Disclaimer, I love most of my Titan equipment but I’m highly disappointed in the company.Out of the 7 pieces of equipment I’ve ordered from Titan 6 have shown up damaged, a few of them were minor or cosmetic but still and all. 3 machines weren’t and I had to use my own ingenuity, tools, etc to make them useable. Not a huge deal, they work. It’s more so the idea that you buy something new and have to work on it right out of the box so you can use it. I finally reached out to Titan and spoke up about the damaged equipment and sent in an image and they replied with we can refund you 10% of that item. That’s kind of a slap in the face when I’ve spent multiple thousands on equipment from them that’s came in damaged, you can buy from the scratch and dent section for that or less. Just something to consider if you’re buying new and want it to look new.

FedEx driver left the package out in the center of the driveway, in the rain instead of on the front porch out of the rain. The package was damaged and one end of the bar was exposed and damaged from the driver dragging it across the cement driveway.

I have a laundry of issues with my previous order: -Bent bearings on the rack mounted reverse hyper -missing hardware for the upright bench, and being told by customer service to go buy the hardware myself -incorrect sizes on the vertical barbell holder -despite multiple emails, I still haven't received the T3 strap safety system I ordered over a month ago. Trash customer service, mediocre products.

Was going today set up my machine and only to find out it has zero screws in the package. No bolts, washers, nothing. Just the frame.

Tricked me by placing a photo of eccentric hooks but the product was the extensions. I assumed the product was an "extension of the bar" allowing the weights to be released. Clever con job.

I purchased the X-3 Y dip bar and it was so far off-level it was unusable. Product takes long to arrive and it comes flawed. Working with customer service now.

Ordering a package of bumper plates that includes 10 25 35 and 4545 only to find out That while the tens and 20 five's come in pairs the 35 and 45 are singles makes no sense

Box torn open, Hardware falling out. Inside Hardware Box was destroyed. I only had one half of the Hardware to assemble. I went to Hardware store near my house and spent 35 dollars to have the correct Hardware to build the bench rack. I also am very disappointed Titan would not honor there sale price on this item. How I see it, there is no satifaction guarantee. I have many pictures of this disaster.

Arrived 3 weeks late, was bent and rusted and barely goes together after working on it for 3 hours. Super disappointed. I have purchased multiple bars from Titan and they’re all great same with my deadlift platform. This? Not so much. Would like a partial refund due to the quality and PITA of setting it up and the bent parts

Package came opened with damage to the barbell. This is now tnt second time this has happened (this was a replacement for the first time this same situation happened). Expecting a credit at this point because I don't feel confident in this being resolved on the third try.

Changing the shipping address after the order has been received can only be done through the carrier due to fast turn-around times, we are not able to make changes to many orders after they are placed. This unfortunately has a fee which is not part of our free shipping policy. I bought a used loadable atlas stone and a BRAND NEW atlas stone platform. The use loadable atlas stone came in with very little scratches. The brand new loadable atlas stone platform is completely scratched up. Not only does it looked used but it’s completely unusable. First it’s missing several screws and knobs to help keep it in place. Second I can’t even assemble it because the part where the leg goes into the platform itself is morphed. I have sent TWO emails to costumer service about this issue and no one has gotten back to me. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I have never had issues with titan fitness in the past but with the past few weeks I’m going to have to consider buying anything from titan fitness again. I would like a full refund back for the atlas stone platform and not have to pay for shipping cost since titan fitness gave me a faulty product. Side note I have checked the over the week box under how fast did the company reply back to you, it has been THREE weeks of no one replying to two emails.

Seems like a SCAM site to me.... Almost a week since I've purchased my items with NO invoice and NO tracking number.... I've sent multiple emails on different days.... always same generated response....I will give them 1 more week to respond and supply me with an invoice and tracking number....otherwise I will go through my bank for full refund and note them as a SCAM site!!
