Package was never delivered. I checked tracking number with UPS, USPS and FedEx. No one has delivered such a tracking number. I will address this with my credit card company to stop payment.

Terrible product support person. Functional Trainer machine right side is not operating properly and instructions on placement of weight stickers was unclear. When discussing matter with product support was hung up on!

Both of my items, the deadlift jack and the deadlift tiles came in boxes that were beat up and the jack was scratched a bit. The tiles are big overall an improvement over the horse stall mats I previously had. They don’t smell bad and at least for light deadlifts they definitely help more with the sound. The problem is they are not 24”. They are just a tad less than 23.75” so they leave big gaps in my deadlift platform (in which they were made to fit into). Definitely unsatisfied with this as I purchased them for my business and they look less than professional and pose a bit of a safety concern for heavy deadlifts.

No assembly instructions in the box, then I had to download the instructions which has totally different numbers for the parts. Pictures are correct so I can guess which bolts go where. Hope it works better then it looks.

Ordered one item and Titan shipped it and billed my credit card twice for the same amount. Customer service was a disaster. Insisted that the charges first had to be reviewed then approved for a refund!

The product is defective and took 2 months to arrive with no communication during that time about the delay. I now have to get a replacement. It's a poor experience from end to end.

They shipped it to the wrong address It took them over 2 weeks to correct this. Once I got the package, it’s missing parts. Customer service takes over 2 days to respond, sometimes 3.

Did not even receive one of my packages, an 800lb functional trainer. When i call customer service they refuse to help and provide adequate customer service. I am beyond disappointed with this company.

I have continued to complain to Titan about FedEx failures in delivery (damages boxes,missing parts, delivery to wrong address, delayed delivery of days not hours, requiring me to go to a pick up location instead of delivering as they were paid to do, etc I currently have a t-3 y-dip attachment that is a paper weight because it is missing the pin, I ordered a Atlas barbell, & received a regular titan barbell which has a much lower capacity rating, & is ⅓ the value but paid for ATLAS BARBELL currently less than pleased have talked to customer service multiple times & feel I'm receiving lip service instead of ASSISTANCE IN THEM MAKING IT RIGHT WITH CUSTOMER NOT HAPPY AT ALL RIGHT NOW...

I ordered a bar jack by accident and immediately contacted them to cancel the order. They did not bother to cancel the order so now I have a bar jack that I don't need. It's a REALLY nice item, but I don't need it.
