Order at your own risk. I've made several orders with Titan, shipping is insanely slow, and if they send the wrong product you are screwed. You have to send it back and have them receive it before they will ship a replacement, you need to take it to a Fedex facility, and after months of not having the correct weights, they won't even offer any discount even though the product that was purchased was now on sale. Instead, they offer loyalty points for a useless program that is closing in two weeks. They absolutely don't care about customers and making things right. Good luck.

When I unboxed my Yoke, almost all of the plastic end caps were either broken or missing. I will gladly change this rating if/when Titan customer service responds to me and helps resolve this situation.

Was told by Andrew at Titan shipping company would call before delivery of package. Andrew stated shipping company is always changing so he wasn’t sure which they would use. Package was slept out in rain for 2 days because I didn’t know when it was coming

I ordered the lat pulldown and it was on back order. When it finally arrived I took everything out of the crate(which was extremely cheap wood). I laid everything out and started to assemble the piece. I got 3-4 steps in and realized they did not send any of the 9 wheel(pulleys) that were supposed to come with it. I contacted Titan and they got back to me right away. Except they won’t ship any out until April 15th. They said they are on back order. I think it’s pathetic, you screw up the packaging and then tell me I can’t get my pulleys for another 2 weeks or so. They offered me $100 refund and said that should make remedy their shortcomings. No it does not at all.

I was supposed to receive 5% off my order for the vertical leg press. I can’t get ahold of anyone to get the 5% off. The machine itself is great, but getting a response about my discount Is frustrating. John Bovee

I have had excellent experiences with Titan in the past including quality equipment, fast shipping, and great customer service in the event of an issue. Unfortunately, this purchase has completely changed my perception. I purchased a lat tower on 8/9/2021 that was back ordered and supposed to ship 9/24/21. I finally called after Thanksgiving and was told it should ship soon to which I asked why I had to contact them and why no update had been provided from customer service standpoint. They offered $105 discount which I didn’t receive. The lat tower was delivered on 12/17 or so and a forklift skid had punctured the bottom of the crate, undetectable until after I had opened it, nearly every piece was damaged and more than half of the weights were missing including the top plate rendering the pile of components useless. I contacted Titan who insisted I file a claim with warranty department through email, requiring a full inventory of what was in my possession and pictures to support the claim. At this point I’m irritated at the situation because of the burden placed on the customer in having to do all of the leg work in filing the claim through email and conducting a full inventory, but I understand things happen and it’s not a big deal. What is a big deal is the way that Titan handled correcting the issue that was seemingly dependent on my efforts alone. Titan received new units and shipped them off to new customers while I housed a 6ft crate in my space for the next 4 months. I complained about not being made whole while new units were being sold and was given a $162 discount - I reminded them they promised $105 previously and never received it. I requested to keep the damaged pieces and have the missing parts shipped to me thinking it would be resolved faster. The only correspondence I received throughout the entire process followed after I would call or email and communication was still sparse. The unit went back on back order. In early March the unit came back in stock and I called again after hearing nothing and really pushed the issue. Joey Calabano handled it this time, I explained how I asked to speak with managers on 2 occasions and received no response. I explained how I was promised a $105 for the initial 12 week late shipment with no update and how I had been put on the back burner while new customers received units and how Titan’s customer service was essentially non-existent and I had to advocate for every aspect of the situation. Joey followed up through email, ensured I would receive a new unit and a freight company would pick up the damaged one requiring that I secure the damaged crate to be shipped. Additionally he applied the $105 discount from 5 months ago. I received my complete, relatively undamaged unit, on 4/1/2022 after ordering it 8/9/2021. In total I was discounted $267 which in my opinion does not address the amount of time I had to spend rectifying this situation - the 4 months I housed a massive crate in my 2 car garage - the terrible customer service - the fact that titan sold new units to new customers while my order remained incomplete. Updates and some communication from customer service would go a long way. The fact that I was ignored and disregarded is the biggest issue and the fact that no solution was offered until I pressed the issue speaks volumes about their value of customers. I am severely disappointed.

Got the Olympic weight bar delivered and I was shocked it was not in a box. The middle had plastic wrapped over it, regular plastic sheet not bubble wrap and the ends where the plates slide onto we’re exposed and the shipping sticker was attached there. Now it appears to be fine but I can’t imagine during shipping and people handling and moving/dropping/or straight screwing with it that some do not end up damaged. Other than that I’m please with it.

My product was incredibly banged up when it arrived and had multiple holes in the box. I was missing a part, so I called and requested the small missing part. I confirmed the shipping address as the same one my product was originally shipped to. I received a confirmation email with the replacement part, and I noticed you used the wrong address. I immediately replied to that email (it said to do so if there was a problem). I received zero emails back and the product was shipped/delivered to the wrong address 7 hours away from me. So here I am 2 weeks after I placed my order and I still can't use my hex bar because I don't have the part to put it together. I'm pretty frustrated and unimpressed at your customer support and operations. I don't believe I will use your company for any future needs or recommend you to any fellow lifters.

The agent was nice but clearly did not know the product. I provided the SKU and model #s of what was received and explained I was sent a complete wall mount pulled system instead of the other 2 uprights for the T3 power rack. Pretty simple mistake and switch needed. This discussion went on for a long time and then I was being told to pictures and send then and could I take the incorrect item and drop it off at a nearby FedEx... What customer service send the wrong item and then asks you to fix the problem. This went on for about 30 minutes of wasting more of my time. I removed and donated my old power rack after the Titan T3 boxes were received. Because of Titan?s error shipping the incorrect parts, I cannot build the T3 rack. More than my time being wasted and being extremely inconvenienced, Titan fitness literally is preventing me from getting my workouts in until the correct parts are received. I cannot build the new rack or work out which is my stress reducer. I hope this is being sent priority overnight mail. And, there seems to be no remorse or effort by Titan to compensate for such poor customer including asking me to deliver the incorrect item to FedEx. Also, the Titan email says for me to schedule the pick up with FedEx when the rep on the phone said to just leave the wall mounted pulley system outside. The communication is not consistent. I have heard great things about Titan and started to switch out my gym to Titan products but seems like this may have been a mistake.
