently, Too fast since they didnt ship everything out.

Gave the wrong amount of hardware. Still waiting for more hardware. I guess it’s hard to count to 12.

The holes weren’t drilled into part of the squat rack. The base was missing a hole to assemble. Instead of 2 on the top and 2 on the bottom there was only 3 on one side total and 4 on the other. Can provide pictures.

The equipment is a failure. The machine came partially put together and damaged. The parts that were put together were machined wrong. I tried calling but the customer service is non existent. This looks like a return that was sent to me as new. Since I can’t get ahold of titan fitness I will try to take this apart and maybe I can fix it. Buyer beware of this company.

The board on this speed bag is probably the cheapest manufactured thing that I’ve ever seen in my life, can’t understand why they wouldn’t just use an piece of actual wood for this

I went to put my H-PND together and after opening the box, I realized I’m missing parts. I was excited to set this up, I took a day off from work to accomplish this task. I missing parts. I attempted to call customer service but there not open on the weekends. I’m hoping to rectify this issue tomorrow Monday. I’m willing to change my rating after this issue is fixed.

Only half of my T3 series rack was delivered. I received the uprights only. I also received an item I did not order, a clamp on forklift hitch receiver. I put in a request to customer service #1448780. I have been notified that the request has been received by the staff. I have tried calling the support number and I can't get through, it tells me there are a lot of calls at that time and not enough staff to answer. Order #18103633547 was not fulfilled, I never received the 36 inch depth side bracings for the T3 series rack. Depending on how this is resolved will determine if I recommend Titan to my friends and order again from the company. Please make this right.

Order was received but missing a part. Customer service was easy to work with but instead of sending the missing part they are sending a new unit. I have to then repackage the original unit and send back. A FedEx label has been supplied but it’s just a big hassle to deal with. BTW this is the second piece of equipment I have ordered that parts were missing. Titan has lower costs than their competitors but the hassle is not worth the savings. Probably last time I buy from Titan.

The hardware package was ripped open and there weee pieces of hardware missing. Also the instruction manual does not align with the numbering system on the hardware package. And I’m now waiting 5-7 days for a replacement hardware package to arrive so I can then MAYBE assemble the product I purchased. How about you overnight it? I paid in full and didn’t receive a complete product. It should be your goal to remedy the problem as quickly as possible. I do t think I’m being unreasonable about that. Pretty disappointed thus far. Makes me reconsider any future purchase of the shoulder press or the selectorized lat pulldown. To be very clear, the person I spoke with on the phone was helpful. I don’t blame him for Titan’s inadequate approach to problem resolution.

Our Smith machine was delivered but unfortunately the Mack truck that came…. Did not have a lift so we had to open the crate and carry the pieces out from the back of the truck to my driveway. Really annoying

Freight orders are instructed to be met at the driveway, and they are also instructed to lift the items. bar arrived damaged. bar ends need some type of protection inside the large box. looks like delivery fedex dropped box and bar weight broke through the box

Hi Douglas, thank you for the review and my sincere apologies for this sir. Items are packages securely as carriers have a tendency to not pick up items for shipping if the packaging is compromised. Unfortunately, the delivery after it has left our warehouse is out of our hands and we are unable to control any decisions or actions caused by the carrier. I have had a chance to check this and I can see that one from our team and has reached out and has provided a resolution. Thank you for letting us turn this around for you. Received the Rack Mount Leg Roller and Lat Tower Knee Holder for the x-3 rack. Ordered for the T-3 rack that had been previously ordered from Titan directly. The t-3 rack was also not sent correctly, instead received the entire Tall Wall Mounted Pulley Tower V3 and rack was Missing 2 Posts. Sent That Back And Waited To Be Able To Put The RACK Gym Together And Begin Work Outs. NOW I HAVE THE WRONG Rack Mount Leg Roller and Lat Tower Knee Holder AND STILL CANNOT GET WORK OUTS IN. DOES TITAN HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR ATTENTION TO DETAIL? NEED STEPS TO RETURN THE WRONG ITEM AGAIN!!!! AND, HOPEFULLY GET THE CORRECT ITEM SENT. This is the worst ordering and customer service experience ever went through. I am continuously asked to take pictures and explain to Titan what they did wrong (AGAIN) with their own data details on order number, item code... , explain how they cannot get orders and gym sets correct and wasting hours and hours and hours of my time fixing Titan's mistakes. After multiple issues, I am now a Titan customer service solutions employee as opposed to a customer but just not getting paid. Please , pretty please, send instructions for how to get your orders straight ASAP so I can actually get my work outs in. If you need website help I am IT and can help with this but would need to be paid, your website says all racks are compatible but there is no part of the ordering process to designate what rack the customer has; so it would be assumed by the customer the previous rack ordered would be covered. Your rack have clear details on dimensions. Why don't your accessories????? Please give me a reason to not post this factual review and make Titan's customer

The website advertised that the chest press machine was 476$ on sale. When I put it in the cart the price became 509$. I called customer service and was treated like a thief as if I was trying to get a discount. I am a sports medicine physician purchasing this item for underserved athletes. 30$ wasn’t the issue it was the fact that the price changed when I put it in the cart. Most disheartening was the way I was treated on the phone. I still purchased the item just disappointed that the business would allow the price to increased when placed in the cart (the actual price not tax and such).
