I bought a "scratched and dented" pulley tower-v3. Per description I expected scratches and dents. However, one of the items was severely dented that the pulley could not fit in it. In addition the box was complete opened and the items in the box were not properly secured.

Wrong item was sent. I ordered sandwhich j cups and received safety straps. I emailed immediately but have not heard back yet.

Never got an email with tracking info. When I called a week later to see where it was, the service rep said they had my phone and email correct and that the package had already shipped. He gave me the tracking info. Then, when I did receive it there was damaged packaging and missing parts. I am working with customer service to get parts replaced, but have not received them yet. I just received the lat tower last Friday and parts replacement process is underway, but until I have all parts, I give 1 star.

Received a defective piece of equipment and they refused to send me a replacement. The welding on the seat wasn’t complete and it snapped under minimal weight. I sent pictures and they said they didn’t have it in stock. When I showed that they do have it in stock they found a different excuse. Very shady and low quality equipment. Every piece I have purchased has some type of defect.

Ordered the short yoke, didn’t receive a confirmation email or any details concerning my order. Few days later received the base of the yoke, but not the uprights or crossbar waited 2 weeks with nothing. I called titan and they told me the parts were cancelled because they were out of stock. So I would have waited and waited for a piece of equipment that I had already paid for mind you, that just wouldn’t have shown up with no notice at all until I made the effort to contact them. This will be the absolute last time I ever buy something from titan I’ve had issues with my past orders like the fan bike I ordered arrived without a seat. It seems every item I have ordered from titan that requires assembly there has been an issue that I have to reach out to them for resolution. Absolutely pathetic I would not recommend Titan to someone I absolutely hated.

I waited months before the purchase of the lat pulldown machine to see if it would go on sale. I thought it was an item that didn’t go on sale so I bought it. The same day it was delivered it went on sale. Titan would NOT make the adjustment and give me the difference back. I think that is horrible!!!!! I will not make another single purchase from titan!!!!!!!!!

This review is more based on the level of customer service I have received. This order was partially incorrect. I received the incorrect item, a smaller 15kg atlas bar instead of the 20kg bar. I have sent pictures and provided details for the customer service rep and they still have not gotten back to me. Anxiously waiting for a response on an item I have paid over $200 for is annoying at best. The packaging was also very subpar. I expected the bar to at least be wrapped in bubble wrap or some other packing material. It was only placed in a box that was pretty beat up by the time it got to me. Expect a little more from this company. I had heard good things about titan.

The items were delivered in a timely fashion and were both packed well. Unfortunately one of the items was defective now I have to take time out of my day to contact customer service and re-package it and sent it back.

I can't upload the manual to put this thing together. The code that is given doesn't work. Secondly this is my 2nd order of the same equipment. The 1st time I ordered this equipment it was damaged with missing parts and I had to return it. What a disappointment. It's been over a week and I'm still waiting on my refund. This will probably be the last time I order from titan. I have ordered the vertical leg press. I had no problems at all. Was able to assemble it with no issues. This isn't my 1st time ordering from titan, but probably my last. The box it came in both times was destroyed.

I placed my original order back in Jan. 2022. I was supposed to receive my weight set in Feb, as it was back-ordered. Come late Feb. I had no notification of a change in shipment, so I reached out to support who told me it would be shipped in March. Again, no shipment or communication, in early April I reached out again as to where my order was. Now we are in May. I reached out two days ago, they told me that it would not be shipped til May 28th. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me 4 times shame on me. I am taking my business elsewhere and will never order another item from Titan again.
