Absolutely disgusted and disappointed with the service. I was missing parts in my original bench order and reached out to Titan to be assured that replacements would be shipped to me immediately. Over a month went by of back and forth contact with their customer service for my replacement order to be reshipped several times yet "lost" by the carrier every single time. I was then told that nothing could be done because I just had to wait "10 business days" for another replacement to reordered, nor was I able to receive a refund. At this point, it had already been over a month of me waiting since I first reached out about this order. Finally, an agent placed a completely new order for me, only for me to receive my bench after a month and a half to find that this new order was missing more hardware again. I could not even be bothered to deal with customer service anymore and have instead gone to buy the missing pieces at my own expense, even though I had paid full price for this bench that should have included all the parts from the start. I am furious and upset with Titan Fitness and their service, as I am sure there is nothing they will do to make up for any of this inconvenience and will NOT be recommending them to anyone ever in the future.

Scratch and Dent doesn't mean NOT functional. Scratches and a few Dents sure but a fully smashed pieces that won't function don't.

I ordered a 40kg kettlebell a month ago and just received it. They had shipped two previously and something happened with FedEx. Went back and forth with FedEx for a whole week; the driver definitely skipped my package since it was so heavy. When I seemed support from Titan they told me I’d get some credit back or compensation in some way, and never heard back from them. Going back & forth with FedEx was the biggest hassle of it all something I think Titan should’ve been doing. You guys either need to stop using FedEx, or credit your customers in some way for hack no to deal with this. AND the kettlebell was damaged, which made me sad because kettlebells are really the only material possessions I treasure, lol.

Sent the wrong item and instead of making it right Titan decided I had to go out of my way to send the product back before they issued a refund. I preferred they just send the correct order but they said we'll we don't replace from the scratch and dent. But they aren't replacing an item cause they never sent the correct order. I guess they are afraid I will steal a 50lb dumbell. Have bought alot of equipment from them but guess it's time to look somewhere else since they don't value loyalty.

I ordered a seated calf raise from the scratch and dent sale. The product arrived Saturday. I opened the box and could see the plastic coverings that protect the metal pieces were discolored. When I took the plastic off the first couple pieces they were covered in rust. I would have no problem with a few scratches on a piece of gym equipment but this was completely rusty and unusable. You basically took my money and sent me a pile of garbage. I emailed the company last Saturday to request a return and have not received a reply as of the following Tuesday. Poor product and poor customer service. Will never use your company again and will be posting this review on Google, Facebook and Yelp.

product came fast, just of less quality than I generally expect from titan fitness. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

My deadlift platform came in the boxes. Third box finally showed up beat up with no hardware in it!! All the framing for the platform is beat up because it was not wrapped in the box. Just banging against each other chipping the paint away!

I just purchased the Titan Fitness Lat Pull Down machine. The directions are an embarassment. It amazes me that there is absolutely no written detail about steps 9, 10 and 11 in the instruction manual. Step 9 in particular is by far the most complex and all that is provided is a barely visible picture. I had to take pictures of every image and expand it to be able to see what was there. What was there was completely insufficient. It is truly inexcusable that you don't have a video of someone assembling the product. Since no detail was provided you were left guessing at the proper sequence and inevitably had to take things apart because I guessed incorrectly about the sequence.

The threads on the pulley were tapped only Halfway. Emailed warranty for the pieces needed to fix. Not heard back? I figured that a new purchase warranty issue would handled quickly?!??

My lat pull down tower came in a damaged crate resulting in a missing item needed to complete assembly. I’ve reached out to customer service numerous times with a lack of concern and sense of urgency. Now I just I have non-functioning equipment taking up space in my place of business.

Leg Extension/Leg Curl Machine arrived June 1. Here we are at July 2nd and I still not have the pieces I need to use my machine. I've had email and phone conversations with customer service and the parts that I received today are still incorrect. They shipped. me a piece of equipment knowing some of the parts were on backorder! Buyer Beware!

All hardware is mis labeled or wrong. Called customer service and was not helpful. Told me they would look at manual and determine right hardware and send out at her convenience!. Would not transfer me to manager. Told me to go buy hardware that fits? It took over a month to get this and this is what i get? Told her i wanted the parts expidited to me and she said she cant do that and i would have to wait for normal shipping, when you messed this up?....i will NOT RECOMMEND your company for anything.

I ordered an expensive Pulley Tower (after ordering a handful of items) on 6/24 - I get an email on 6/27 about a 4th of July sale and the Pulley Tower is on sale. Their customer service refuses to credit me for the tower for a sale repeat customers were given no heads up on. I am just at the start of building my home gym and would have gotten everything from Titan if they had one iota of loyalty to customers.

Also, we do not have first hand information on when items will be on sale or have a time frame on when a sale will end, except for Flash Sales as they end after 24 hours.
