Barbell came in a cardboard box that was open when it arrived. There was no padding on the inside. The bar came broken and not useable.

I ordered a Marrs bar and one of the sleeves is defective and does not fit. I tried calling customer service but a rep was not available to take my call. I’ve emailed them twice and also have not heard back.

Cancelled an order that was placed by accident. The whole process is kind of terrible. Had to wait for each item to be shipped back individually back to the manufacturer for the refund that I’m still waiting for.

I was incredibly disappointed by multiple expected delivery dates getting pushed back with zero communication about the change. Over 3 months of waiting and I had to reach out each time thenexpected delivery date passed by.

Ordered 25lb plates in January with an initial ETA of early February. Delivery date kept getting pushed out for the next 3 months, until Titan finally gave up and just canceled my order. I know they don't control product supply and availability, but this was very frustrating that I chose to be patient and wait only to ultimately be told months later that they weren't going to fulfill my order. Very poor customer service.

You get what you pay for in most cases and this one definitely is not the exception. The padding and the plywood under the padding is garbage. Very flimsy. I'll have to reupholster the benches if I want to keep them. The steel structure is ok.

The EXTREME OVER THE DOOR PULL-UP BAR is a terrible product that you shouldn't be selling. There is nothing to keep the central bar together that has to be put together, causing the pullup bar to flex and potentially open dangerously when using it. The squat stand, bumper plates, and other gear I've purchased from Titan Fitness are great. However, selling this dangerous product diminishes your reputation and I'll think again before ordering a product from Titan.

The shipping was quick but the product came damaged and poorly fabricated. I immediately contacted them and have yet to receive a reply. Good value can be had but dealing with customer service can be a pain.

Package was beat up on delivery. Assembly hardware was missing. Welds and holes are misaligned. Could not assemble product because hardware won't go in misaligned holes. Contacted customer support and I'm waiting for response and remedy.
