My item arrive damaged. The box looked like someone threw it off of a 50’ cliff, let it tumble down to the bottom, then, they loaded it into the truck and delivered it to me.

Don’t have the replacement pulleys yet. FedEx shows a label created but they haven’t picked up yet.

I purchased a brand collapsing squat rack, weight plates, dip bar, and squat rack hangers. First of all there were poor descriptions, there were no squat rack holders in the pictures and so I purchased a second pair thinking they were not included. A dip bar popped up as items associated and so I purchased it as well. The dip bar said 'scratch and dent' however when it arrived the dip bar was in perfect condition. When items arrived, there were no directions I struggled through installation by trying to find youtube videos and still had alot of trouble. There were two deep gouges in the metal to where a sharp metal bur was up that would cut ones hand extremely if grabbed. However I was happy to over look these items, its been a wild year for everyone, plus who knows, maybe that happend somewhere in shipping. This being said what was extremely infuriating was that the dip bar, and squat rack brackets were the complete wrong size. I have never bought from Titan before they have 3 different squat racks. There is nowhere on the site that clearly delineates that certain items will not fit the other squat racks. When I reached out to the company they said absolutely no way to return, doesn't matter that they don't fit, doesn't matter that there wasn't anything saying they wouldn't fit. Because it was 'scratch and dent' there are no returns. I would understand blemishes negating returns but a product that is completely useless due to inaccurate description and not warning it won't fit that rack is ridiculous in my opinion. Please be wary of buying from this company. Customer service is everything and trust me if it's anything like my experience they definitely will not have your back. I reached out 4 times, if anything changes I will amend this post

Would give zero stars if it were an option. I didn’t receive part of my order. I tried calling with no response. I have emailed twice with no response. Next step is to reach out to my credit card company

I was not pleased with Titan Fitness. We are a school and work through purchase orders. That process was not handled very well and took weeks to try to work through. I finally paid with our school credit card so we could process the order. I understand the gentleman handling our account quit but was told it would take weeks for us to complete the order because there was no one that could do the purchase order process.

Bought the EZ Load Hex Bar. Installation was almost complete until the assembly of the 3-grip handles. One of the widest-diameter grips can't be screwed into the handle plate because the hole for the bolt screw is defective. I observed that the hole is rusted and the beginning threads are conjoined, making it impossible to catch the thread and begin screwing in the bolt. Going to reach out to customer support for a replacement handle because now I can't use this hex bar due to this one defect.

We sent the jump boxes back immediately. These are very poor quality as they have zero stability. I would not ever entertain the idea of using these in our classes because they are borderline dangerous. I weigh 150 pounds and could barely keep it stabilized while using.

Half of the products that I purchased were delivered to Las Vegas. I'm in New York. They were on the same order and had the same delivery address, so I'm not sure why they were shipped out to that location. I've reached out multiple times and no one has responded to me.

I received the Titan plate-loaded functional trainer with a defective cable. Titan is unwilling to replace the cable. I purchased a $1000.00 piece of unusable equipment. Don't make the same mistake.

Received my Comp KB which was a final sale that it said it would have a few scratches. The package had NO packing at all. The KB was beaten up, can't send it back due to sale being final. The shipping box was destroyed. Didn't expect lack of care on TITAN's behalf. S

I’ve had the worst customer service experience with Titan fitness, and with my most recent order. I’ve been building my home gym for a couple years now. I have liked all of the items that I’ve purchased through Titan. But the terrible customer service will keep me from buying from them again. They still haven’t refunded me money they owe. It’ll be almost 3 weeks now, that my order was canceled.

I realize this is a scratch and dent item but it was sent to me with a frayed cable and cracked pulley wheel. Not only is this a safety hazard but it is also a inconvenience as the replacement items are on back order. The tower is sitting unable to be used. Not good Titan, should have inspected the item before it shipped.

I've been in need of assistance for a few weeks and I haven't been able to get help with an issue I've been dealing with. I reach out to the help desk and they either never answer and when they do answer someone tells me they will call me back and never do

I’m missing screws to actually put my x3 wall mount into the wall. Also missing the open washers for my pull up bar. My bench and pull up bar came with instruction manual but the X-3 wall mount did not. I’m waiting on a response so I won’t have to return anything
