Well let's start by saying ordered it in December, had to wait 3 months to get it was on backorder 3 times when it finally came in and shipped it was delayed 3 times arrived both ends of packing opened Bar was Damaged bushing from Sleeve was half way up the bar I had to press back into Sleeve, called customer service, which was no help.an all around upsetting and disappointing experience.

I bought it on backorder which kept getting pushed back for months, with no communication from the company. Finally got it, but any communication updating me what was going on would have been appreciated.

Fast shipping and product is mostly ok. But the strap that holds the best secure is unfinished and frayed.

Took 3 months for delivery. I’m very understanding of delays in manufacturing but I didn’t not receive any correspondence in regards to the delay. I had to take initiative to call 2.5 months later to see what was going on. Finally received the product. Good looking product. Kudos there!

Got the T-3 Jammer arms. The bolts don’t line up at all. Now I have to pay someone to drill them out to fit. Who did the machine work? Ray Charles?

I have not set up the equipment yet. I ordered an "in-stock" item from the website and it did not ship for 6 weeks. There were no updates sent, and no reason given why the item did not ship in a reasonable time.

I like Titan Fitness, but I have to give it a 1 star because my purchase was missing items: 1) Packet of bolts and washers; 2) Right J-hook. It's disappointing to spend money, wait for a product, get the delivery, and then have it sit unused because I'm missing parts and can't put it together. And then finally, a bit of the arm on the stand was bent. That's also not ideal.

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Multiple emails and phone calls and not a single response. Shipping took 7 weeks and they finally shipped because I opened a PayPal claim.

The mini farmers walk handles i ordered were are sctrach and dent. I dont care that they are a little banged up but the sleeves are supposed to fit olympic plates. Came with only 1 inch diameter sleeves.
