product came with structural steel bent out of shape, after 2 days now and several back and forth emails i still haven’t been given tracking on a replacement.

Expecting me to ship another item back when the product arrived damaged. I spoke to them the day it arrived and they said they’ll replace the damaged seat. Now they expect me to disassemble the entire leg extension to ship back. Tired of Titan fitness. Same thing happened to the fan bike, except the welds broke ok that item and damaged my phone.

Very poor first off I cancelled this order through email multiple times called multiple times tracked this thing across the United States and it says it was delivered but it was not delivered to my house

Well after a month of waiting for it to ship I contacted your support , within a day or two I heard back and it was shipping out that day sorry for the delay. Fine and dandy. Then it came scratched in several places as well as it was missing a few nuts and washers and one of the 4 holes that secure the main back pad is drilled about half a width off from where it should be so there is no way to get all 4 bolts in and tight. Contacted support about it all , waiting to hear from them.

Had to call in order bc website never showed loyalty points on my end. Gal I spoke with was great. The bench we got was not so great. Very disappointed. Fedex guy didn't drive all way up in driveway, so didn't hear him or box would've been refused. One end was ripped open, as well box was taped up all around. Legs were rusty. Bag of screws was full of rust. This was sent to someone else & they refused it as stuff inside had cable ties not normally used. Not wasting $ to return the product. We got email saying product was delayed but still got it on day it said it's be here. Sending photos in an email.

The product is good. The communication wasn’t. I ordered knowing it was on back order in January. The back order date was for March 1. The date kept getting pushed out and I finally received my order April 24. More transparent information would of made for a much better experience

Titan fitness the company is great. But the pulley tower v3 is struggling. All the pulleys on the machine stick and do not move smoothly. Not sure if you guys have better pulleys, because the way it is the machine is almost useless for me. Please let me know how this can be fixed. Any help would be much appreciated. Very disappointed as this was my first order and was interested in other equipment. But until this one is fixed, not sure I can fully trust the quality.

Customer service is AWFUL. Discontinued the rewards program without giving any notice to customers who have bought multiple items. Currently halfway through the build of my home gym, was planning on using Titan for most of the equipment left (racks, storage etc). Will now be buying the racks from Rogue & storage from Wright or Fringe.

I purchased this and within a small time frame realized it would not fit my rack. I immediately emailed customer support to cancel the order and got zero response. Then it showed up at my door a few days later. Luckily I live in Memphis where they are so i will just drive to their warehouse and return it since they do not answer support calls.
