Titan Fitness is a really mixed bag. They are fighting their poor reputation and bringing up the quality, packaging and customer service to a nice level. That said, some items still come banged up and I sent an email to customer service that was closed without any response very recently. I usually get great customer service within a few days but I emailed customer service and a few days later got an email that my ticket was closed. Yeah, pretty pissed off. I'm kinda glad I have most of what I want from their catalogue at lower prices since their prices are getting high enough to equal Rep Fitness and sometimes Rogue Fitness where they can't come close to quality, experience and customer service.

The item kept getting delayed and when it was finally delivered the packaging was damage significantly.

You sent me a bar that had a kit bolted on which made the bar only suitable for a 2x3 rack and I have a 3x3 rack… it said in the description that it would for a 3x3 and it didn’t..

I order from Titan Fitness often and I have never experienced such a delay in receiving my order. My order was scattered across 3 different shipments, and delayed repeatedly over 5 days. I called FedEx twice to try and sort it out. I don't think this was Titan's issue, more of FedEx's issue however, as I am writing this review, I still have not received all of my order.

One of the worse large purchases and support experiences I've ever had. Your motto should be "buy our crap or don't" which is obvious by your low-quality products and customer support. The wall rack mount is dangerous without a stringer but your team seems to not even understand what one is. I'm shocked that anyone ever purchases this junk. The quality of the item is china grade material and construction. The welding is that of a child. It didn't even come with hardware. How can you expect the customer to absorb the cost because you want to save a buck? Jerks. The bench was on back order for months and your team seemed proud to make customers wait. One even lied that it was "made in the USA" but when the bench finally did arrive, it came with the chinese packing. You just order this crap from China, repack it at your facility and then ship it out to customer. The welding on this is even worse and the bench continues to spew out small metal particles each time i use it. I don't know how you're still in business but i do look forward to the day when you go out of business or some sweatshop buys you out. You get what you deserve. I will ensure that i tell everyone i can about my experience so that they don't make the same mistake. As many have said before me, I should have just spent the extra money and gone with Rogue.

Terrible. Waited a month to have a shredded box delivered with big scratches and the coating flaking off the deadlift platform. Hardware must have fallen out. So now i have a bunch of scrap metal. "Barcode unreadable" twice in tracking info. FedEx essentially wrapped cardboard and a full roll of tape around the box which was shredded.

My wife and I ordered two pieces of equipment from Titan Fitness. Both items were missing pieces and one item had incorrect bolts. Their call center kicked us around and around with no one able to help. When we finally got someone to talk to us they said those individual missing parts were “out of stock”. I can’t believe that they shipped items to me knowing pieces of those items were out of stock and wouldn’t be included! Very very frustrated.

I was given inaccurate information multiple times from multiple agents. First t it was backorder for the frame. Then you got the frame, but then it was back ordered for the tiles. Then I was told ed you couldn't split a shipment. And t hen you split the shipment. The frame sat on your loading dock for 5 days. Zero customer service. Zero trust in the I nfo you provide. You guys got more things wrong then right with the deadlift platform. Hard to believe a company as large as titan would have such poor customer service. Listen to the numerous phone call recordings. Look at the emails.

I realize this was a scratch and dent item but it came without a diagram and a mail missing piece. Item 6. Certainly not worth the $50 to $100 I saved. At this point, I can’t do anything with it. I’ve bought several thousand $$ of equipment from Titan and this is really poor service.

Ordered a hack squat the beginning of March and it arrived with a torn seat. Went back and forth and was promised a new seat sent to me with a box containing all the parts and I was suppose to take the seat out and ship the box back. When arrived the box had the old style black leather and mine had the updated textured leather. I sent the box back and explained exactly what happened and was told sorry and a replacement would be sent out. I had to reach out again and they asked to send a box with all the parts and send back what I didn’t need. I send a message saying it was ok to send a box but to make sure it had the updated leather leather and not the old style. Well the new box arrived and had the old style leather in the box again. Now I understand the first time happening as a mistake and I’m ok with that, but to send a box with the wrong seat again even with me explaining that I needed the updated material, highly disappointed in this company. I can’t even use the piece of equipment all for a seat that should have been replaced with no issues at all.

Ordered the drop in bench yes it was in scratched and dented but it was $130 so I ordered it I understand it could be damaged my gym is not perfect neither am I no biggie well it got here and it was a dumbbell rack not a bench I called they said sorry but it was still in low inventory in scratched and dented sales but soon as I tell them it’s still there they took it off they returned my money now got to send dumbbell rack back all is good I just wanted the bench for $130 thats all so I’ll wait till next time🤞Still love titan just crying sorry 😞

I ordered two equipment machines from you. A pec deck/ shoulder machine and the leg curl/hamstring curl machine. I just opened the pec deck and the handle to the seat adjustment is broken and I have absolutely now directions with to assemble. I just tried to call your customer service number and no one is answering. Furthermore, I'm being told by a recording to email the Company! What kind of customer direct is that? I'll be returning both if I don't hear back within 24 hours. Ridiculous.
