A poorly constructed and assembled piece. Absolutely no help with installation of a piece that can absolutely injure someone. Includes no pieces to complete the mounting. Totally frustrating. The quality of the welds and coating show me just how little this company cares or takes responsibility. I know enough to never ever buy another piece of equipment from titan again. Terrible business.

Hi David, my sincere apologies for the experience you have had with your order. Most of our items does come with assembly instructions and assembly hardware. The Pull up bar, I can see, has no assembly instructions, as it was deemed that no instructions are required as it comes with 3 pieces plus the hardware. However, we do understand that this can be expanded further as for any user, safety is always a priority. We have taken your feedback to heart and are constantly providing assistance through our support lines and making updates on how to better suit different needs. I bought the lat tower. The guide rods don't seem to be operating smoothly. Makes thr machine pretty much unusable. I tried contacting titan but nobody responded.

Product seems to be good though haven’t used it much. Disappointed that I bought it on one day, the next day it went on sale, I asked for help with the difference, to which I was refused. Certainly could go through the process of returning and buying another and shipping etc, but thought the company might be better serving its customers. Oh well, hope the bar is good.

Horrible items where left in the middle of the street all wet in the rain. You guys also sent items that where already damaged which was labeled on the box with red marker.

Order #18103623017 Purchased this item and one week later, the price droped $45. Called for a credit to my account and was given a very lame excuse that the price match must be within $24 hours of my purchase. My reply... you've just lost a returning customer! Every other store does this... why not Titan!

The bar I bought went on sale the day after I received it. They wouldn't refund $15. Seems like bad business. I like the bar though.

You have terrible customer servicyou sent me the incorrect item in a box which was Falling apart and will not send me the correct item. Now I have to get new packaging box it and haul to fedex. Huge waste of my time and money.

Placed the order, and then said it shipped out 2 days after which was awesome. Then it took 20 days to get to me which I think is just terrible. Then when it did finally arrive I was missing 3-4 bolts, also had to instructions with it to assemble it. The card I was supposed to have to enter in the online assemble manual wasn’t correct and would never pull up on the website so I had to just put it together the way I thought it should be put together. It holds fine now. Honestly I think it could be a lot better! Just the whole process!

Difficult to put together and came with poor instructions. The weight horn also sticks on the guide rods and no amount of lube or silicone spray helps it glide smoothly. Not worth the money

You need to require a signature on shipments. The last package with the hanging rack was stolen off of my front porch.

I bought the monolift attachment for the t2 short rack. The web site led me to believe it was compatible. It's not. Unless you are 3 feet tall, you have to do a deep knee bend to lift off - and that's if its mounted on the outside of the rack. If its mounted inside, it will hit the top cross member of the rack and wont fully 'open'. Waiting for a reply on a ticket to return this...

Horrible service I won't be doing anymore business with this company all my packages came in with no boxes my stuff all damaged. Had to call 5 to 6 times to get a replacement a supervisor is never available when u ask for one.
