Dip bar arrived with no pin to hold it on. Have emailed CS with pictures and have received no reply. Box also had a hole that looked cut out. Will have to order a pin from Amazon.

More than half of the parts were missing and all of the nuts and bolts were floating around in rhe box. Contacted customer service and still no response.

The equipment arrived with several deep gashes in the paint coating. This makes the product essentially unusable.

This ordeal was about receiving a replacement pad for my Hefty Bench. The stitching was coming out. The process took months and numerous phone calls. Finally, a Titan rep said they would ship an entire bench to me whereupon I would switch the pads only and ship it back to Titan. I inquired why it would make more sense for Titan to ship just a pad. She said that could not be done. Fed Ex delivered the box with several large holes. I unpacked it and swapped the pads. Now I had to reinforce the box because it would never make the return trip without falling apart. I do not have time for all this. This will definitely influence future purchases. As you know you have competition.

The equipment is good, however, the shipping is not very good. I ordered a set of change plates, and was sent the incorrect item 3 or 4 times before I was sent the correct item...the help/support people were very polite and did their best but somehow between their efforts and what was shipped out of the warehouse...well there was some kind of issue, over and over again. I was glad to finally get what I paid for but it took weeks and weeks and regular communication and follow-up to correctly get an item... I have just ordered something else that has been delayed for some unknown reason. The item is in my State according to the tracking but is now being held up because there were too many shipping labels? So this is a second-order in a row that is having shipping problems/

The shelf arrived and the box was damaged this has been like the 20th package I’ve had shipped and 5 of them have Ben damaged bad. This time The shelf is scratched and appears bent!!

I have purchased several items from Titan Fitness - I will never purchase from them again. My order was delayed without explanation - when I called customer service, I was told that my order had left their warehouse and was with Federal Express. Prior to that call, I had contacted Fed Ex, and they did not have my order - they had only a notice that an order was to be shipped but were awaiting actual receipt of it. As it turned out, the customer service rep either lied or did not know what he was talking about - my order left the warehouse 4 days after he told me it had already left.

very long time to ship. I've ordered several things from titan and it has always been fast shipping. this was much slower and no communication about it. additionally, I order the same item from scratch and dent and my order was canceled without any explanation. when I sent an email and finally got an answer, someone said it wasn't in stock and that's why it was canceled. why was it up if there wasn't stock? frustrating when I was watching scratch and dent for this item, ordered it, canceled without explanation, then ordered a more expensive version, and it takes make longer than normal. love titan and I will continue to order, but this time around was awful.

MY ORDER CAME AND THE BOX WAS DESTROYED, I WAS MISSING NINE PARTS AND INSTEAD OF HAVING THE PARTS SENT OUT TO ME RIGHT AWAY I AM NOW WAITING FOR THE PARTS AFTER WAITING TWO MONTHS FOR THE LAT PULLDOWN WHICH WAS ON BACKORDER.

I ordered a decent amount of equipment from you to set up a home gym. I received, and continue to receive quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Your phones are never answered, calls are not returned. Your website is pretty much useless. My account balance for points is incorrect and I have called multiple times to have it fixed. You are evidently discontinuing bonus points later this month, yet your website will not allow me to utilize them and keeps displaying an error message. It does no good to call because no one answers or returns a call. And the equipment I just received in February is starting to rust. A $700 dollar leg curl machine is rusting after two months.

I was loving your products and bought 3 items but the back hyperextension v2 is disappointing. The first one I received had bad chrome ( marred by chrome spray paint) and misaligned holes so I was unable to put it together. I returned it and the new one I just received has even worse chrome and 3 gouges on the body. At least this one had properly aligned holes so I could put it together. I can paint Rustoleum on the body but I can't fix the crappy chrome. It is splotchy and has areas where they used chrome spray paint to cover rust. Totally unacceptable. I have opened a warranty claim asking for a replacement chrome piece. One that is free from chrome spray paint. It is so ugly. Simply Ridiculous.

The lying leg curl is awful spend the extra 100$ on a seated one the pad screws don’t fit the axel rod had to be hammered in if your shorter don’t bother buying this
