Let me start off that it took a while to write a review because of being extremely appalled by the inability to complete a simple order of a set of 2 sets of 4 ingot vest weights (original order). The first delivery was 1 set of 4 ingot weights and a 12lb shot. Reached out to customer service and they were very helpful after I had produced a photo of the 12lb shot they sent out a replacement. A week later I received an email stating the replacement had arrived, well nothing had. I again reached out to customer service telling them about the mix-up of their records on the arrival of the replacement. They had me wait three days before they would be doing anything about it. Again, customer service sent a replacement, which I got a week later. This time I received 3, not 4 ingots that I had paid for. To date, I have attempted to contact customer service about the issue, as every time I get ready to contact them, I become angry. I am not sure what is happening with the individuals pulling and shipping the orders. The amount of time and energy wasted is uncalled for and extremely careless. A good experience, that help to solve part of the issue I was having with the wrong item being sent. The reply was quick and really appreciated the attempt to assist me, but they are but one link in the chain that seems to be broken in trying to make the issue being corrected Products very good, service not so

Had to wait forever to get the incline bench, started assembly, missing a major part, then called Customer Service , she helped but was like yeah that’ll be yet another 7 business days……. Not even a sorry etc discount just a yep it’s on order…

Spent $750 Waited a week just to be missing 1/3 of the parts in the box. Now I need to get a hold of customer service who is "experience high volume " of calls. Not sure what parts and hardware I'm missing exactly so now I'm sure I'll be going through the trouble of figuring that out so they can ship them. However, never came w instructions so how am I suppose to know what parts are missing. I only have the picture online as a reference and know it's missing a lot of parts. I'd steer clear of titan fitness for this issue alone. When dealing with heavy shipments, they don't care what parts are missing. They know the customer is the one dealing w the issue now. Might pack up and return so they can eat the shipping bill. Get your shitt together if you wanna compete w other fitness companies.

This was sent to me without any regard to me. Originally you sent two of the “base” and I contacted you. The response was to send the rods also. This gave me two sets of the system. Now instead of only driving up to fedex once, I have to drive twice. Which is not around the corner. Sorry, I will continue to shop Titan because the equipment is great top notch, but please listen to your customer when dealings with customer service.

The customer service team was excellent as there was some confusion on my end in regards to shipping. They were able to clear it up quickly and my order arrived soon after. That said I was fairly disappointed with one of the products, the Single post Competition Flat Bench. The bench seems like it could be perfect, but it was far from it. I ordered a “scratch and dent” and expected something wrong with it, which there was. It is for a home gym so the actual defect, which appears to be the leather top of the bench had been split by a razor on two places, I’m a not a problem at all. I fixed that with some duct tape and it was perfectly fine. I even let my daughters use markers to create their own logo on the tape. The issue was the bench does not seem sturdy in the single post end. The bench is supported by a single beam down the center of the underside. When I sit on the signs post end, prior to laying back, the bench top seems wobble side to side. It seems as though the bench top is going to eventually crack and just rip off the bolt. Long winded, but in recap…. Customer service was excellent, other products I have from Titan are excellent, the single post comp flat bench…. One star at most.

I order the leg extension. I receive multiple emails that it was on its way but never received anything. I was surprised it shipped fast and thought it was going to be home by this week. I received a delivery confirmation email and accordingly to the email. They don’t require a signature. I was told to wait 24 hours but nothing arrived.

Barbell showed up badly damaged. All I was offered was 15% return of purchase. I won't be buying titan fitness equipment again.

Half the parts were missing. I paid $405.00 for half a machine. Had to call for a refund. You should so a better job packing the equipment to make sure everything is there.

Sent the wrong sized screws. Was unable to assembly. Submitted a request, was told it was queued and told to check in if I hadn’t received in update. 9 business (13 days) later zero updates. When I asked the message I got was “the bench was delivered” So now I’ve had to start an entire new inquest into getting the correct parts

Ordered a scratch and dent T-3. Got half of it and a month later the order was canceled due to it not being in stock. Terrible service I'm never ordering anything from titan again.
